Kat is such a beautiful, outgoing, helpful, and educated employee/sales rep. Honestly, Ive never had this pleasant of an experience in a toy/lingerie shop in my life. Went in with little expectations due to my experiences in other stores like this, and she just captivated my attention with her personality/energy and her KNOWLEDGE on every product in the store. Im going to be a returning forever customer. I really cannot say enough good things about her, and the experience I had tonight. I spent almost two hours here. The store is also super cute, and you just feel very confident in setting and especially the dressing room. 10/10

When I walked into this store I had to speak. Had I not spoken saying “Hello,” no one would have greeted me. After they (2 women) were done checking out 1 lady, neither one bothered to asked if I needed help, which I did. Another lady walked in a few minutes after me and she ran to help her before she even asked how I was doin or if I needed help. Just from customer service and prices (Everything cheaper on Amazon and same brands), I will not visit this store again. It was way to slow for customer service to be this horrible.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Betty always seems to help me, and she makes me feel soooo comfortable. And as a big woman, its been hard to feel confident in my skin but this store has completely turned that around. I will be coming back just for this wonderful staff!

I have been visiting the Velvet Box location in Lewisville for almost 2 years now. The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. The store is nicely organized and is always a joy to visit. It has become my favorite adult store to visit anywhere in Dallas!The staffs open approach and sex positive attitude really make this an even more pleasant experience for something that can still be considered a little awkward.

This shop is great for the area, there are a couple in the are for adult shops but this by far is the best and most professional. The staff is kind and very helpful to make sure you know about the products you’re want and buy. I highly recommend this place, it’s very well organized and ordered. The things that we have purchased her have been excellent and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking to explore a bit I recommend this place, they will help you find what you need and make sure you know the ins and out of what you buy.

Purchased an expensive item and I was told the store would handle any issues just bring the receipt. Two weeks later the product suffered a partial failure only to have them tell me its working fine. When they compared to their demonstrator to the one I purchased it was obviously not even close to having the same functionality and the answer was... well they are different. So, it is not operating as sold, the one they compared it to was working as designed, and when I said that is how it used to work the answer was well this is a different model and then she would find every reason possible not to stand behind their product including blaming me for not liking it which is funny as I only wanted to exchange for a working product. I would of even taken the demonstrator.BEWARE - anyone can sell you something, but only the good places will stand behind their products. If you buy something do not expect them to address any issues. I would give them less than one star but it is not an option.

Go in on Sundays to see Lexy, she is AMAZING! She made me feel very comfortable and gave great advice on all the toys and items they currently sell. She wasn’t pushy and is a great conversationalist! She is a shining example of customer service.

The store was in no way uncomfortable or tacky, it was very tasteful and adorned with clever signs. We left with items that made our evening! This place is great! Very Classy. Not Tacky. The manager was very friendly & knowledgeable. The company has a great policy that allows returns! They offer educational classes. I was not intimidated, embarrassed, or in any way uncomfortable about entering, looking around, asking questions or even taking pictures of a few interesting items. Sex is a natural part of life & a vital, even expected part of a marriage, so as a married lady, I want to be able to educate myself on anything that might enhance or improve my married life without feeling like Im doing something wrong or illicit. Im past the tee-hee-hee uptight sex stage of life and into the relax & enjoy it stage. This the perfect store for either & I highly recommend checking it out!!
