I like this beauty supply much more than the one on corporate. They have so many more products to choose from. They literally have everything in one place that I use on my hair which is a plus so it’s a one stop shop. Will definitely be buying all my products from here from now on

The mannequins used to display the human track hair, is false advertisement. The quality, density, look, and the feel of the hair that is displayed on the mannequins, are well worth the prices advertised. However, what was on the mannequin, is NOT what I was sold. I am so upset that I paid $200, for hair that immediately fizzed when I applied my flatiron to style, and it did not form a single curl whatsoever. The hair was of very cheap quality, and totally worthless. I had to take my sew-in out the same day I installed it. But just like any other beauty supply store, there is very little that they will do to compensate for your loss. So yes, I have to just take a $200 loss. Needless to say, I will never shop here again.

I was refused entry b/c the person behind the counter didnt like its approve of the mask I was wearing. This store is using the mask mandate to discriminate toward people by choosing who can or cant enter their store. The mandate says wear a mask (which I had one on), not a specific mask to enter business establishments. After this experience, I definitely will never come back here again! Wish I could leave zero stars instead of one.

Nice products they have camera in the store but somehow still manages to walk around like they cleaning up to watch to see if you stealing which makes your shopping experience a little short because you can’t shop in peace

Valley Beauty Supply Does NOT OFFER RETURNS ON CHEAP HAIR PRODUCTS. A return on a product that your not satisfied with and I brought two packs of hair saw how it looked in one didn’t use the other pack returned it and was forced with store credit there’s a reason why there store is filled with cameras and how they are always in stock of everything they don’t make money . So they’ll take it from you with cheap products and say no refund on them .

Giving a rating for Valley Beauty Supply for me is going against everything I know to be true and respectful. The service at this store is horrible and any person of the EBONY hue should stay clear of this place. So I stopped by the store to buy a hair bun to assist my hair in growing. Everyone knows the lighting in the store is totally different from outside. I left with my bun and got home only to realize the color was totally different from my natural hair color. Of course I took it out of the package, however I was careful when removing it and was able to package it back the same way it was bought. In less than 20 minutes tops I was back at the store only to exchange for a better color and experienced the worst female employee ever. She insisted they dont do refunds or exchanges. I informed her that I was just there less than 30 minutes ago. So she offered an exchange and proceeded to tell me this will be the only exchange for this item. She then gave me the item without placing it in a bag and refused to give me my receipt until I became UNGLUED. At that point she gave me my receipt and then slid the bag towards me. Theyre in business because the majority of their clients are African Americans. Dont support this business and try another store with better service. Money is power and by shopping at a place that clearly disrespects their clients and visibly discriminate has no place in my pocket!

I been coming to several years they have the best products and hair for the lowest prices. The employees be really nice and especially the tall guy with the glasses. I went the other day and they had a new display shelf. It looks nice.

They follow you around the store like youre going to steal but once youtell them to stop it and back off they will. The prices are normal and great selection of hair but not a large makeup selection. l would recommen

Another go to beauty supply store. They have a good range of products, feomwigs to weaves to braids and hair oils and stuff. Ive always gotten what I came here to find.This strip mall is kinda old and just a very few stores, a gym is what I noticed the most.Parking is plenty and free!

I PAID $60+ FOR A Wig that I tried on In the Store They Asian Lady put A $20 Wig Of The Same Style Just To MAKE THE SALE WHICH I FOUND OUT AFTER I GOT HOME AND OPENED IT!!!!!*I WENT BACK TO THE STORE WITH THE WIG THEY GAVE ME AND TOOK A SECOND LOOK AT THE ONE I THOUGHT I PURCHASED AND TOLD ONE OF THE OWNERS THAT I WANTED THE WIG I PAID FOR!!!*SHE SAID “NO WAY AND DIDN’T CARE THAT ANOTHER ONE OF THEM HAD PUT A CHEAP WIG IN THE BAG OF THE ONE I PURCHASED JUST TO MAKE THE SALE I Spend Almost $100 A Week on Different Wigs!!!!....* I Will Never Return!!! This store has a lot of things to choose from. the wigs i like are always out of stock so i really appreciate they give a discount on the display ones.

Nice selection of hair and products. They will follow you. Dont take it too personal. I noticed them doing everyone that way. If they open a bag of hair for you..dont try to put it back into bag. Theyll do it. No public restrooms.

Since I moved to lewisville in 2017, I have liked this store, their products are always always cheaper than everywhere else and they stock nice hair. I have never had an unpleasant experience with the store keepers, now that I moved to Carrolton, I still drive down for my supplies every now and then!

I have experienced the worst customer service here twice. The owners know that they have a lot of good products and customers so they literally do not bother to please customers. My cousin and I picked 3 wigs and all 3 were out of stock so we had to buy the displays and they only would give us 10% off of the wigs which was only like 3 dollars and after tax you were still paying more than the original price. Another customer was having issues with them as well and the owner laughed because she called him a SOB. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The man in the location was following myself and my 7 year old son. I didnt like being stereotyped and it made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I put down all the items I was going to purchase. Went into the store today, and have been going for about 3 years. However this trip I brought my grandmother in to pick out a wig, she is in town visiting.We walked into the store with my little 3 month old baby, he was inside the carseat and carseat placed inside the stroller. When I walked in a lady said I dont think that is allowed. To this I said what? My child? she said hold on.I have nothing against Gays/Bi sexual/ etc. However, when this very guy/person came from the back, he said store policy no strollers allowed. I was taken back, I said well I dam sure did not come in here to steal anything. I am with my son, grandmother, I was in my work scrubs and had spent hundreds of dollars in the store and brought many others to the store to shop as well.So needless to say I was pissed. I said so every black person with a stroller is coming in to the store to steal? I also said that is a very racist stereotype! I also stated that I will leave a review on every site that I find this store listed on. I told him I will not go put my childs stroller in the car and carry him in his seat all around the store, having to place him down on the floor while shopping.HELL NO! Considering you are going to watch me regardless, the entire situation is a dam joke.Bottom line, dont shop here while Black and with a Stroller. For those righteous viewers that will say, that I am making this a race thing........YOU DAM RIGHT I AM!! Considering I have saw then roll out the carpet and try to kiss ASS to those of a different race meaning NOT black!!.Walked back in to further express my thoughts and the guy/girl disappeared as well as the lady. Attitude attitude the older lady threw my wig on the counter and also threw my aunts box on the counter and knocked her lashes on the floor because she had so much attitude, all because they didnt wanna give the discount price that was told to us by the lady on the floor helping with wigs ( which she took forever couldnt find anything) . Then she had the nerve to try and tell me how to speak ( I dropped the F bomb) thats a big no no.. I walked in with the cashier looking directly at me. I politely said hello and she ignored me. After that she continued to look me up and down. Not sure what the problem is, but I will not be returning.

They were a little rude. I came in for a product at about 5:38. I knew exactly what I wanted. At 5:52, they turned the lights off in the area that I was in. Another guest asked if they were closed, they informed her that they closed in 8 minutes. Needless to say, we both left without making a purchase.

This place has a decent selection of items but I personally cannot stand the location of the store because its situated in a dilapidated parking lot with nothing but potholes. And I never feel safe at this location. Im not saying its a bad store but it depends on what you prefer your shopping experience to be. I like cleaner and safer locations so I wont ne going back. Also, the staff is unfriendly and act like all blks that come in there are theives and I dont like that vibe because if Im spending my hard earned money at your establishment, you WILL respect me at all times because there are beauty supply stores on every corner in Lewisville and plenty will be happy to do business.

Their supplies is usually cheaper than the average beauty supply. Definitely look here first then go elsewhere if they dont have it..which they usually will have what you need for a decent price.

I will never shop at this place ever again their customer service is so bad to a point where they even called the police on me I went there one day I bought a wig since I had just got off of work I rushed to get there before closing time I got home open the box I thought I took the correct one but that was not the correct one because it was the wrong one underneath the one that I want it I called before driving there I took a half day just so I can get there and the girl on the phone told me it was okay for me to return it. They supposedly manager this short man with stupid hair look decide to refuse to exchange it didnt even do 24 hour in my house he refused to exchange it I told him I just want to exchange I dont want my money back I just want to exchange you refuse to exchange it for something I have not used and I told him I had no reason to keep something that Im not going to use that money wasted he said no we cannot exchange or return store policy and is the receipt never said anything about store policy can not exchange or return so now I didnt argue with the guy I said that I said somebody needs to get with the solution for me because Im not going to wear this they had to call the cops on me because they were capable of handling the problem if I tell you how embarrassing that is to get chest out of the store by the cops when it was in fact there fault nobody offer to assist me dont go there i heard to many complaints about this place

My boyfriend bought clippers from this place and about 2 weeks later they completely stopped working and when he went to return them today 11/11/15 the lady kept saying store policy. They dont allow enough time if something breaks down they give you 7 days after that no exchanges or returns thats completely ridiculous this is the 2nd time he will never be going back this is horrible the low prices are not worth it, you get what you pay for stay away people this company is bad for business!!!!!!!!

This store customer service is extremely bad. There is no one to help loom for items if you need. Everyone sits at the front counter, not offering any help. I took my grandmother in to buy a few item, we got there and asked one lady for help she said Hold on walked away we waiting for a good 10 minting yes them she came back out and was very rude, when we saw that the items we needed were not available we asked if my grandmother could please use the restroom, the lady said no to go next door, my grandma begged her knowing elders when they have to use the restroom its urgent, the lady still insisted and said no. We left very disappointed, I usually have my hair store I enjoy going to, this was our first time in that area, and sadly our last! Horrible expo wrench ride workers. I just feel like because they know people will still come to buy items they really dont care, after all regardless propel will still come and buy hair so..... Horrible!!!!!!!!!
