We had been looking for a service vehicle for our business for a few weeks. Chula had a Ford Transit Connect but it was out of our price range. Then, the following week Gilbert gave us a call. Chuck had been at the auction and saw another Transit that they felt would be in our budget. They purchased it at auction, called us to let us know and then stayed late that evening to let us come look at it. We actually loved it better than the one that was out of our price range and bought it that night! They worked to keep within our budget and we really appreciated working with a company that was not only helpful but LISTENED to what their customer was looking for! We will definitely do business with them again and will recommend them to everyone! BTW, Gilbert and his wife had plans to go out the night we went to purchase and not only gave up precious minutes of their date night but they were incredibly kind and gracious as well!! We are so happy with our vehicle!!

When I was looking for a family vehicle I found one I liked at this dealer, so I decided to give them a call. After calling two times I was unable to reach them so I left a voicemail. Two days passed and I still had not received a call back so I decided to call again and leave a voicemail. Days passed by and nothing. I contacted another dealer about another truck and within minutes I received a call back. Calling back potential buyers would definitely help your business.

I was on my way to buy a truck from a guy on Craigslist,when he texted me and said that he had sold the truck. I was disappointed with the news but I was not going to let that ruin my day.I was on my way home after having breakfast with my wife and I told her that I wanted to look at a place that I always see on my way home.My wife and I pulled in to the parking lot and looked at two trucks. We werent harassed at any time by a sales rep. So we walked into the office and was greeted by Chuck.Chuck was very polite and very helpful. He did not give us any bad vibes. Chuck gave us keys and let us test dive the trucks.I knew that my credit was not great but Chuck said that I should talk to Gilbert.Gilbert took my info and had us in our new truck that same day,without all the let me talk to my manager for 4 hours kind of deal. In and out in 1 hour. Awesome!We knew that the truck was an older model an would have some issues but Gilbert and Chuck did everything to make it right even if they didnt have to. Got what I want ...but I had to stay on the staff to get the things I needed done before actually receiving the vehicle...even tho they gave me a car to drive it still shouldnt have taken 3 weeks to get the things finished...next time I will just research more

I bought a Chevrolet Suburban here in July 2014 assured that, ”We service and recondition each vehicle using a 27-Point Inspection Process etc MAKING SURE WE SELL PROPERLY RECONDITIONED VEHICLES FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND” as stated on the website. When I had the first ride the airbag light was on. The seller, CharlieAndrews, said it was on because they just did all the cheks and it would have disappeared after 50 miles. Since this wasnt letting me in a “peace of mind” state, I asked what would happened if it wouldt had disappeared and he assured that in that case I just had to go to a Chevrolet service and he would have had care of it payng them directly. After 2000 miles (I was travelling on a coast to coast) with the light on I went to a Chevrolet Service and came out that I have to change the driver seat airbag and it cost 1200 $!! Charlie was not reacheble and I had to pay 130 $ for the diagnose. Once I reached Charles, he said ok, I will send you a 1200 check. Then the check never came and he disappeared without answering ever again.
