Excellent customer service!!! everytime I go into the store they always have a smile on their face even though you cant see it because we have masks on but you can just tell that they are friendly me and my family always have a good experience every time we go in there!!

Bad CUSTOMER service bought our wedding rings here said they had no record of my husbands ring good thing i kept all the maintenance records. I received a voice mail from a female THIS IS KAYS YOUR REPAIR IS READY no name didnt even say who the call was for. Told us we had a loose diamond when we picked the ring up i asked if the ring was fixed they say i dont know sends me a picture of the before and after they cleaned it still doesnt tell me if the ring was fixed.

Michelle was amazing with us when we came in to look for engagement rings. Incredibly helpful and followed up each recommendation specifically tailored from the feedback we were giving her.We left feeling informed and happy to come back to make the purchase. When I arrived to the store, I was greeted right away. I was helped by Anastasia(not sure spelling is correct). The short time that it took for me to complete my transaction went by very quickly because we were having pleasant conversation. I recommend you stop by and do some shopping here. I enjoyed my experience.

Prior to this COVID-19 outbreak, I had paid and ordered my girlfriend’s promise ring. We took their display size 7, to present to her, while her properly sized 4 ring was built. Then the pandemic happened. Date kept getting pushed back which I totally understand due to the nature of everything going on. However, I have tried to schedule 4 virtual appointments online to figure out an eta on her ring, which should have been here on the 15th of April. All four appointments were ignored by their call center. Calling and speaking with customer service directly; I provided my email, and phone number to be contacted by the store manager of the Lewisville, Texas location in Music City Mall. (Formerly, Vista Ridge mall.). I was NEVER contacted by phone or email by this store manager, and still have absolutely no idea where my order is at. All the call centers status shows is order has been placed by store. (It was ordered there by the manager at that time. My girlfriend is just ready to have her ring that is properly fitting in lieu of the size 7 she is having to wear with two spacers uncomfortably to make it fit properly. The store cannot also not provide me with a reopening date when I can expect the piece I paid for. I planned on putting her engagement ring on layaway with Kay and now am strongly reconsidering since I can’t get even get an update; but they already have my money on the piece, so it is very obvious they are not a bit concerned about getting me the properly sized piece that has already been paid. Wonderful management and staff team went out of their way to help my husband and me to find exactly what we were looking for in a wedding set. We chose a gorgeous 3-stone that I instantly fell in love with, as well as the matching band. It was a little out of our price range, so we put it on layaway. I was notified every time there was a sale so I would have the opportunity to get it out early at a discount but we really needed to save until December. December finally hit and I picked up my gorgeous ring right away. The manager very kindly explained if I waited about 10 days I could save quite a bit of money due to a sale they were having - but I couldnt wait! My husband said I could have it then. Wouldnt you know, I received a message when I returned home from the manager that she was going to honor the sale discount for me anyway! Within a few days, we received a check for the amount I would have saved. We would have continued to do business with them anyway without the check due to the ease of doing business with them, but this was just icing on the cake. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

*if you are shopping engagement rings DO NOT go here* My boyfriend went to this Kay’s to learn about engagement rings and see if there was one he thought would be good for me. He said that the man that helped him told him “don’t think about it too much or spend too much because you’re about to sign up for a life of hell” and had a negative attitude the entire time. Why does someone like this work at a jewelry store?? To make it worse the girl that was assisting the man helping my boyfriend was going on and on about how embarrassed she was of her own wedding ring and how she wants to upgrade it and get a better one because it was too small. This was a horrible experience for him as it was his first time going to look at engagement rings. These people should not be working in this business and should be fired immediately.
