Such a pleasant surprise! They were so kind, courteous, reasonably priced, honest and genuinely interested in your happiness and future business. They will drop you off at your home or office and then come and get you. I was so thrilled with all of the things I mentioned above that when they told me there was a three-year or 36,000 mile warranty, which ever came LATER, I had to ask a second time if I heard them correctly.I rarely leave reviews however, they are such a blessing to find,. I no longer dread it when I have to take one of the automobiles in for maintenance. It’s like having a family member in the automotive business.

I must say I had an amazing experience here at Christian Brothers. I found them on Google since I had recently moved to the area and didn’t really know who I could trust. I had a minor electrical issue with my headlights and I tried many other mechanic shops close to Christian Brothers. The others were not able to assist and gave me all sorts of wrong advice. I decided to give Christian Brothers a try and I’m so happy I did. When I entered the front desk I was greeted immediately and treated with so much respect and a great sense of urgency. I felt like they really wanted to help and they did. A minor electrical issue was taken care of in less than a few hours. I had been dealing with this issue for weeks. I was overjoyed. The icing on the cake was the shuttle service Christian Brothers provided. I didn’t have to waste any extra money to get a Lyft or the hassle of finding a ride back and forth to the mechanic shop. I HIGHLY recommend Christian Brothers!

Has become my go to place for years now. And I have tried all sorts. Consistently fair and honest. Also they tend to have a very long tenure of employees, all of which are pleasant to work with. Javier helped me this last time and was great. I recommend these guys. Side note: I feel like they have a pretty loyal following of established customers and I never feel like they are too busy to get me taken care of. One customer dropped off breakfast for them while I was there. That’s a pretty good sign. I would go see these guys first and don’t worry that your repair will be quality and timely with prices clear and reasonable. I have saved tons of time and money having found my go to shop.

Been bringing vehicles to this location for at least 15 years. You can have Christian in the name and bible verses on the walls, but it doesn’t mean you are quoting customers with integrity. I’ve been holding off on a review for awhile. Brought a vehicle in recently and got a quote that made my jaw hit the floor. I called a competitor down the road and their quote was 1/2 what CB quoted me. Last year i had my a/c condenser replaced. I knew what the cost was and the type of work that needed to be completed because i checked with the dealership and watched several youtube videos on the process. It required my dash and center console be removed. Neither was removed. It doesn’t matter to me how they fixed it without removing the dashboard, seats, etc. They charged me the full flat rate. In closing i brought my truck to another repair shop for state inspection...they did a routine vehicle inspection in addition to my state-inspection and gave me several preventative things i should take care of...CB will just do what is required to put a sticker on and send you down the road.

I can not think this Christian Brothers location enough for all the work and help they did for my truck. Dustin went above and beyond to help with the situation I was in. Without going to much into detail. I had my camshaft and lifters along with timing chain replaced on my 2012 Ram. I live in Houston and had only had my truck back 3 days from having the work done when I had broke down in Lewisville. I found Christian Brothers on google and asked them if they can pick my truck up. Dustin was my point of contact and from the moment he sent the tow truck to me till I picked up my truck 3 weeks later he did more then he had to just to make having my engine replaced as smooth as possible. I have had my truck back for a week now with no issues. Its going to get its first test next week when I am going to pull a trailer to Dallas and Oklahoma Thank you Christian Brothers and Dustin for the wonderful job and effort put in. If more shops had the integrity and professionalism that you showed more people would not worry about taking vehicles to a mechanic. .

My wife and I tried CB out a few years ago when Ford couldn’t figure out an issue with one of their own vehicles. When they determined the problem, they suggested I go back to Ford (since I had already paid them for the same issue), tell them what CB found, and hopefully that would offset some of my out of pocket cost. They charged me a minimal diagnostic fee for something that ended up saving me tons. Since then they have become our go-to for any service needs.The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and will take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in terms anyone can understand.These folks show a sincere interest in their clients, and that seems rare these days. I took my two year old truck in for its first inspection, and while I was talking to the gentleman who was wrapping up my paperwork, I ended up in a five minute conversation with three of the staff members about how I decided on that particular vehicle and why I loved it. I walked out feeling like I had just been hanging out with a couple of friends. I’d highly recommend this place.

Saw another recommendation on NextDoor anddecided to try them. Just having state inspections done on vehicles so nothing serious. However, the people are very friendly and professional. The service was quick. I’ll be using them in the future for other services. We used to use KwikKar but it changed hands and management. They quoted us $5k for a repair. When we went to BMW it was somethings completely different and $1100. Looking forward to Christian Brothers for future services! So far outstanding!

Received a quote for replacing back shocks. They sent a quote, which I then took the quote a couple days later and stopped by and asked for verification, as I sometimes have problems with estimates. The quote was for parts. Two back shocks. They showed me on the computer the parts. I took time off and took car back a couple days later. They called later and said they needed an additional 800 dollars for the shocks due to parts costs. After a quote, and verification of quote, they did not honor the quote. Be careful of up charging once you take your vehicle in.

Awesome place, kept me up to date on my vehicle the entire time via text and email. Unfortunately more ended up being wrong with my vehicle then was worth to fix it. Cons heavily outweighed the pros of getting it running. They understood and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I recommend this place, and theyre also AAA approved.

Besides the repair I came in for, they wanted to do multiple other repairs amounting to another $2,700. Among these were new windshield wipers which they said were broken for $65. Upon inspection the wipers were fine. Several other items were suggested because they had no record of having done it. Shame on me for coming back here.

Mike is wonderful. Tells you what needs done and will tell you what may need to be done in the future, I am an older lady and trust him completely. .His mechanics seem to be well trained. I have never had to take my car back to have anything redone.

Christian Brothers provides great personalized service. They help me understand the maintenance and repairs that are needed, what can be delayed and what my options are. For me, I like having options and knowing that something does NOT have to be done now, but can wait 6 months or a year. Thats why I keep going back.

Adrian is awesome! My truck was making a noise in steering and I stopped by. He rode around the block to listen to the noise and determined I probably need steering fluid so he checked it and filled it and aired up my tires while I waited. So helpful and got me back on the road. I will definitely be using this place for all my truck service needs!

Walked in without an appointment. The friendly staff got me right in for an oil change and courtesy fluid and break check and was I was done in 45min as estimated. Highly recommend these guys.

Im really impressed with Christian Brothers customer service. Back in July I brought my car in and paid for a diagnostic because my check engine light was on with a cylinder misfire code, but when they checked it they said they couldnt find the code.A little over a month later it came back throwing the same codes, and running really poorly. I took it back in, they did another diagnostic free of charged and fixed it up in less than 24 hours. Everyone was super nice, informative, and I really appreciate them for doing the free diagnostic since I was having the same problem. I will definitely be coming back. 🙂

I’ m an aircraft mechanic... and sometimes they can get the parts for cheaper and it’s not worth my time... this time they wanted 1700$ to replace a/c compressor and they said evaporator was bent... evaporator perfectly fine but there was a bent line I bought for 40$ OEM and compressor OEM $450 and about half a days work @$450 sooo about 700$ overcharge...

I use this place all the time. #1 reason is that I believe they are trustworthy and honest people. Whenever I leave my car here, I feel confident that the job will get done properly and professionally. This place doesnt play little games to try and trick you and squeeze you like other auto repair places. Also, they have their own shuttle car and will drop you off / pick you up. If anyone is needing mechanical repairs or oil changes or inspections, I would highly recommend this place. I dont go anywhere else, its the best Ive found.

Dustin and Adrian were great. I had issues with my AC compressor and they were very professional on helping me find an easy solution to fixing the issue. I purchased my AC compressor from an auto part store and only had to pay for the labor. By the way the labor was really reasonable. And I was able to have it fixed. Thank you for the great customer service and a special shout out to the mechanics for fixing the issue. I am now driving around again with very cold AC. I was leaving Texas for home (Virginia) when I realized I was over due for an oil change. Being out of town, I thought Id just run by one of those quick oil change places. They ended up not being able to service my car because my oil plug was stripped. They referred me to Christian Brothers. Christian Brothers worked me into their very busy schedule and not only removed the stripped plug / changed my oil, they did a full inspection on my car to make sure my 1200 mile trip home would be safe. And they did all of that for less than I pay for an oil change in Virginia. I left there feeling like I had been treated like I was family. We are moving to Texas next month and it is a comfort to know that we wont have to have any trial and error experiences in finding a new auto mechanic... weve already found ours!

My car broke down while in Lewisville from out of town and I had my car towed here right before they closed. Stranded, they took me to my hotel, picked me up the next day, later offered to take me somewhere to get lunch rather than me walk. Everything was very professional and everyone was so helpful. While waiting on my car to be fixed, I witnessed others coming into the shop and all received the same treatment I did.They provided me with what was need to be fixed to get me back on the road, and items they suggested but were not dire at that point. There was no pressure to do any of the recommended work. You receive an e-mail that lists everything out, along with pictures of the item on your car, and/or pictures of the results from the diagnostic system.I would gladly recommend this shop to someone needing service.

First visit and impressed. I will be going back here for service of my 300000 plus miles GMC Canyon. I love that they have a shuttle. Appointments seem kind of useless if you still have to wait 45 min for them to get it into the garage.

I probably would never have come to this Christian Brothers in Lewisville but after a minor damage to my wheel at Discount Tire, they sent me here. I was greeted by Adrian & after getting my info they started to work on the wheel. He immediately told me a part would have to be ordered & be available to install the next morning. I returned the next day & had barely gotten comfortable when Adrian handed me the keys and said I was ready to go. The reason I’ll be back to this Christian Brothers is Adrian. He mentioned another customer had my same truck & how many miles she had. Let me know they’ve worked on it over the years & it’s a great truck. I appreciate someone who can give great customer service while sharing a bit of the business he clearly knows & enjoys.

Ive lived in three different states and the staff at Christian Brothers is, hands down, THE best care repair company I have worked with.They are very courteous and timely with their repair updates. Estimates are up front and they require my approval before doing each step.I consistent have great experiences with Adrian and the front counter staff, who one time spent almost 15 minutes on the phone with me, explaining what caused the issue with my vehicle and the steps needed to make the repair. I greatly appreciated that patient, personal attention, especially in light of the fact there were other customers needing attention.They offer rides when your vehicle needs a lengthier repair and Ive never felt pressure to agree to a repair - but I know that if they suggest a much needed repair I would take their word without hesitation.They will be may familys go-to car repair center as long as I have vehicles! Fixed my truck, didnt charge for labor as they said the diagnostic fee covered it and I only had to pay $14 for the part on top of the $125 diagnostic fee.Also didnt point out $800 more for parts and labor for other issues I didnt want to fix as firestone had done without fixing my truck.

I went to a nearby by chain mechanic and they quoted me 440 dollars to get my ignition switch replaced and fixed. My friend told me she only uses Christian Brothers. I called them and said that I’ve been quoted a price ( did not tell them what it was) Adrian said he would call me with a quote in a few. Ten minutes later he called and after taxes I was saving 144 dollars ! Definitely taking my car there from now on !!

Definitely a 5 star experience here ! Adrian and Dustin and Matthew were all SUPER kind and professional and patient and empathetic and extremely knowledgeable and honest with me. Finding a mechanic shop that actually puts the well being of the customer before their profit margins is HARD to find and RARE ! These guys had the perfect opportunity to charge me for work that needed to be done to my vehicle but yet and still they leveled with me by basically telling me it would be unethical for them to fix my surface issues ( timing chain ), knowing full well that at any point and time my entire engine was going to give out. There are no words to express how grateful I am as a single mom to have found a shop that has integrity. My only regret is not taking my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive sooner because had I done so, I wouldve saved myself the agony of purchasing a lemon. From here going forward, I will not take my vehicle elsewhere. Theyve definitely earned my business for life ! Thanks Christian Brothers Automotive! I was having some cooling issues related to my radiator y-pipe and maintenance needs after going over some seriously wicked mountain passes while towing my 5th wheel. I always heard good things about this business and I definitely see why now. The staff are all very kind and professional. All the techs use iPads to take pictures and they upload them to a link where you can easily view the work that needs to be done, see prices, etc. I feel like all shops should have this stuff! CBA is truly ahead of the curve here.

Went to this place for an alignment for a slightly lifted car, they aligned it with stock spec knowing the car have been modified.Per Adrian at the front desk to bring the car back if theres any issues. So I did. It makes a loud noise from the tires when turning. Because obviously had positive camber.Showed him and he was able to see that the passenger side had a positive camber. He did not want to correct the alignment and wanted to charge me another $94 to have it looked at.He said since the car was lifted they cant align it to spec. So I asked if you knew it was lifted and you cant use the spec from manufacturer then why did you do the alignment and charged me for it?He said he cant do anything but to charge me or wait for the manager who will be back in the office a week from that time and they will call me back. Its been 2 weeks and I have not heard from them.Not going to that place again. Just another dishonest shop using Christian in its name.

Highly recommend. For years I have used every mechanic shop in Flower Mound, always ending in dissatisfaction. Out of curiosity, I tried Christian Brothers and havent looked back. This decision came when Kwik Car in Flower Mound quoted me $1,200 for brake system, I then got a 2nd opinion from Christian Brothers. They ended up not charging me, because there was a foreign object they removed from the caliper.Unlike other shops, I actually trust their staff throughout every visit. Ive had multiple instances where they could have charged me for something due to my ignorance, but didnt. They truly live up to their name.In addition, the owners Rick and Bev are there quite often and are just fantastic.

Dustin was my main contact and he was very professional and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way, patient with any of my questions (as I dont know anything about autos), and explained everything simply and thoroughly.
