Fantastic store with a great selection of fan merchandise. The staff was very friendly and educated about their product. I would highly recommend visiting this place if you are ever in the area and need some gear for you favorite sports team!

I had been looking for something from NBA Milwaukee Bucks since 2020. This store had hats, pendants, tee shirts and other products for most of the NBA and the staff was very helpful and considerate. They will order what you want if they are out of stick! I will be going back!

Ive been to the pro image in Killeen Mall numerous times and those folks there were very nice and let me look for what I want and left me alone. Then, I come to the Lewisville location, the owner and his employees are staring me down thinking I was going to steal something because Im a woman of color. Im definitely NOT cool with that!!! Im a medically retired military veteran suffering from PTSD and anxiety and I get treated like a someone who is going to steal!!! If you want a customer to come and shop at your store tell them welcome and let the customer look for what theyre looking for and go ahead on with your business From now on, my business and my money will be spent either online or at the Pro Image Sports store at the Killeen Mall!!!

When i walk in to look around with my airpods in my ears because normally i dont need help! And then i see a White guy looking at me like i was gonna steal something i took off my airpods and he said to me in spanish do you speak english and i find that rude! What he said to me! And i said back im just looking around and then walks to me trying to make me buy hats as i was looking there! My words as addvice people thats not a good store! I prefer fanzz store.

I dont know why some people are giving bad reviews... the employee was kind and real helpful... its a great environment to walk into if your a sports fan... they have anything you need from a a helmet/Jersey to a pencil I will most definitely be back.

Finally found me some none Lebron James Lakers gear. And they had USC & Dodgers stuff. This will be the place where I can go get me some none Dallas gear.....hopefully they stay in business at that mall......and the lady working their was awesomely amazing and funny as pooh......although I forget her name

BEWARE! Do not purchase from this store. Store refused to exchange a defective product. If you bought an item here you will be stuck with it. Better spend your money elsewhere. I came into the store and even spoke with the owner David to no avail. Terrible customer service and exchange policy!

The store is a sports fan heaven nice and clean very helpful owner. Responly priced merchandise from nhl teams to nfl teams to nba teams mlb teams. All four major sports are covered here. And lots of sticker decals of your favorite teams for you car

They don’t know what they carry, I asked what sizes they carry on a shirt I wanted to buy, because I was looking for my size and wanted to make sure they did carry my size and they couldn’t 1 tell me or 2 help me find my size ! They are rude and don’t want to help! You can tell on their faces how “restless” they are !

Husband went in store to buy jersery and some shirts, asked for a larger size (my hubby is a 4x) manager said we dont carry big sizes insurance now days pays for weight loss surgery you should consider it. We walked right out with our 4 children. Please dont give your money to them.

I have been looking all over for a little small trinkets with my husband college team on there this was the only store that has a great selection of different little things to buy

He helped us find what we were looking for even though it wasnt at the store, directing us to two other places to check and found the item online with free two-day shipping.
