Got my truck window actuator fixed fast and at a very fair rate. I can now roll my windows up and down! Ill be back here again. Steve was very nice, too.

Great experience, originally went for a second opinion on another shops diagnosis. What I got was a friendly, knowledgable explanation of what was going on from the manager, Shiloh, and an estimate hundreds less than the other shop. After approving the work he called with updates when promised and when the work was done and I picked it up its never ran better. This is the only place my family will bring our vehicles from now on.

Definitely need to bring your car here for repairs. Being using them for over 12 years and will continue

Id never go here again. I told my mom, daughter and boyfriend all about this place and they had work done. I went in yesterday with my boyfriend to get an oil change and the gentlemen in the front was so rude very unprofessional. He seen my boyfriend that was there also for an inspection. But when i mentioned an oil change he stated he wouldnt be able to do it today. It was far from closing hours. He treated me and my boyfriend totally opposite. I also noticed while i was waiting with my boyfriend and older hispanic dude came in and he was rude to him as well. Im figuring people of color he has a problem with.(my boyfriend is white) Sad because i was even telling my son about them yesterday before i went to them and had this bad experience. Now i will be telling my family and friends to never go to them again.

I was planning a trip and my tire light was on and brakes were needed. I asked if they could check before my trip. Even though I went in after 1, Steve checked my tires right away. Even though they closed at 5, he also made sure my brakes were done, inspected and oil changed and safe for my upcoming trip. He and Kristina couldnt have been nicer.

The service provided was amazing!! We had scheduled an appointment, but then could not even get our van started. We live down the street from their garage, so they came to our house, got the van turned on and took it into their garage for the repair work. They sent us a text message that the work was completed and our vehicle was ready for pickup. They also provided a quote for some additional work that our van needs done. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy to have found Lakeshore Automotive and plan to continue to use them for any future repairs or maintenance to our vehicles.

I am so impressed with this place! I had a loud noise coming from my Dodge ram. I dropped it off and the truck was ready within a couple hours. The shop is clean. The owner is there and so nice. They have a lock box so you can pickup whenever is convenient for you. Even when they are closed. They went above and beyond! 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!

They were very prompt in fixing a sudden, somewhat-complex issue with our car, being able to repair it same-day, despite their already heavy workload that day. They were so kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process, and they had very reasonable prices, especially considering what all work / replacement parts were needed to get our car back up and running again!!! Were so glad we got the recommendation to take our car here, & I doubt we will ever go back to use anyone else, even if they arent as close to our house as some other repair shops. Definitely worth the extra few miles drive to go see them. Highly recommended!

Under new ownership! Steve is awesome to work with, and hungry to make his new business run like a finely oiled machine (pun intended). Leslie is back too, which is amazing. Hes on old school mechanic that knows his stuff. There isnt anything bumper to bumper I wouldnt trust Leslie to fix. Great people, and love supporting local businesses like this one. They are THE hometown shop, and you couldnt be in better hands.Update 5/1/2020 - still amazing people and amazing service. I will use these guys for everything minus an oil change. Only because oil changes are oil changes and they are about twice as much as anyone else in town. When it comes to brakes or any other work they are extremely competitive - idk why the oil change is so expensive here.. but other than that can’t beat Steve and his team!!

What an amazing place this one is! I am talking about the best service ever! I took my truck with an electrical issue after checking other places, everywhere else they were quoting me $150.00 for diagnostic plus repair costs... these guys at Lakeshore Automotive fixed the issue and since it was just an electric missconnection they did not charge me for it and I got my state inspection done.... without mentioning a ride back and from home... best service... this my car shop for now... Thanks Steven. Mike, and Leslie for everything... only you will touch my cars from now on!

Wife and I took in our cars for oil changes and really enjoyed their service. Needed my radiator replaced so I took it back to them and has that done. They noticed my AC wasnt blowing that hot so they topped off my freon and put a tracer in for free. I will be bringing back my car here for the foreseeable future.

I used Lakeshore recently, and they are my official go to! They were friendly, sent pictures and updates, were very thorough and informative. Most of all they are honest and have the customer and their priority!

This shop is fantastic! Steve, the new owner, met me at the counter and listened to me as I explained the problem Ive been having with my car. I needed a new battery, an inspection, and an A/C diagnosis. I received a quote for the A/C diagnosis that I plan on going back for. While my car was being looked over, Steve gave me a ride home AND picked me back up when my car was finished! I couldnt believe the great service! I’m just making an update to most of these pictures of this Royal tire and automotive shop as it looks so much better after they did some remodeling or repainting the story itself. It looks Much more professional but unfortunately I do not have a picture of it so next time I drive by it which will be within a few days I will take a picture of it and post it.After my first review above, I need to add that since then, this shop looks even better and stands out in a positive way and has new signs along with all the new paint and remodeling done to the exterior that says this shop is under new management. I added a star because it looks so much better when driving by and for anyone who has used or reviewed this place before, they are not the same and they have new management running this shop with signs outside and easy to view stating this.

If I could give zero stars I would! Were to begin? Don’t take your car here or buy anything from them!!!I bought a car from this facility labout 2 weeks ago! We asked if there were any issues with the car and was told no! Even asked if there were any leak and we were told no. After the purchase carfax that pop up stating that a new engine was put in the car ON THE DAY I PURCHASED IT!!! ( I have all the documents)Now I am left with a car that doesn’t run (needs a new engine) due to fraud and misrepresentation and when I asked for them to fix the issue they said we will GLADLY see you in court.... go on and take legal action... These are the people you are dealing with!! BEWARE
