The place was nice, clean and easy to deal with. I would consider renting from them again for the right price. I moved out to another storage place because they didnt fully inform me of my options. They didnt tell me that if you pay month to month the rent goes up every 8 months. My rent about doubled in the one and a half years I rented. The price started at ~$100 a month by the time I moved out it was $197 a month. They didnt tell me that if I prepaid I could lock in the current rent, for whatever time frame I want and get a refund for the unused full months. If I would have known I would have paid the $3600 for 3 years. Since I wasnt told any of that and didnt find out until I started playing 20 questions after my rent was raised multiple times on the multiple units I had. By time I did learned it they wouldnt lower my rate to do the prepay. So I found storage elsewhere, their loss.

Wonderful experience after having nothing but difficulties with Amazon/USPS delivering packages to Waterway Apartment Homes across the street.Michelle selflessly volunteered to go over to the Waterway Apt Homes and see if theyd let her in their mail room to retrieve my packages. She called me back maybe 10 minutes later saying she had successfully located all my missing packages and put them in my storage unit. She went a step further and texted me a picture of the inside of my storage unit showing all my packages safe and sound.Michelle going through all of that is top notch and isnt readily found at other businesses. After researching different storage locations, we went with Extra Space Storage because they offered the best prices! We also loved the option to reserve the unit online. As soon as we reserved it, we got a message that the unit was ready with the lock inside the unit. It was so easy and fast! The next day, the manager checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. VERY impressed! Affordable, quick, and personable!

Great safe, clean place to store your items. I love the fact that it is behind a locked gate that you access with your own code. Everything is on one level as well. That always helps! Would recommend to anyone needing storage.

The facility is well-kept and clean, and the employees I have interacted with have been nice and helpful. However, I am giving the two star rating due to them increasing my rental rate by 20% with no notification that rates would be increasing ahead of time before auto drafting the increased rate. That’s just poor business practice.

These people are really sneaky about how they get their reviews because the fact is they raise your rent once you move in. They asked me to do a review when we first signed up -but I waited. We started off with a unit at roughly $125 within a year it climbed up to $200! The unit leaked water as well. This isn’t about nagging about little things this is about the fact that the rent was raised tremendously within a year. On the other hand my daughter has a storage unit at Morningstar Storage around the corner and her rent has NEVER gone up in 2 years. I’m not unreasonable I get business but at the rate they were raising rent- not worth it.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Paid for a climate controlled unit that had mechanical lines running through it, the condensation from the lines caused water damage to my antique furniture. The district manager is taking no responsibility for the damages ! WHAT A SHAME of a business!

Very good location and very clean. We used the facility for about 14 months and were very satisfied with the units. Brandan was very helpful when we checked out. Came from behind his desk to open the door for me upon my arrival. The obtaining the unit and checking out was very user friendly. The lady who rented us the unit was also very helpful in obtaining the unit as well as when we downsized.Alex has a get staff that is very customer focused and if we have a need for a unit in the future we we will going back to this location.

When I first got my storage unit 3 months ago it was a good experience. But this past week has been horrible. They got a new computer system so my payment hasn’t been processed. I called on 5/25 spoke to a young guy who said he would leave a note for Alex to call me. Never received a call the next day so I called back and spoke to Alex. He checked the system and noticed the same problem I did and said he would send it up for me to receive my promotional rent for the month of May. Haven’t heard back 5/31 still. Went to my storage unit on 5/30 to see that they locked me out and disabled my gate code. Why lock a customer out when the problem isn’t the customer it’s the new system. I have nothing to do with that. Trust me I will be cutting off my services and moving all my belongings out. But yet they still want $100 for the storage unit.

The units are very clean and spacious. Carla is amazing!!! She answered all of our questions perfectly, took us to look at each prospective unit and was very patient with the decision making process!

I was in a pinch, pulling a camper during rush hour in heavy rain when I found out I couldnt take it to the planned storage location. Desperate, I called Extra Space from the parking lot across the street. I expected a long and expensive process but couldnt have been more wrong! Within 10 minutes I had an appointment and was walking in the building. Everyone on the phone was super friendly and even in the bad weather Carla showed me the spaces twice, and got me an even better deal than the initial phone reservation! At the end of a very long and stressful day, my unexpected visit to Extra Space couldnt have gone better!

The move in process was super easy. I reserved online and everything was ready when I walked in the door. Brian was very helpful and explained everything about the process including possible rate increases.

They were upfront about all the costs for renting a storage unit and courteous as well. Allowed me to tour the unit and it only took 15 minutes in and out. Pricing is better than most of the other storage units I looked at in the area as well.
