We drove all the way from Houston to view a car at another dealership. We almost left disappointed going back home but I googled a car and found one with Nationstar Autoplex. I called and James Ward was a huge help and was very pleasant to work with when buying a car. He was able to show me different cars that would fit our needs. Very honest and sincere employees here. Ashton and Shane were the best, both were very courteous and did not pressure into anything at all. This place went above and beyond to make sure we were more than satisfied with our purchase and didn’t try to hide anything from us throughout the whole process. When I returned and decided to purchase the vehicle, everything was squared away and I was pulling off the lot in my new vehicle within 90 mins of arrival. These guys are doing legitimate business, everything was priced very fairly. This place truly wants to take care of their customers, I would 100% recommend to anybody considering shopping here.

This is definitely a go-to place when you are looking for a car. Very professional service. I usually drive my cars until they are at least 10 years old, so had not been out car shopping in awhile. Robert was my salesman. He understood the product and was very informative when making my decision. Shane helped with my financing. I had already gone through the process of getting my own financing prior to arriving at the dealership, but Shane was able to get me a better rate with his connections. I feel like I got an incredible deal and want to thank them both for helping me out. My advice is to check this place out. I would definitely go back when I am ready to look again!

Tried to sell us a car that had a smashed windshield, bald tires, major dents (that looked like they were from a crowbar) and many many other noticeably damaged parts on the car for way too much money. Would NOT recommend.

I was a little hesitant at first because they didnt have a huge selection of cars but once I looked around I noticed all their used cars were REALLY nice. We were met by Yên who was nice and extremely helpful. There was no pressure and when I told him we would think about a particular car over the night he said no problem, we hope to see you back tomorrow. We ended up buying my son a 2017 Honda with less than 12K miles on it and it was immaculate! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! NO PRESSURE SALES. I honestly doubted my experience with this dealership because they werent a namebrand dealership. They had a vehicle I was interested in, so I figured we would give it a shot. I called and spoke to Shane (GM) and he was super nice and helpful. When we showed up, we were greeted by our sales person Robert and I was able to drive the vehicles I was interested in. Bought an Infiniti from Ashton. Loved his car knowledge and genuine spirit. Shane, the finance officer, got me a great extended warranty on a high mileage car, worked well on the numbers and, between the two of them, left me a happy customer.Ive had the car for a week, been all over Dallas with zero problems. After looking around for another car for quite some time, I came across Nationstar Autoplex online. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and at a great price. I live about 3hrs away so just popping in to take a test drive wasn’t too easy. Yên Nguyen was super friendly, helpful and answered all of my attritional questions about the vehicle as well as took the time to send me a video of the car so I would know exactly what I’d see in person. When I arrived he had the car waiting and ready for me to test drive. I was in and out in under a hour with a new (to me) car. Talk about easy and stress free!

Very small selection of vehicles. The manager tried to sell me a car with a big crack in the windshield that he said was too big for him to fix. On top of the fact that the tires were bald. And then Tried to sell me the vehicle above market value and refused to come down off the price or fix the windsheild. I think most of these reviews are from family/friends of the owner, not real experiences. They told me that they are a brand new dealership...seems to me they have a lot to learn. BUYER BEWARE!! go somewhere else this place will take you if you let them. Make sure yo check Kelly Blue Book to see if youre getting a fair deal. At this car lot, you most definitely have not gotten a fair deal!!
