Showed up at 5:25 to grab developer. The young lady told me my license expired. Walked me to the door and locked it behind me. I grabbed my phone to show her my license certification from my car. Then tells me she has to go to school and she can’t help me. Didn’t realize an extra 60 seconds was that big of a deal. But glad to know that she thinks her time is more important than mine. Definitely won’t be back to this one.

The two fat Mexican girls there are very rude and disrespectful. In serious need of customer service training. Called the Ops manager she was rude and unhelpful. Went to a competitor and was treated like a valued customer.

Female worker very rude. I called the owner and he was nice. She needs training on how to listen to customers before rudely shutting them down.

My fave, love the employees and how long theyve been there. Always friendly and talkative and create a cool, calm and professional environment

Everyone I come to this store I get terrible service, and they are required patrons to wear a mask. I will never shop in your store again 4 strikes your out!

Customer service needs attention. Store is never stocked and completely unorganized. Stocking carts are always blocking aisles to where you can not even shop them at all. Need better management doing the schedule because there is always a 15-20 min wait at least to just check out, after taking 30-45 mins to just be able to locate or get to the items you are looking for or needing.

Today was my first time in and they were so nice and helpful! They answered all of my questions and offered great product suggestions. Highly recommend!

They are always out of stock of the items I need. The need to work on better inventory. I have begun to use the store less and less

Jeremy is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about products. The store needs another sales person there to help him, so the store is not closed when he goes to lunch because hes doing it all by himself.

Always always out of everything. Everyone complains to the staff and managers and no one seems to care. They some how dont stock the most popular items. Its been like this for at least two years now. Terribly ran and not for the client at all
