I had my son bring my car up here. Paid $175 for a full detail... Only to have it come back with bugs still in the grill, the inside windows were not cleaned, and did not remove the car seat to clean up under. I left a message and they never called back. Great customer service... Smh.

Been coming to this location for years, they always take great care of me and take time to explain any additional services I should be getting, but arent pushy if I decline. Theyre usually busy, but are always quick to get me in.

Tony the manager and his team are super nice. They did a super job on my car. I love the fact Tony said there is no I in team.

Chris was really good. He pointed out a couple of issues my car had that needed attention even though it was not anything that they could repair. He also went over everything they had done to my car and was very thorough. I will absolutely be going back!!

I got my oil changed and fuel filters replaced. So I thought. After leaving I checked under the truck and my rear fuel filter was never touched and there was oil all over the left side of the engine. Dripping off of the frame and dripping off of the oil filter. Brought the truck back and was told by the pit man that he could not find the bottom side fuel filter so he throw it away. Also when they added oil they spilled it all over the engine and forgot to clean it. They did install the rear fuel filter and clean the oil as best as they could. But if I would have not checked I would have never known. I will never return to this place.

I’ve been here multiple times and never had I waited more than 5 minutes to be greeted, for my vehicle to be pulled into the bay and for the work to begin. The service is quick and concise. Don’t expect to have a long conversation with the mechanics - they are busy! But that quick service is the reason you come here.They’ve never recommended anything I didn’t need nor did they push the issue if I declined. I go out of my way to get my oil changed here and would recommend it to anyone!

I paid for full synthetic oil they charged me $48 for oil.On the sticker the due date for the next oil change is 6,000 mileage but on the invoice/receipts they gave me it says the next oil change is due after 3,000 mileage.l called and the employee and manager were so rude.I was there for less than 5 minutes and they had already finished doing the oil change.l don’t even trust them if they changed the oil or if they put the right oil that l paid for or cheaper one.Don’t take your cars there for services,they just want quick money for poor quality!!!!I’ll need to take it to another place so they can confirm if they put oil in my car and if it was the right oil(Synthetic).

Do..Not..Go! They claim to have mechanical knowledge and skill, but all it is is perfume scented garbage. They truly never know the problem but will tell you its this or that. You have them fix it.....didnt work. They then come up with a sounds good solution and take more of your money and still dont fix anything.They need to just stick to car washed as it doesnt take any skills.

Beware Consumer- DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY!!The rudest people and deceptive practices -So fortunately a $20 something up charge is not going to kill me - (about 43% greater than agreed amount of service)Firstly - we as consumers have the right to ask about a charge on our credit card statement at any time! - without being talked to rudely- no matter what - if I am being civil - so should you- learn how to talk to people that have a simple question.Secondly, I think that any “up charge” should be fully disclosed to a consumer before any work is performed. When I brought this up with the manager- he told me that because I drive a luxury car - I should have “expected” an undisclosed fee??? What?

I live 20 mins away from this location, and I usually go to the one up the street from my house but I had purchased a Groupon to this location. I’m glad I did so, I will be driving the extra 20 mins from now on. Customer service was very friendly and professional. And they gave me great feedback and advice on how to take care of my car even further. Definitely will be taking my business here and recommending more people here as well. Wonderful experience.

Do you like to wait a long time & pay for things you dont receive? This is your place.When I pulled up there were no cars in any of the bays and 3 employees that I could see. I was asked what I needed & showed my Groupon (probably a mistake).He proceeded to drive my car around the parking lot and then into then bay. At that time he began looking at the engine. After about 5 minutes he came over and told me I was low in oil & needed my radiator flushed because the fluid was dirty. I told no thank you. I would take car of that myself just do the inspection. So I wait another 10 minutes and looked up because they are pulling another car into the bay my had been in.Since i had my other car inspected a month earlier I know a state inspection only takes 8 minutes. Yet my car isnt finished, they have merely pulled it out of the bay on the back side. So I ask what is going on. I am then told the other car was there first and they are just going in order. Sorry I dont buy your story. If the other car was there first it would have been in the bay when I pulled up, also you would not have started working in my car & then stopped.When my car was returned to my over 40 minutes later the guy got out of my car and walked off. No thank you nothing. So I got in my car to leave thinking we were done. An employee comes out saying I owe money for the inspection, oil and coolant that was added to my car. I told him I had a Groupon for the inspection which I presented before we started and that I told the man not to add oil or coolant to my car, that I was not paying for. He took the Groupon information and left it at that.Since I had a feeling these guys are not exactly on the up and up when I got home all of 15 minutes away I checked to see if in fact these fluids were added to my car. The oil was added as they claimed. However, no coolant was added as you can see in the before pictures and then the after pictures where I added coolant.So if you take your car to these people you need to watch them the entire time. They will charge you for services not performed. Imagine if I had drove around believing he added coolant to my car, my radiator would be fried- thats probably what they want so I would come have it replaced. Not a chance.This is the second year I have had a vehicle inspected here. I wont be back. I have no problems with the Kwik Car in Denton by the mall but they apparently are owned by different people.

YOU DEFINITELY WANT YOUR FAMILY GOING HERE! - Jason and Chris were amazing! They were honest, knowledgeable, explained it all to me clearly, and earned a repeat customer. I had my valve cover gasket replaced, with and after that I added on a little more. They saved me money, when other competitors would have charged me more and lied to me just more money, since I am woman and they think I dont know anything about cars. This speaks to their integrity and work ethic, something many others lack.

Been here twice. Hands down one of their quickest locations. Always seem friendly to me as well and always cheap. My last visit which was today on 5/17/2020 I got a state inspection and it was the quickest Ive ever had. Took about 5 mins. Didnt even have to get out of my vehicle except when I parked afterwards to pay. Just rolled down my window and he told me when to tap my brakes, lights, blinkers, and everything I needed to do from inside my truck. Location is a little old but clean. Not disappointed in the least.

I ran over a giant piece of industrial plastic on the highway which had wrapped around the axle making a loud noise. I brought it in and they quickly removed it. I think they recognized me, because they didn’t charge me anything, even after I offered.That’s what I call exceptional service! I’ll continue to be loyal to them. Thanks again!

Best prices around. Workers do not try to rip you off. My break light was on. NTB gave me a $300 estimate to fix the issue. Kwik Kar charged me nothing. The brake fluid was low. Love their honesty.

I went here to get my a/c fixed. They told me that I needed a new compressor, after paying almost $700 for that my a/c worked for one day. I brought it back and they said the compressor was not engaging so they told me they put another new compressor on my car. Come to find out they did not put another new one on, it started working so they called me and told me it was fixed. IT WAS NOT! Now they tell me it’s a different problem that they can not fix and refuse to refund even the cost of labor. Fact is I paid $700 dollars for my a/c to be fixed and I’m still riding in a hot car. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM EVER ANGAIN AS I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR YEARS!! They are not trustworthy and will take advantage of you the first chance they get.

Lied about parts, about knowledge of air-conditioning and put bad parts and claimed to have put new parts in but didnt. Cost us 1,100.00 and now having it repaired at a different location.

I cannot thank Kwik Kar enough for being honest and saving me $700! My car wouldnt start and I had it towed to another shop that quoted me $750 to change my starter. I called Kwik Kar on a referral and they quoted me HALF! It gets better - after they looked at my car they told me the starter was fine! My battery needed to be secured and a cord fixed. That was it, only cost me $50If youre wanting an honest shop to look at your car, come here! I wont take my car anywhere else now.

Phenomenal service!!!!! Very friendly and helpful. These gentlemen take care of my car as if it was their own. They told me about my fuel filter, and replaced it, and always check all of my fluids and filters. If anything needs to be attended to, they let me know immediately and SHOW me what they are talking about so that I know for sure that they are not just trying to pad the bill. They happily answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I ask so that I completely understand what needs to be done. Most of all they are the most honest shop I have ever taken my car to, over and above the dealer. They are amazing and I will not take my car anywhere else, if I dont have to.

I took my Impala in to Kwik kar to have my wheel bearings replaced on short notice. The guys were very accommodating and friendly, taking care of me on the spot!. Excellent value and service, highly recommend!.

If you need anything more than an oil change or some air in your tires, save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere else. This is not an auto repair location by any stretch of the imagination. This location only has one main mechanic who can handle anything more than general maintenance.In the event your car breaks down and you have it towed to a location that says AUTO REPAIR, you would expect a mechanic to be on site in the early afternoon mid-week. I gave the name of my insurance, name and phone number but it wasnt for another hour or so before I was told the main mechanic would have to look at it tomorrow. Because they didnt want to start ordering parts I didnt need. I appreciated the ride home after I agreed to leave my car overnight, but the guy was in such a hurry he almost rear ended another car at a red light.Next day I waited until a couple hours after opening (10:00am), and no update, so I called. The guy answering was rude and dismissive when Id only asked if theyd had a chance to look at it. He said theyd need some time. A couple hours later (12:30pm) and nothing, so I grabbed an Uber up there. I requested my keys back since they were obviously busy and it was then I was told they had been looking at it all morning. Blatant lie #1. The request for my key went ignored. I took a seat and waited. I asked for an update and the guy let slip that they had ordered a starter yesterday and it would arrive by 1:30pm. Blatant lie #2. I sat in the waiting room for the rest of the afternoon, partially out of stubbornness and because theyd proven they couldnt be trusted. My car wasnt moved into the garage to be serviced until 3:30pm and by 5-5:30pm they told me they couldnt figure out the problem between the three guys looking at it. Oh and close is at 6pm. At the end of the day I had to have it towed AGAIN to a real mechanic in Denton, whos going to charge $90 because theres no telling what Kwik Kar did to my car.I should have called the authorities when my key wasnt returned when requested.Honesty-0Communication-0Customer Service-0

Service is always good and fast. Ive ONLY been there 2xs. I get my Groupon for vehicle inspection for this specific location. Never a hassle. They fixed my rear window brake light for like 10 bucks and im good to go. I plan to go there for my oil changes.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT take your car here, because if they mess it up, they will not accept responsibility for their mistake. Yesterday, I took our 2018 Honda Civic that we purchased last week to KK because it was leaking oil. Before I headed back to the dealership which is 30 miles away, I wanted to see how big the problem was. According to KK, it was a simple fix and I was told it was good that I brought the car into them. The drain plug was not secure, so they secured it for me free of charge and said it was their gift to me. Well, their gift ended up costing me $286 today. Today, as I was driving, I heard this terrible noise coming from underneath the car, so I immediately pulled over. What I saw under the car completely scared me, it looked like the entire underneath was falling out. Not knowing what I was dealing with, and thinking I had a bigger issue than a drain plug, I immediately headed to the nearest Honda dealership where I was informed that the splash shield was coming off. Apparently, the KK technician didnt secure the splash shield properly as 2 clips were missing. After waiting on Honda to fix it, I then headed to KK to inform them of what happened, and instantly, I was met with attitude and blame. The manager said I should have brought it back to them to fix and not go to the dealership. I reminded him that I thought this was a much bigger issue than a drain plug and how was I to know the technician was incompetent. I was worried about our safety and having the car on the road. I wasnt about to keep driving it. After being customers of this location for years, I thought they would at least meet me half way. I would have been willing to split the bill, but I got nothing. No apology, no offer of reimbursement, just blame and irritation from them. So, just know, if they work on your car and mess it up, they do not stand by their work and they could do more harm than good.

There is a lack of communication from the mechanic & its been going on two weeks with them having my car. Its still not repaired.

My sincere thank you to your service department and mechanics. I had my 2012 taurus in for a right front brake caliper check, an oil and filter change, plus a complete undercoating. All was completed ahead of schedule and below the estimate. additionally, with the undercoating, the normal road noise was reduced by about 2/3. Thank you for your great service.

Took my truck in for an oil change. They couldnt figure out how to remove my stock skid plate. Then lost half the bolts to it. But as an encore act they rolled the o ring to my filter bowl causing my expensive Amsoil synthetic to spill out all over Lewisville and my driveway. Thanks guys! How Kwik Kar doesnt take your franchise back is beyond me!

Quick and complete, I had my oil changed and got my annual inspection

Went to a different kwik kar in town and they didn’t screw my skid plate back on correct and it drug all the way home before I realized what the awful noise was. So I took it to the kwik kar in Lewisville and the guy that helped me (didn’t catch his name darn it!) was so helpful and friendly and fixed it and screwed it back on. He was so nice and efficient and just great! Will only ever go to the kwik kar in Lewisville!
