This place OOZES customer service. Free donuts and coffee in the waiting room, a TV with excellent quality and volume, and the most comfortable chairs Ive ever used in a service environment. They did my car inspection in less than half an hour, and even left a thank you note in my car. Ill definitely go back.

I am new to the area and had to get my vehicle inspected for a new registration. The staff were so nice and accommodating and were able to get my inspection completed right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. When my inspection was done I went to my car and they’d left a little snack bag and ‘thank you’ note in my cup holder. My fiance usually comes here for all of his auto care and we took in my 2014 Chevy Cruz for some repairs and general maintenance. They were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The car has had a few issues when I took it on so I was a little worried how much we were looking at. The engine light had been on for ever it felt and I had issues with my front passenger seat among other things. After a couple of hours they called us with an estimate on some minor repairs and it was actually not as bad as I thought but definitely needed some work! Took about a few days to get the car back, they had to wait on some parts however they kept us up to date and definitely felt like they took their time making sure nothing was missed. First time driving my car since then and it feels like a brand new car! This auto car facility is absolutely exceptional and definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

WOW! WOW! WOW! I am SO impressed by this place!!! I bought a used vehicle and knew it needed a ton of work. Robin, Kimera and Danny gave me all the information and options I had hoped for. They went so far beyond my wildest expectations when I took my Jeep in. This is my second trip back… of many more in the future!!! They gave me a very fast and reasonable quote, broken into bite size pieces, so I could plan out the repairs as my budget allowed. They did the work so quickly and so perfectly… and left me a snack and “thank you” card in my Jeep! So thoughtful!! They gave me a loaner vehicle the first time and Robin gave me a ride to/from the shop on the second time! I really felt like I was part of the family! My radiator hose sprung a leak when I was at the cross streets by there shop. They were able to repair it with OEM parts less than Ford dealerships. I had to leave town that day and they were able to get my truck repaired early

The establishment is very clean and the older gentleman I spoke with was very kind. After 3 failed attempts with scheduling with Goodyear at getting a wheel alignment, I reverted to Honest-1 on the first try whom told me the alignment was perfect but that the car I took in had a hub bearing assembly that was bad, which was and had been making noise. Asked them to replace and has been great since the repair. Even loaned me a tiny car to finish up my errands around town while they did the repair.I could do without all the emails they send and the 6:30AM text messages each morning constantly asking me to give feedback though. I can see that getting real tired and real quick....For the rest, they did a great job and very professional.

It took me 2 hours for a basic oil change.....

I am very disappointed at this place. First of all, I came here for oil change and while they were trying to do that, my drain plug was stripped and had to change my whole oil pan. Im ok with that however the prices were blown out of proportion. They told me that my oil pan would cost over $500 and along with the labor, it would be over $800 not including the oil itself. I asked them why the oil pan was so expensive as the prices online was only $250, the mechanic just tried to blow off saying that everything online is cheaper. I had also gone to valley view car care for car service. When I called them, he said everything including oil pan, labor and oil would be $580 besides towing which was $100. So if I would have gotten the service done at honest auto are, it would have cost me close to $1000. And I paid almost half the price to get it done at Valley view. Plus the mechanic out there was very unprofessional and rude. Anyway Ill be sticking with valley view car care, theyre very honest and helpful.

This was my first time here and I came for a state inspection for state registration renewal. First off, the building is quite attractive and they have a very neat and comfortable customer waiting lounge. The customer service was excellent and friendly. The entire experience took less than 20 minutes & was a real good one. You should like it here too,

Our family has used Honest-1 over the years for oil changes and minor repairs and they have been fine.Last summer, I took my daughters car in because the a/c wasnt blowing cold on the driver side. They evaluated it, did some work and topped off with freon and dye. She drove it around and then brought the car back. We were told that she would need an evaporative core replacement (around $1300). We decided to wait and with the freon top-off, were told it should be okay for awhile...which it was, until this summer.When it started blowing warm air on the driver side again, we decided to schedule the repair before my daughter went to college. I called Honest in the morning and the girl that answered was fine but not enthusiastic, no smiling voice. I told her my name and asked her to look up our vehicle in the system to view the suggested care. I know they track this because lord knows--they send emails with suggested care for my vehicles often. The girl could not find the info and when she finally did, claimed there was nothing listed as far as suggested repairs. Interesting. That was a red flag.I was not confident in Honest at this point so I called Brakes Plus who also provided service for us in the past with exemplary customer service and technicians. They answered with enthusiasm and scheduled an appointment. It had been 4 months since we were in for a minor repair and he remembered us immediately, pulled up my information right away and confirmed they could replace the evaporative core if needed. He stated they would verify the need prior to performing the work. He also gave estimates for all service before starting.This is where it gets good and Brakes+ saves the day. Turns out, the evaporative core looked ok. They only took a small part of the dash (stereo) out to insert a camera and take a look for things that would have been present had there been a failing evaporative core (leaks, oily substance, etc.) They topped off the freon, put dye in to detect leaks if there was one and we drove it for a week. Went back in today and there is absolutely no leak. If Honest used a camera a year ago-they would have seen that as well.I dont know what kind of game Honest-1 is playing but I am beyond thankful for Brakes+. I trust them completely. Brakes Plus also rotated my daughters tires, replaced the rear brakes, gave a report on the aging struts (future repair) and took care of the other requested services. They even found all the applicable coupons and applied them for us in addition to service discounts. Who does this? (hint...not Honest). Our entire family is switching to Brakes+ for all of our car care needs.

This was my first experience at a car shop where I did not feel taken advantage of due to being a woman. The staff was friendly, professional, and they explained their services and their fees with honesty. This is where I will be going from now on.

They were fast with oil change but I noticed today and Sunday that my remote start wouldnt work and horn honked twice while locking it. Come to find out my switch under the hood was stuck between the lid to air cleaner and was yanked out. Now its missing the internal pieces.

I called to see if theyd have time to do a state inspection this morning and they said Sure, come on in. I drove up and walked in with 2 other people, all three of us were immediately handled at the same time. They made it very simple for me to sign in and get started. The person who checked me in was VERY pleasant and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by this even.However, they also have a large variety of free snacks and drinks and great free wifi.And it took less than 30 minutes for my inspection to be complete. In my experience, an inspection is a potential opportunity for the shop to get some extra cash by replacing tires, brakes, wipers, lights, etc. They did none of that.I will absolutely be coming back for regular maintenance.

Our usual place was understaffed and busy on other cars. Since they were unavailable to take our car in a jiffy we tried this place. It is conveniently located not far from Tx-121 near Josey Lane. We still had to wait a bit, but their waiting room is much bigger, nicer, and with cold refreshments. We will be using them again.

Everything here is overpriced, they gouge you on the labor and also the parts, $1000+ for rear struts replacement. When I ask the gentleman why were the parts so expensive he just brushed it off couldn’t give me straight answer.

Once my car was ready, I was left with a bag of ritz crackers inside of my vehicle with a message happy driving. The person at the counter was very personable and she gave me a sheet that showed discounts to numerous shops in the area. Very happy with my experience here. I came in for a state inspection, and was greeted by a very nice staff. I was told it would be about an hour because there were a couple of vehicles ahead of me. I settled into a comfy leather chair of the lovely lobby, and my inspection was actually completed less than 30 minutes after I arrived. Always a nice surprise! Speaking of surprises, when I got back into my vehicle there was even a snack with a note thanking me for my business. I’ll definitely be back for all of my inspection/service needs.
