I was a nervous wreck and he was so helpful and nice to me about this whole ordeal. It took longer than I was told, but only one person working everything, so I understood. I left and came back when he was ready for demonstration. Friendly, good customer service all around.

I was very nervous about going and getting this interlock put in my car and Rudy put all my worries to rest. He showed me how to operate the machine and reassured me that everything was going to be okay what a great guy!

Smart start device is extremely faulty. After blowing into the device for 20 mins, I ended up being late for work. The device keeps saying blow longer after 2 secs. I can’t even contact the customer service line without being on hold for an hour. The device itself is terrible.

Delays on this device and waiting period to start a car lead to very sad consequences I wasnt able to get on time and say goodbey to my grandma in hospital. Your techology is devil smart start.

The staff member that currently works there is the only reason this place gets 5 star. Anyone having to use this service like myself, hate the fact that we have to go here. The guy who works besides makes the visit a lot more bearable. Hours aren’t the best but just like the dmv or any other state owned place, I don’t expect them to be the greatest.

This has been the worst location yet. After waiting inside the bay with no one in sight, I went around where someone was working and asked if anyone was working on the side I was on and he rudely exclaimed “I am!” Never turned to look at me and kept on working as if I wasn’t there. When he finally came I’ve he was on the phone the whole time complaining about missing his show.

Super slow service with apathetic staff that leave the front counter unattended for 30+ minutes forcing us to look for someone who works here to make our appointment on time.
