Always a great experience no matter who I see. Their wax is great, just let them know if you have sensitive skin so they can let it cool a bit before applying. Always enjoy a good chat while trying to ignore the pain LOL

I got a Brazilian with WENDY and she is fannnntastic. She used to work at the EWC in LA before moving here! she really went in and took out all the hair (as was my preference) with minimal pain and great convo. I am very happy with my experience. Highly highly recommend Wendy!

My highest recommendation is Karla and Sarah. Both have given me a full Brazilian and full legs with great results! Both are skilled, time efficient, and great at making you feel comfortable during the process.

Always courteous and helpful. You’ll want the membership which is basically credits you can use at any time at a discounted rate. Love how you can text for your appointment and confirm or cancel the same way. The business cards for each wax person has their hours which is also great to have in the car to set up future appointments.

I get full Brazilian waxes here. The girls make sure youre comfortable, theyre all super nice, and make conversation. I used to go to spas for my waxes but now I only come here. They get you in and out quickly. Love it here!

First time here and let’s say I felt immediately welcome and left thoroughly educated. Valerie was amazing and super quick. Would surely recommend her and I don’t make recommendations off of first encounters!

I’ll be straight forward, receptionist greeted me as I walked in but the wax person was done in like 5 min and rushed. I told her it’s not done but she advised she can’t wax no more due to the repetitive waxing. I just said ok and got up.I walked out to a nearby store only to feel powder and wax still on my skin that stuck to my under garment. Worst experience and honestly it shouldn’t been paid for but I never had issues at other european wax places in the different states as I travel a lot in different states. I even have the membership but this specific place was by far the worst experience and dissatisfaction of all. I was better off shaving than comming to this specific place.

I hesitantly tried this location again after a less than impressed customer service encounter about a year ago. Today completely obliterated any malingering remnants of the prior experience. My reception was welcoming and friendly, with a cute reception area. My tech was friendly, professional, and proficient. Everything was clean and everyone was masked!

I showed up prior to my appointment and was told that Madison was still with someone else. I had to take my dads debit card back to him because I realized I actually brought my purse. I walked out to give him his debit card and returned to be advised that she was still with her previous person. I wanted to go to the nutrient shop that’s two doors down so I advised that I would go there and come back because I knew what I wanted and it would be quick I was gone for maybe 3 -4 min... when I returned Madison was walking to the back and the person she was with hadn’t even processed her payment yet. I stepped in eager for my appointment and to provide Madison with a gift because I hadn’t been in awhile due to everything going on to be advised that I could no longer be seen... even though the person she had j u s t finished hadn’t even paid yet.... and she was just at the front..... I wonder how I missed my time in just 3 short minutes... I explained my concerns to the girls at the front they seemed frustrated and defensive.I called to get there names (Peyton and Elliot) and so that I could speak with the manager and Peyton found the situation funny and stated “I know exactly who this is” lol I didn’t find it humorous. She immediately stated I told you before you left that if you missed the time we would have to reschedule. But she never stated that..... or I wouldn’t have left. This is a big disappointment. The way I was treated is unacceptable and if they would have told me and I left I would of understood and just rescheduled. I didn’t need the attitude or the laughing.

I really enjoyed my experience here! I saw Maggie and she was training. But she did a fabulous job with my brows and stomach. (I was an idiot in high school and shaved it... big mistake) I also enjoyed the rest of the staff! Much nicer than a previous EW I went to.

Randi made my wax experience so easy. I was so nervous when I got my 1st bikini wax. She made it so effortless and made me at ease. She is definitely the only person I will be going to for a very long time! Update: Came back to get another wax & unfortunately Randi no longer works here! :( Carla did my wax this time & she was horrible! Very bad experience with her. Booked my appt with Madison next time I come in.

Haven’t been able to get waxed in months and I was scared of the experience. Karla was amazing and makes you feel comfortable. The pain was 10 times less than I expected. You can tell she’s experienced and knows what she’s doing. Will be coming back again.

My entire experience was great here. It was easy to book an appointment. I made my appointment the same day, & they were able to get me in immediately. Taylor was a great wax tech & moved very quickly... & explained the process very thoroughly... Also, very sanitary.Although there was still pain to some extent, it was one of the more painless/less painful waxing experiences I’ve had.

Id been reading about a free wax but didnt believe all the hype. So I called and verified the information and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Everyone was very polite and professional from the moment I walked in! I must say that Taylor was amazing and the process was great! I was in and out within 15 minutes! I most definitely will be returning!

Omg Madison is the girl to go to seriously ! I been going here for years and she’s the only one I will go to ! I’ve tried other ones, but they don’t have the special skills like Madison ! She literally gets every hair (make sure u tip her good and she gets even better) she wax me to where it doesn’t hurt or ripe my skin ! I would so recommend Madison! If you are thinking about a wax place, this is it! This chain is amazing altogether because Ive been to EWC in San Diego, Kansas Cityx and Dallas. This location is the best though! They make you feel so comfortable and double check to make sure its up to your standards. Ive have seen a handful of the gals here for appointments and each one has EXCEEDED my expectations. I love this place so much!

Randi is the best and only waxer I will go to here. Ive tried others and they all fail in some way. Randi takes your comfort serious and makes the whole process seem easy. Youre in and out before you know it.

This was my first visit here. I must say the young lady who did my eyebrows and bikini line was super nice and she did a great job. I will be coming back for my next appt in 3 weeks.

Lynda was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Definitely a better experience than my first time at another location. She was very quick and talked to me throughout the entire experience! Ill be making another appointment with her again! I even bought some of there body wash, cant wait to use it!

I usually go to this place because I got the package for 12 months, and whenever I go they ask me to wait for a few minutes... and it was completely fine until I arrived 10 minutes late today. I came via Uber so I spent 20$ to reach there but the receptionist was so rude and she told me she has no available appointments anymore. When 20 Minutes before she told me that she had 4 available appointments ... I just want to say we all are human and its really nice if we are tolerant to each other.I just have one question I already paid for 12 times would her reaction be the same if I wanted to pay today ? This taught me that buying a package makes things worse ....

Okay straight up, the only reason this company and location is even getting my review, and also five stars, is because of my wax specialist Karla. She is very professional, extremely friendly, easy to talk to, explained every step of everything she did, made me feel comfortable and welcome and (I think most importantly in a waxer) was EXTREMELY thorough and detailed; and I got a Brazillian, which I believe is the most laborious service to provide bc it should be quite thorough. She was very kind and always made sure to check after every strip removal to see if I was doing okay (for me, the pain was very manageable and Im not sure if it was because I have a high pain tolerance or because she was so expertly skilled).I was extremely happy with the results and the efficiency:) 20 out of 10 would recommend Karla as anyones specialist and EWC as their regular grooming service!

This was the worst experience since I began going there. I left without getting wax service done. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone. When she hung up, she asked for my name. I was a few minutes early, but she never said how long before my service. I waited my customary 15 mins. During this time, she burped, yawned loud multiple times and complained about being sleepy and cold. I finally asked if they only had one person working, she said no, two, but they were running behind. Didnt offer, how far behind. She got up, I assumed to check to see how much longer before I would be taken. She came back with a drink and sat back down without saying one word to me. I left and will call tomorrow to speak to the Mgr.

I had a great experience at the European wax center.The staff is really professional and polite; the structure is clean and comfortable and the waxing process work perfectly without even being painful. I come from Italy and i found a place who really deserve European as a name. I suggest to everybody who is searching a place in the area to come and see what the European wax center has to offer.

I love the European Wax Center in Lewisville. I do not always get the same person but everyone there is great. Money saving wax passes are great when you go more than once which will happen after your first visit. They do not double dip their wax and the wax temperature is comfortable. Appointments are seen on time and they make sure they take their time with each customer.

Great guest service skills. Tiffany is great. She is funny and made my experience getting a Brazilian quite pleasant. Based on some recommendations I did purchase the exfoliate cream they have, Im excited about using that. Thanks girls!

I love going to European Wax Centers and have been a regular customer both in the Boston and Dallas areas. Appointment scheduling for Lewisville is a breeze either online or via phone, and I like being able to buy a package of services which is good value and just makes my life easier. My favorite person, Pauletta, at the Lewisville EWC is a truly skilled beauty therapist, about whom I cant say enough positive things. She is so fun too talk to (which keeps me distracted during the ouch moments of a wax!), and I am always thrilled with my bikini and eyebrow waxing results. Pauletta also recently recommended a fantastic brow powder which I think is better than any MAC or Bobbi Brown eyebrow pencils Ive ever used.
