I absolutely love this storage facility. It is always super clean. The climate control is so nice. No melted candles and its comfortable to work in. Nicole is super and always remembered my name. Made me feel special.

We are a family who just sold their home and needed temporary storage. Bee Safe Storage off of Augusta Road was able to meet our needs. Your staff at this location, in particular Ms. Nicole Luckette is truly passionate about her job and the facility. Her personality was contagious. You have a winner at this location. The storage units and facility were very clean and inviting. I recommend this storage facility to others.

Overall the entire service was amazing. I never had any problems getting a hold of somebody when I had a question or needed help. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and was the best experience of storage I’ve ever had!

When I went to my storage unit today, I couldnt get into it because the door got stuck on the edge of one of my storage containers inside! Couldnt budge the container or the door. Nicole worked on it for several minutes and got the door to open. Thank you, Nicole. What a relief!

Safe, clean, climate controlled storage. Lighting can be a little low in the spaces, but overall, a great trustworthy place to keep your special things.

Great rates, great facility. Nicole was fantastic. She answered all my questions, walked me through the whole process, was very patient when I took my time reading over the lease agreement, very enthusiastic and all around pleasant. Service desk personnel was informative & helpful. Place is clean, cameras are working & scanning regularly, looks to be very secure. Nice its all climate control. One thing could be helpful is to inform new customers before arriving that you require them to purchase your locks for the units, not to bring or purchase their own .

The facility is fairly new, but if you were judging by how immaculate the hallways and office are, you’d think it just opened yesterday. My family have been customers of Bee Safe for over a year now and we’ve never had any issues or complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When we lost the keys to our unit, Terrell quickly changed our locks with a smile and a wonderful attitude. They also provide carts to make your moving much easier. I would totally recommend Bee Safe to anyone looking to rent a storage unit!

From the beginning the experience was wonderful. Easy to find building, large area to maneuver large vehicles in with items to be stored. Then Leo and Terrell at the front desk were both very informative. Leo was considerate enough to find me a storage unit as close to the elevator as possible. Very clean, very climate controlled and very safe environment. Super happy!

Location was great for me. I enjoyed the fact that it was a climate controlled unit. My furniture did not get ruined from the outdoor temperature. Customer service was always responsive.

The manager, Leo, was very helpful and explained the facility in length and showed me the different size units available to make sure I was getting the size unit that I needed. The locking system that is used is great and convenient. Although I got a unit on the 2nd floor that wasnt a problem due to an elevator and dollies there for you to use. I was very impressed with the facility and the manager. I would highly recommend this facility for ANY of your storage needs!!

This facility is very very nice. It offers easy access while also providing good security. Leo offered outstanding customer service. He showed me how to use my private code to gain entry and how the lock works as it is different from a standard lock. They also sell packing boxes, very convenient.

My 2 star its because place is big, climate control and untis comfortable and big but read the fine prints please on everything or they will get your extra money. The lock its not universal once you buy it and you move somewhere else you can definitely toss those keys away costing you $$. The truck rental is for move in only so even if you still got the units with them and paying for it and you need to move some of your stuff into your home or else. Its a big noo. They wont charge on the same day every month, I move in the 10 of each month but now I need to pay on the 9 or else boom late fee. But besides that the building is well maintain and untis comfortable at the end of the day that is what was important for me the actual unit and facility.
