These guys are great! They are honest and professional and take the time to make sure your are satisfied with your service. Ive been getting my oil changes here for a couple years now and have had several parts replaced. I feel like I can trust them not to try to sell me something I dont need and honestly, I dont see myself trusting anyone else to work on my car.

Absolutely awful customer service. They performed a service that I did not ask for, and then preceded to harass me for not wanting to pay the extra fee. I got told not to argue, and that its just money before the manager stepped in and waved the fee.I also specified the type of oil that I want used and they did not use the specified oil.

Fast, friendly service and explains what needs to be done on your car and why. As a woman, I would highly recommend this location to other women, because the owner is honest and explains whats wrong with your car in laymans terms. I was not immediately in the area so I went to another place so they could look at my tire. That place didn’t see anything so I drove to Lewisville and Midas took the time to find the issue and get it fixed! I had something puncture the tire and they found another nail in a different tire and thankfully it was under warranty but they went above and beyond to make sure I would be safe on the road! I recommend them!!

This is the only place I truly trust. They are always helping my family, friends and myself out! Very straight forward and honest. Both Ryan and Cliff have a heart of gold! Because of their amazing work this location is super busy! Keep up the good work guys!

Went to fix my exhauat noise issue. The technician figured the issue out and fix within 10 mins.The heldesk person was also polite and honest with pricing. Will always go to Midas first whenever any issue comes with my car.

I went there for an oil change, 4 new tires, and to check why my brake lights wasnt working. Guy was cool. Waited there for roughly 3.5 hours. Nothing else was wrong with my car. Im now missing a part for assembly that holds up the left side of my bumper because I was hearing weird rubbing noises once I drove off. This wasnt the case. Overheard a conversation about a disgruntled customer over the phone that wanted their car back within that day he told him that it was going to take them until tomorrow for them to get the part he walks outside. Then returns to the phone saying hell have it done before 5. Im just going to say this they took my part to fix anothers car. I just got off work I was tired. Had no will to return to complain.

Very Very rude. Please do not buy your part and take it there. You will have to wait longer. I think the younger guy name is Randy. He called my car which is 2005 old and told me he hope that I didnt think fixing the crank sensor would make my check engine light go off and named about 7 to 10 things were wrong with my car just to spook me. Which was not true. He even told me what if he takehis gun out and I run out like he is after me, just to scare my granddaughter. Poor customer service skills. I will never ever return there even if I have to go out of town to get my car fixed. I reported this incident to home office, they did nothing. He called back and offered me my money back. Beware.

These guys have saved me so much money over the years. I took in a car with less than 36,000 miles 2 years ago and the owner suggested that I make sure the repair item was not under warranty. Sure enough, it was a warranty item, and it was repaired at another shop (dealership) for free. Same car, fast forward to summer 2013. Grapevine Ford tells me I need new brake pads on all 4 wheels along with my dead master cylinder. I call Midas to get a quote before allowing Grapevine to do the work. Grapevine Ford wants to match the price on the master cylinder but not the pads. I let them do the Master cylinder work and take my car to Midas for the pads. Funny thing-my car does not need new pads - - AT ALL! Ryan and the owner at this Midas are honest. They could have reconfirmed the lie that Grapevine Ford service sold me, but they would not do it. Over the last 10 years, we have had 4 different vehicles up to this particular shop and have not ever been done wrong or had problems. I highly recommend them, especially for their integrity. And on the flip side, dont go to Grapevine Ford unless you are desparate!!

Great serves for a great price the manger cliff is always honest and up front about anything needing to be done I have compared other shops and these guys are leaps above the others around.

Went here to get an inspection. The guy at the front desk was very rude and it made me very uncomfortable. He was rude to not only me but others on the phone and customers inside. I had to come back because my inspection failed which was fine so I figured maybe he was having a bad day and it would be different when I came back. Nope. He is just a rude person. A guy came in and wanted an oil change and his response was not gonna happen! Just like that. I guess they didnt have time because they were busy but the way he says things is very rude he could have said it way differently. Bad business. I looked at other reviews to see if I was the only one who thought he was rude and it looks like Im not. I will not be returning here.

I just want to write a review because Ryan was an absolute lifesaver this Christmas holiday!My car battery had died right down the street and I didnt know what to do because I just moved here, so I walked up I-35 and found MIDAS. I explained my problem and asked for help. Ryan grabbed his equipment and followed me back to my car. The whole walk back we discussed potential issues that might arise. When the car didnt start the first time, he ran back to the store to pick up the big guns.Heavy equipment in hand, my car was finally revived with life-giving juices. I thanked Ryan and his friend whom helped a despondent man. He said to let the car charge for a bit and then bring it up to the shop for a courtesy inspection. I did just that!After the inspection, Ryan said that my car was good to go. He did all of this. Free. Of. Charge.I cannot stress how amazing the power of human connection is. Nor the value in subject-matter expertise. Strike up a conversation with this man. Ask him for his opinion. I guarantee you are in good hands.

Awesome. Cant beat a synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $50. Also, my car takes 5.6 qts and they didnt charge for the extra .6 qts. Everyone else has always charged if over 5 qts. Ill be taking all my vehicles there from now on.

Ive been to this Midas a few times for oil changes and minor car repairs. Always polite, helpful, and they dont beat around the bush. Owner doesnt believe in holding onto your car for days on end. They help you out and send you on your way. If you want to know about your car, just ask. Whoever is in the lobby will be happy to break down how your problem happened, how to fix it, and how to avoid it in the future. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend.

I was from out of town and had a problem with my vehicle. I went by this Midas shop because Midas has knowledgeable people. They were knowledgeable but i will never go there again. First off they knew i was in a bind and they charged me 200+ dollars over any other Midas shop i checked for the same work. But mostly because the owner is a douche. He has no people skills and was rude to myself and everyone that called or came in. The whole time bragging that he was the owner. Then when the mechanic came in with the info on my vehicle he went in the back room with him to discuss it because he had been talking to me and knew i was in a bind. Had I not been in a bind i would have went somewhere else. They seem to do good work but one would have to question their moral Character.

Only place I trust to give me a fair price for good work.

Buddy was really quick to answer the phone and schedule an appointment with me. But when I arrived he tried to sell me a full synthetic change ($35 more) which my car does not need. I left and went to Brakes Plus on Main instead.

Ryan is the best ever hes really knowledgeable about vehicles and isnt afraid to beat around the bush. Fairly priced great service will definitely go back.

Very honest people, I love this place and I made it my favorite!

My mother in law went in to get a simple rotor turn done on her car. Her vehicle only has 29k on it mind you. So, she went in there and told them what I told her to say, “My car shakes when braking. I would like to see what the cost is to turn the front rotors.” After waiting for her car to be inspected, the sales rep comes out and notifies her that A.) she needs new front brake pads due to excessive wear, B.) she needs new front rotors because the material their made out of cannot be resurfaced, and C.) She needs new rear brake pads due to them being over worked due to the front brake pads.The car has less than 30K on it and if you know anything about anything, rotors on most regular cars (she has a Nissan Rogue) are made of friggin iron... IRON! So please tell me how iron cannot be re-surfaced? I could see the possibility of the front pads wearing out faster, but upon further inspection from myself, there is plenty of life still available. As far as the rear pads go, the likelihood of those wearing out before the fronts is next to impossible (unless there is a problem with the front brakes i.e. pinched brake lines). But to state that the rear pads wore out quicker because a simple warped rotor!?!?! You have got to be friggin kidding me!NEVER EVER WILL I LET HER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY MIDAS LOCATION AGAIN!

Ive only gone here twice so far, and I already have decided to be a reoccurring customer. The staff is so friendly, the owner/receptionist is very helpful and willing to work with you over price and problem.I went in today around 11, and even though they didnt have any openings until 1 p.m., he knew I couldnt stay and wait that long. So he managed to squeeze me in and got my oil changed right away. He talked to me the entire time I was in the waiting room, and before I knew it, my car was done. It took less than 30 minutes. Its excellent service and definitely a place I plan to keep going as long as I live here.The prices are better than other auto places Ive been to as well.
