Theres one guy in there that is above and beyond, very friendly with great customer service. The short hispanic lady was the opposite, didnt seem to know what was going on.

This place is so poorly managed. I just spent 30 minutes waiting in line to make my purchase. Didnt need assistance. Just wanted to buy my stuff and leave. There were 3 employees at the item look up terminals, and thats where the checkout line started. One of the employees moved over to the actual registers, and then a separate queue started forming over there for purchasers who didnt need assistance. I finally gave up and went to oreillys, which i really dont like their products, but screw this store. Im an in and out shopper and i spent more time waiting in line to buy stuff for an oil change, then its going to actually take to change the oil
ONCE AGAIN THIS PLACE IS USELESS! Won’t even walk out to my car so I can borrow simple pliers and hand them back yet they don’t have in stock! I stand by this review & will NEVER be back! I would rather drive 50 miles out of the way than to deal with these employees again! If I could give them lower than one star I would!! ....Terrible customer service. They always seem bothered every time I go in or call. Finding a new location!

They should have one cashier for checking out only, parts lines who sometimes go outside and install windshield wipers or a Battery should be separate from just pick up a part line. Toooo much time wasted there. But good people

Tonight while 70 miles from home I had a caliper bolt fall out on me luckily I was close by this autozone in Lewisville where the awesome staff ( Karen and Trent ) was able to not only to get the bolt I needed but with rockstar customer service And was greeted with a smile although being one of thoses guy walking in as they was shutting down for the night the only complaint that I have about this auto zone is that it is 70 miles from me ( hummmm I wonder if they would sell a chain big enough to just drag the whole store closer to me )

They dont greet you upon entry no matter how long the line is.. They take their time.. Customer service is not a factor at this place, Im sorry to say... Everybody at this place hate their job..No friendly staff etc
Worst customer service! Once I got in the store I ask for someone to check my battery charge they send a older lady that left everything open. I asked the lady that was checking me out to see if they had any in stock she stated the had three but couldn’t find it and nobody in the store wanted to help I also ask a man name TONY to help the young out and stated he would and totally ignored me and got on the phone, so I had to get another battery! I took forever to get a battery TONY IS VERY LAZY!

Parts are often defective, and nothing will be more frustrating than busting your knuckles to get a part installed; only to find out the part is no good!

Karen was such a big help. I had to order a rebuilt transmission for my F150. It was a lot of numbers from all over the world. She never gave up! In the end, I have a transmission on its way! Last time I was in the store Clinton was president, but the staff was nice friendly and helpful, as always!
I, being a mobile mechanic, use this store as my primary auto parts store. I go there because they know me they will work with me on prices theyre friendly the store is clean and organized and convenient for me. I get my rewards points and use my veterans discount. The phone app allows me to enter a customer car and will keep s printable maintenance log i can give to the customer showing the date that the parts were put in what parts were put in and if theyre still under warranty or not itll also print out any recalls that has on their vehicle and weather had been done or not as well as technical service bulletins

Horrible customer service. I ordered a cam shaft sensor for my car yesterday and I received a call about 8:45 this morning. So when I show up to pick up my part I took advantage to return something as well. So the rep that was helping me was helpful at the moment (just for that moment only), I returned the product and got my money back, and the manager Bryan said the part didn’t work for you and I told him “I never even tried it, never took it out of the box”. It was after that that I was exchanging my camshaft sensor (that should have been there bc it was ordered yesterday and it should have been there bc I got a call at 8:45 am this morning) and the rep that was helping me went to go get my part when Bryan met him in the back talking to him telling him that “tell him (or me) that the parts not here and if he wants he can go get it at the 121 location,”. As he said that I could hear everything they were saying and Bryan was saying that bc I returned a part that he sold to me yesterday. So the rep comes and tells me that it wasn’t here and that the lady that called me in 8:45 am missed up that she should have never called bc the part wasn’t here. I told him if I can order one and he said I can but the 121 location has it I could just go pick up there, but I told him this location is better for me and closer. So I was about to order it and he told me I would have to pay to reserve it and then when I pick up the part my money would be returned to me, but I decided just to go to the 121 but not before I told them “this is so weird location it was at that time that the rep said “let me go and check one more place”, so he did, and checked where they put the parts that are ordered go (on the counter behind the nearest register) and then he said, “nope it’s not there”, (he only checked like literally 1.5 seconds). So I was about to leave but I decided to buy my kids some toy cars and as I was paying for the toy cars I saw a little box that looks like a box that is for a can shaft sensor and it was on the counter where the ordered parts go, and I told the rep, “that looks like a cam shaft sensor right there”, he turned around and said “what do you know it’s the sensor”. He found it supposedly in the very last place he looked. There were a total of 4 parts on the counter, he couldn’t have missed it!!! It was bc Bryan told him that to lye to me and he did!!!! Horrible service!!!!! I hope they know that lairs are doomed to spend an eternity in hell. I hope they change the way they treat customers and stop there lying ways or else like I said HELL it is.

Good place but the line wait can be long. They need a line just for people who need help and a line for those ready to checkout. I have had to walk out of there without buying items because the wait is too long.
Had to get my brake light replaced, went in, the guy found my bulb, and even changed it out for me. Totally cool. Didnt know they would do that for me, so thanks!

Outstanding service came in to get a fuse for my dads vehicle andI was able to simply replace it ...as simple and as easy just as he explained .. didnt have his assistance while doing it. But customer service was great ! Definitely well satisfied!
Bought a battery from Autozone Lewisiville, because the car wouldnt start. Three days later the car wouldnt start again. Took the car to Honda Lewisville where they said the NEW battery had a bad cell. They check the system and everything else was good. Called Autozone and they said bring the old battery back and they will give a refund. Took the old battery back to Autozone, and they said the battery was good after checking it, and refused the refund even though we had the Honda paperwork. Someone is playing a game...and I dont believe it is the Honda dealership service department.
They were so helpful here and one of the women helped me get my light changed.
Great sales staff! Very helpful! Made sure to check and see if our old parts still had a warrenty. Found the part we needed quickly! Gave us a discount because they only had one of the part we wanted, not two. Looked up the next closest location that had it and put it on hold for us even though that other store was closed!

This is a very busy location! You may indeed wind up waiting for service, but once you are at the counter, they treat you like youre the only customer in the store. They carefully explain the options you have when ordering parts and make helpful suggestions for supplies or tools you may need. They are well stocked with tools and other items. Not a bad place at all.
This location is amazing not only do the staff go the extra mile to help you find what you need. If they are able they will even assist you with the installation. Johnathon is especially knowledgable and is always a big help.
For the extent of auto upgrades and add ons autozone may stock on 35% of the basics and some novice.
Wanted to use my reward points for a minor purchase (car detailing products), and was told I couldnt use my points. When I asked why I was answered with mumbling. I asked why again was told that my phone number was not correct. He then pulled it up to show me and I pointed at the $20 reward for spending $20, 5 times. Then proceeded to tell me that wasnt my rewards, he hands me printed receipt and it shows I have $ 20 in rewards. Everytime I try I get the same runaround. Terrible rewards if you ask me....
This AutoZone is dirty... but it does have good stock of parts. There are always new people working so you never know how much they actually know about cars. But over all good experiences.

I stopped by here to see about getting my electrical charging system tested for the vehicle. The individual that was here offered me fast service and friendly advice as to what I can get done. The store appear to be orderly and several of the customers were helped immediately by the people at the counters. I stood and watched and observed the store personnel interacting with the customers.

I go here to find my car parts quickly. They are all very knowledgeable in what parts you need. Not only did the friendly staff help me find what i need, but they showed me where to install the part in my car. Subperb customer service! I reccomend this shop to anyone who needs help with car parts.

I had a blowout with no Jack and no 4 way. I found a ride to the 7 Day Tire and Wheel in Lewisville, I ask the workers there if they would go with me to take my tire off and bring it back and fix it and help me put it back on and I would pay him extra, they replied to me that they did not do roadside assistance and I should go speak to someone AutoZone. I ran into a gentleman named Manuel, not only did he help me pick out a Jack and a 4 way then gave me a ride back to my car and stayed with me for a couple hours trying to help me get the tire taken off, which wasnt possible without a special tool because one of the Lugnuts was stripped. The outcome of the car was no different when he left but that wasnt his fault. He clocked out, was headed home, and instead helped a customer. Auto Zone got lucky with this one. A+ for customer service, he truly went above and beyond to help. -Grateful Girl w/ a Flat ....Btw -Tools are cheaper and better quality at Harbor Freights

Not gonna lie I dont know much about cars at all, so i like the staff as they never treat me like a goof for not knowing anything. I ask them tons of questions and theyre always super helpful and will take time to show and explain products to me. Plus what products are similar for cheaper. A++

Went to have my battery checked. When I came back to pick it up, big oversized Hispanic dude told me to go and get it. Basically fetch it if you want it. Never going here again. Would rather go to OReillys up the street. Also, heard from neighbors that some of the employees are not too friendly with people that dont speak English very well..
How is the store going to require the public to use face masks inside the store when the some employees don’t use one. If that’s the case you might as well have a sign that says “face mask optional to enter.” If not then the store should enforce their own requirements to employees too unless it’s “optional” for them.

Had my headlight replaced by someone who handed me the parts to stabilize my headlight because he didnt know how to put it back in. He said it was due to my car HAVING HAD to been in some type of front end accident at some point. Coincidence that his g.f had pulled up & was ready to go home.

I waited for 40 minutes just to change a directional light Just for them not to find the light bulb and say my car is too complicated for them to replace a bulb. Don’t waste your time here.
