Required a replacement PCM to be reprogrammed - I am beyond frustratedand would almost rather tow it to the dealer . If anyone wanted to start up a for sure profitable business, and you return calls or show up when you say. You will kill it on the DC/Maryland/VA market - Wont take much to become a rising star in the eyes of the Independent shops that are on every block for 30 miles in each direction . Its a shame too, we had a decent scan guy a while back that moved and its been a disappointment over and over and not looking like its going to get any better anytime soon

Driver in Killeen was riding my tail and then stared me down as he passed. Tried to call corporate and they transferred me to a number no longer in service. Multiple reviews of the same thing. Not sure if it’s the same guy but this one has a large beard. If you care, you need to identify this individual. Coach or terminate them and respond to all of these reviews.

This brainiac was tailgating me on I-35 flipping me off and swerving through interstate traffic. Hope you got to where you needed to go, buddy. You might think about whether it’s a good idea to give someone the finger in a corporate vehicle with your name and phone number on it next time.

They are more expensive that the dealership. We called them out to do one single job. They did more than we asked for and charged us extra for it. I told the employee that we didnt ask him to do the extra work he did and he told us Maybe I should have talked to you about it before I did it. Very unprofessional and charged us without giving us an initial cost! Will not use again and do not recommend!

I was cut off by one of your drivers on the service road going on to I35 south towards Burleson this afternoon around 5:30. He/she starts coming into my lane (going same direction) made my car start to hit the side curb and as Im blaring my horn, he/she continues over anyways, cutting me off, then sped off into traffic. I was shocked for a business vehicle to be acting like this, luckily they didnt hit my car since there was a curb for me to run up on!

Well Well Well. The team at protech decided it would be a good idea to set up server farms to avoid properly licensing the Chrysler wiTECH scan tool. Now, We all have to pay an extra $35 for programming for every car we program with this scan tool. And not only that but they took down their review section on Facebook because they were getting roasted. Thanks ProTech.

Extremely professional and did the work I asked and was below thier competitors price. They did not try to sell me on any products that I did not need. I would highly recommend them.

I will have to leave a bad review. My wheels were stolen in a gated parking garage. Protech came and helped me to put the wheels back in a fast and reliable manner. The two technicians who helped me were wonderful and friendly. However, the one star went to the billing service and the accounting department. They kept calling me for paying the bills, but I have to talk to the insurance company first before I paid. After I paid, my insurance company and I found out they over charge me. We immediately told the company, however, they pretended they never received any emails or calls from my insurance or myself. They (J_____ and J___) were telling me that they will email my insurance and copy me, and we never received any emails but only a phone call to me on the next day but had nothing done and promised to call my insurance but never did which I called my insurance and confirmed about that. The refunding process had taken more than 1.5 month and this company all they do is avoiding to refund what they over charge me.

Not sure what type of business these people are running but they keep sending me an Invoice for something that never got done here. People be aware!

Ha Astec programming come out 4 times to program an abs module and charged us Everytime. The code that came back after programming was a configuration code. Kyle from protec came out and programmed it once and it was perfect. He listened to what the customer had done and what we did after the customer. They have my business from now on.

My car alarm started acting up to the point where it would not allow my car to start. Other alarm places I called around the Dallas/Garland area needed the car to be at their actual location to be looked at, which would have required me to find a towing company. Luckily, Protech Electronics were able to send someone to my location the same day. Doulton was very nice and finished the job in under 40min. He also noticed my cigarette/car charger plug did not work and went out of his way and fixed it. Thank you Protech Electronics!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY DONT TEL YOU HOW MUCH THEY GOING TO CHARGE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY CHARGE AN ARM AND LEG . AND THEY RUN WITH THE CAR KEYS.....
