Got a loud scary noise from brake during driving. Pulled up to Accurate Brake & Alignment. The staff (seems to be the main staff), looked very busy at that time, took a look at my car right away. He found a small rock behind rock shield, removed it, problem solved, free of charge. Best experience I ever had at an auto shop! I can tell this is a great local shop. Will come back for future car works.

This is a great, local repair shop. They do a lot more than brakes and alignment, and they are honest in everything they do. Ive been a customer for about 15 years over multiple vehicles, and they have always done a good job, and treated me fairly. Also, they use good-quality parts and will discuss options and pricing. I also like that there is an MBTA bus stop right out front of the shop, served by 2 bus routes.

The service is excellent and the staff are honest about what needs to be done and how much itll cost you. I dont trust anyone else with my car. My entire family brings their cars here as well.

They diagnosed that I had a bad brake booster - and I was lucky enough to have it under dealer warranty to get it fixed. Rob didnt charge me, nor did he when I just took in my minivan and there wasnt anything wrong with it when I thought there was. These guys are a best-kept secret.

Guys at Accurate Brake & Alignment deserve the best recommendation I can give. I am their customer with two cars (1998 Volvo S70 and 2006 Toyota Highlander V6-4WD) for over ten years. They always did nice and thorough job, with very, very reasonable rates. They are friendly, ready to accommodate your needs. Visit them once and I am sure, you will become their customer for a long time to come, which is exactly what I did.

Called at 930am for an alignment after the recent ice storm. They had me in at 11am and got me out within 30 minutes. Great service and I will be going back to these guys for future car issues.

My car slid on snow and hit the curb really hard. This resulted in heavy scratches on the rim, and steering wheel getting off center.
