I have shopped at AutoZone multiple times over the years and wanted to take a few minutes to provide my appreciation to one of your employees, Anja. She has always gone above and beyond and taken the time to make sure whatever item I have come in for is right. She has provided excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of the products in the store. Thank you for taking the little extra time to make things a positive experience.

Stopped by with car running because I had to get it jump started and wanted to test the battery. I asked the woman at the desk if I could get my battery tested... And she said no because it was raining. It was only sprinkling, mind you. She stated she didnt want to be responsible if the battery cracked... Ive never heard that response before. Since I was unable to check my battery I had to purchase one. I received no help from the front desk while I was looking, even though she knew what I was there for. There was no book or computer to find out what battery I needed for my car, so I had to figured it out myself on the phone. When I went to purchase the battery I asked that it be installed and the same woman refused to do so because of the same reason, even though it is AutoZone policy to replace the battery. I reluctantly took a set of tools to do it myself. As I worked on the battery in my nice Sunday clothes for a couple of minutes, another employee came out with a battery to help replace the one in the car next to mine for a young woman. I asked him why he was able to change theirs but the lady helping me couldnt and his response was that he couldnt speak for her... we both completed changing the batteries at about the same time. I took the core back in and put it on the desk in front of the woman and told her she would be receiving this review from me.Terrible customer service from this singular woman and has made me rethink ever visiting an AutoZone, again.

Much like other auto parts store. The workers are always friendly and helpful. I like that they give you multiple options on what you want to get. You can rent tools if you do not have them for the job. They also have car decals, General covers, car care product, and more. Meat place to stop if youre looking to fix your car or just touch up the paint.

The employees went above and beyond to help me when they did not have to. I greatly appreciate all of their assistance! Great service.

Just talked to Rodney over the phone and he was super helpful on giving me information about something I needed to buy for my car. He was very enthusiastic, clear, knowledgeable, and patient. Good job on hiring people like him

The all female staff really knows their stuff. I needed a special tool to install brake discs on my 2013 Explorer. I could buy it for $45 or rent a better version for $65 and get my money back when I returned it. No hassle-no issues. Other places charge if it gets damaged. Not here. Very supportive store & staff.

What an AMAZING staff! Was having issues with getting the back windshield wiper off due to lack of room and not wanting to break the wiper arm itself.... Your staff was able to to get it off with trial and error without damaging anything. Thanks a bunch as it paid off bring a rainy day!

The staff is super friendly and fast. Knowledgeable parts employees will test your cars battery, starter, and battery charging system for free. They will help you scan your car to figure out why your car has a check engine light on. The store is clean and well organized. Sales are always being emailed to me. Very friendly. Very helpful. I came in 10 minutes before close asking them to run a diagnostic on my car in freezing snow filled weather. They had no problem helping me and gave me good advice.

Great customer service. My rear brake light was burnt out. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and an employee was able to find the right light bulb, change it for me, and show me the steps to do it myself next time. Philip was a great help and very friendly!

Didnt have what I needed..not one ANL fuse, but you got all the other parts someone needing something car audio install would need wiring wise...smh...

Dont know names but went in to get headlight bulbs there was a man and woman working in there woman was nice and friendly. Man was lazy and playing on his phone instead of taking care of customer(me) then proceeded to cuss at me me saying he aint kissing no ones a**

The district manager himself named Curt helped me determine that my OBD2 had no power by getting all in my wet floorboard. I told him not to worry and he said he wasnt going to give up. This behavior speaks for itself. Thank you Curt and thank you AutozAutin liberty.

AutoZone is a great auto parts store, they are always clean and organized. However the most important part is the staff and here at the Liberty store they wont disappoint. They are knowledgable and friendly and if they are not sure about a part they will find the answer. I was helped by a female assistant manager who was helping me with a loaner tool I needed. (She was easy in the eyes which was nice) I didnt know at the time but I kept her 10 minutes past her off time and still she was helpful and never made me feel rushed. Only way I found out she was off was when I asked her if she closed. So if you need a speciality tool for the job you are working on they are the place, they have a loaner tool program in which you pay a deposit for the tool and you get all your money back when you return the tool. That is as long as you return tool in the condition you received it in. They have parts and tools to complete almost any job. Great store.

It seems they have cut costs and hired people that have not one idea as to what any mechanic is talking about when trying to order or buy parts! Steer clear

Went in for a dead battery check. It was completely dear, after being checked, so the lady suggested it could be the alternator and to take it to be checked. No charge.

They have what I need and will tell where it is so I dont wonder around.

Told me that an EGR tube gasket is dealer only. How laughable. Go right behind their store to Advance Auto Parts and see Alex. It was indeed difficult to find, but at least they took the time to help instead of simply spouting Nope, thats a dealer only part. Will not be returning. People with prior knowledge of some vehicles would be helpful, not just people who breath and can punch random silliness into a computer.

They are very good about service or helping you coming threw the door. They could follow threw and help solve automotive problems not everyone who comes there can rebuild motor let alone replace a head light.

I couldnt get a head light changed and they done it for me and the young man was very pleasant.

Nice Auto parts store and always well stocked.

I went there with a friend to get a couple of calipers and brake pads to fix his wifes van, calipers were the right ones . But had to make two more trips back there hardware that came with the calipers werent the right ones then discovered that the brake pads wouldnt work took them back they checked the number on the box and then brought another box out from their stock with the same exact serial number and these pads were the right ones !!!!! SMHSo what should have taken about an hour and a half to fix ended up taking just over four hours to fix, between making return trips to this store and scratching our heads trying to figure out what the heck both at his house trying to fix the brakes and at the parts store returning incorrect parts !!!! I drove 45 minutes from home just to help him out mainly to bleed the brakes . So this turned into a aldag trip for me !!!

They always have or can quickly get the parts I need, and test things for free. The employees are friendly and dont treat me like the idiot I sometimes am.

First of all, as much wrench turning as I do, most would think that working on a vehicle would not change my personality.........so when I call the parts store, I am IN THE ZONE. Just not the same zone as the Auto Zone, in Liberty, MO, employee (Manager?)Jim is in. His professional demeanor and true concern for me and my issues made a warranty swap go from the normal I am POd for having to go through the same repair again, to appreciating his courteous, genuine I care attitude. I am not normally a person who leaves feedback on anyone or anything, but Jim, I feel, should be commended for his hard work and care for a customer. Even though I am from out of state, and Jim knows that I will most likely never be returning to his store once I am done with business here, his attitude never changed, and that makes a great impression on me. So if you have a choice and youre not sure which auto parts store to choose Jim will make the choice an easy one for you........and, no, I am neither family nor did I know him before going to his store.
