We bought a used boat from Buxton ~1yr ago now and couldnt be more happy with it, or the service we receivedPhil was great to work with, and was very accommodatingWe live way out of town near the coast, so they sent extra pictures and walk through videos so we could see it before driving out. Then on the day of, they braved the dusting of snow and cold weather to take us on the water and show us every last detail of the boat. When they say its a Buxton boat you can feel good about the product you are getting!Very satisfied, I just wish we lived closer so they could continue to service it!

Bought a used Malibu Wakesetter from Phil this past weekend. He owns the dealership and answered the phone promptly when I called to ask about the boat. I told him I was coming by the next day to look at it and he had it brought out front and wiped down before I got there. Boat was exactly as described in the ad and presented well. No pressure at all during the sale, just hung back and let me look and answered any questions I had. Andrew took us out to the lake for a test drive where we got to test the function of all the features. Back at the dealership the numbers part went as smoothly as you could hope for. Straight forward offer, fast paperwork, snacks and drinks available if you wanted. I wish I had bought my last two boats from Buxton Marine!

Better than 5 star experience. I bought a used Nautique from them, and had it shipped to Kentucky. When buying a used boat, it is well, used, not perfect, not pristine, but the boat I bought was pretty close to perfect and pristine. More importantly, the areas were it wasnt pristine, they made it right, all the way, above and beyond. If you dont have a 5 star experience, make sure you tell them, I am betting they make it right! The customer service provided after the sale, has more than made up for the cost of shipping the boat to KY. Highly recommend you call them if you want a Nautique.

These guys are great! We just bought our first boat here and they were extremely patient and thurough with all of our questions. We had a minor issue the first time we took the boat out and the Buxton guys went above and beyond to make it right! I was really surprised too that all of their life jackets and other toys were very comparably priced to Scheels or Academy, but they carry a much wider variety of better quality equipment. This will be our first stop for anything we need in the future!

Bought a used Nautique 230 from them in May and had a great experience. My sales rep Darac F was very responsive and answered my plethora of questions even after the sale was closed. Even though they have some new boats that cost 4 times as much as what I was buying, I never felt like I was treated any less than if I was buying a brand new Paragon. A+ service.

Working with an older Nautique, they passed me to the mechanic to help me troubleshoot. With boats at a premium they extend the same level of service regardless of how old your boat is. These guys are beyond customer focused. Every single experience in Buxton has been nothing short of top notch.

Boat repairs are not cheap. But these guys are fair with Great customer service. Even more important mistakes are sometimes made. My interior recently replaced was stained with foot prints by a technician. The owner Phil himself came out and cleaned it. Even offered to recover one seat cover with a stubborn stain since the seats are white. Point is even though mistakes are sometimes made its more important on how they are dealt with.

Buxton Marine is the type of company all companies should strive to be like. I live in Utah and bought a boat from them and had it shipped to me. They were great through the whole process. They sent videos and we chatted live on FaceTime so I could actually see the boat and ask questions. During shipping it had some damage from the shrink wrap. They took full responsibility and paid to have everything fixed! Great company!

Buxton service was a life saver to my wallet and helped turn a lemon of a boat I had bought elsewhere into a reliable boat in quick order. Blanton the mechanic assigned to my disaster, told me everything upfront that was wrong with the boat and being an avid boat owner himself, empathized with the plight I was in. He worked with me to get refurbished or used parts when possible and restored my boat without it costing me a fortune. Like a best friend that you can trust, I never doubted his recommendations and knew he was only replacing what had to be replaced to keep from paying bigger repairs in the future. Its running great and I appreciate them working within my budget. They are honest, more than fair with their prices, and they will take time to talk to you about issues or problems even after the repair work is done. You have a loyal customer and I give my highest recommendation to anyone needing maintanence done to their nautique boat.

Truly the best of the best. The more you learn and the more you know about the high end wakeboat sales the more you know all the top brands offer great boats... all the top 3-4 boat brands are great. What truly distringuishes the best ownership experience for a boat owner is the quality of the boat and followup AFTER the sale... and how the dealer/service folks treat you after and stand behind you thru the LIFE of the boat, not just the 30 mins before you sign the paperwork. Yep they cost more, but you get what you pay for, both in boat quality and in dealer. Have no worries about scams, ethics or any other issues of that sort with these folks.I am about as tough a customer as they come, not my first rodeo with wakeboats. 100% satisfied and would reccomend Buxton to a friend.
