The moment you arrive you can tell this is a well run operation. The counter staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and know their tires. Ask for Bobby. He was great. The store mgr is actively involved from greeting customers, helping the front counters, and working with the tire techs in the bays. Everyone here was customer focused and professional. Their process is fast and efficient. You get text updates with the status of your vehicle and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. If you need tires this is a great place to go!

I cant say enough about this Discount Tire outlet. The staff is wonderful! Bobby and Chad helped me get in and out on a SUPER rainy day fixing my tire (no need for a new one) and putting it back on for me which included checking every tire! They did it all for free... I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I live in the neighborhood and they have earned my business for a long long time.

Great experience. I bought 2 new tires with installation and made an appointment online. Their tires+install beat Sams Club. They got me right in to a bay and there was a worker for each tire. They reprogrammed the pressure sensors and re-mounted the spare tire under my vehicle. I was out in less than 20 minutes.

Went there with 2 different vehicles today at separate appointment times for balance and rotation. Both appointments got in on-time and was out in 15min and under. Pretty smooth operation.

My wife recently had the unfortunate experience of a blowout on the highway driving my truck. I run 32 inch nitto ridge grapplers on it. Todays a Monday and we are heading out of town for a small vacation on Thursday and I was having a hell of a time locating the right size and brand of tire I needed. Needed it fixed for the road trip. Called discount tires which I should have done in the first place where I found every single person I dealt with from start to finish was amazing and nothing but courteous and helpful and empathetic to my situation. From the time I got here I was out of there within an hour with my tire replaced mounted and balanced at an absolutely phenomenal price! I recommend these guys too anyone with tire needs!

Purchased a set of tires from Ripoff (discount) Tire with a 40,000 miles warranty along with purchasing the lifetime warranty as well. After only 10,500 miles the tires are worn out. Discount Tire refused to honor the warranty, prorate the warranty or at least cover the cost of installing a new pair of tires... unless I get an alignment to prove the tires are faulty. Definitely be the last $273 they get from me...

I knew I was getting thin and needed new tires. I got a low tire warning on Saturday morning. I arrived at discount tire at 10am in hopes of getting a repair. I knew Id have a wait ahead of me, instead, I thought Id just go ahead and buy four new tires. I the technician how long Id have to wait. We both looked at our watches. He said he would have me down by 11am. I pulled the trigger and had him throw four new shoes on my truck. At 11:00 sharp, I received a text that my vehicle was ready. I looked into the shop and the left was coming down. I dont thing you can ask for better service on a Saturday than I received.

The guys did a great job identifying a road hazard puncture. Good thing I got the warrantee that gave me a new tire free. The attendant that changed it out was very professional and curtious. Highly recommend Discount Tire Liberty.

We had a sudden squeal issue pop up with a tire. We had purchased tires from DT. I pulled up, met right away while in the car, he hears the issue as I roll to a stop, makes a quick determination of what it is (brake shield issue), has me pull up behind a truck already in a bay getting worked on, asks a staffer to come over and jack me up and pull the tire, guy immediately comes over, pulls the tire, finds a rock wedged behind shield, pulls it out, pops the tire back on and sends me on my way. In/out in maybe 6 minutes. Never asked for any record of me being a DT customer, simply took care of the issue. Both the first guy and second were pleasant and helpful. Could not have been handled any better. This little episode speaks volumes to me and I will continue to take all of my tire business to DT.

I’ve spent nearly $4000 on tires here in the last two weeks and they told me they don’t have time to fix a flat tire for four days I’d say that’s just a tad bit ridiculous. I would not recommend discount tire to anyone absolutely ridiculous

They ordered the tires I wanted and when I went in to get them put on they did everything possible to get me in and out timely all with a smile.They truly have a great team that obviously works together. I had a flat and they did everything possible to assist! Since the flat was discovered at home, I had time to do a bit of research ahead of time just in case I needed new tires, etc. I called ahead due to COVID restrictions. Here’s where the PROS start:PRO- They said to arrive when they open and I would be taken care of.- Sure enough, all their signage was clear. :)- draw attention with hazards on for a sales person, to come help- masks by everyone- shields at the computers so they could show me options- all the workers are laughing and having a good time while they work- chairs are all set for social distancing- jason, my sales person, was a gem. Very clear, very nice, and took care of everything really fast.CONS- absolutely nothing. This place has my business for life. So friendly, clean, and made you feel like your safely is their priority.

Incredible service. 100% recommend. Didn’t try and scam me or get me to buy a bunch of things I don’t need. Super nice staff, got my wheels cleaned out because all my tires were loosing air quick, were so nice and just encouraged to get new tires there when my car is ready for them.

Horrible went in to find out why my low tire light kept coming on. I pulled in the bay they took the valve stem caps off checked each on determined 1 valve stem was bad. They replaced it but when i got home i realized they for 2nd time in a month forgot to put my caps back on my valve stems. Last time cost me $4 this time $9 because I had to buy all brand new 4 caps. Their service people needs to pay attention that they work on tires n needs to put the caps back on the tires when theyre done.

Great service! I hit a pothole on my way to work and really messed up my tire and rim. They got me all put back together within 20 mins!

I like it cuz they have good tires at decent prices but did not like the service do to my rims being scratched really bad and damaged! When confronting them cuz I live far away I was only offered a discount Im two more tires! When my rims alone cost more than two tires the damage that was done cannot be fixed.

Called ahead to make sure my tire was in stock and they said it was. After waiting in line for half an hour I was told that it wasnt in stock but they had one at the North Oak store. Get to the North Oak store, wait half an hour and they tell me that the tire is 5 years old. I promise that Discount Tire will never waste another minute of my time.

I bought tires from Discount Tire for the first time 6 months ago. Since then I have them rotated a couple times. Had a flat fixed (for free) on my other car. Each time I was there the employees worked on my and other cars with a sense of urgency knowing that our time mattered as well. This morning I had a 8:00 a.m. appt and got in right on time. I stayed in my car which allowed me to watch. They rotated, balanced, cleaned the hubs and checked the air and got me out in just about 10 minutes. That is the way a business should be ran! Good job guys!👍

You drive up and check in outside. They have you park in the parking lot till they come tell you to pull into one of their garages. I got my tires rotated so I dont know if this is for everyone but I love the convenience of staying in your car while they work. Fast easy and I got out less than 1 hour.

Best tire place by far! I always get my tires from Discount Tire, since my first set several years ago. I compared prices to several other stores including online and they won hands down, plus their knowledge and willingness to explain the choices to me made me almost feel bad for their inferior competition! They also do free flat repair and rotation regardless of where you bought your tires.

I am always taken care of in a timely manner. Workers are kind and give me really great prices. Ive had Discount Tire fix multiple tire issues from a previous auto shop and they never hesitate to get it done.

I had a tire that continued to leak air. We took it to Sams Club, who said it was close to the side wall, so they suggested we take it to a tire store for a plug. We went to Firestone and dropped off the tire. An hour later, they said they couldnt fix it. We went from there to Discount Tire, who said they could fix it and we left it there overnight. The next morning, they called us to say it had been fixed and it is ready. When we arrived, they gave us the fixed tire and DID NOT CHARGE US!!! We couldnt believe it. They are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and unbelievably kind to fix our tire at no cost. I cant say enough how impressed we are with them and weve decided to only frequent them when we need tires or tire service. We are done with Firestone.

As I listened I couldn’t helping thinking ‘I would love to work here! They’re having fun!’ I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Discount Tire and this location was no exception.

My wife hit a pothole one Saturday, destroying the sidewall of the tire. We limped the car into the Discount Tire shop and they had a replacement tire installed in about 30 minutes, which was amazing considering how busy they were. What made it almost fortuitous is that my wifes tires were getting close to the wear out date anyway, so I ordered three more tires to be delivered the next Monday. I brought the car in Monday morning and the other tires were replaced in less than an hour. The best part, though, is that the tires were less expensive and higher rated than the tires I bought for my car. I am a Discount Tire fan for life, and will continue coming back to this Discount Tire store as long as they offer this outstanding level of customer service and pricing.

I needed 2 tires, both on the drivers side of my van had gone flat. I asked them to rotate the front passenger to the back, and put both new tires on front. Obviously. When they called me that my van was ready, both new tires were on the side. The guy said he couldnt get the tire off the front. I was shocked as I had had them rotated less than a year ago. He said they tried everything. I asked what they would have done if I had bought 4 new tires. He just shrugged. Two days later my brother jacked up my van and had the tire off in a matter of seconds. Yeah, they are full of BS. They just didnt want to rotate them. Plus, Im female, so what would I know, right? If you are a woman, be prepared to stand up for yourself!

I got a hole in my tire while trainspotting 2 people to the hospital. I knew Discount Tire was close by. What a pleasant surprise they fixed the flat for free and even balanced it. Thank you Austin and thank God for Discount Tire Liberty MO!!! :)

Bobby is totally in sales for himself and not the customers he lied about some wheels and now I have two rims and tires and having a hell of a time getting the other two wheels as the are not in stock and Ive already put 200$ down and got nothing accomplished!!!

I visited the Liberty store on a Saturday afternoon. It was HOT. There was a line and even though I had an appointment there was a wait. On top of everything else, there were additional protocols in place because of COVID19. Every single interaction I had with a Discount Tire employee was courteous, friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job under trying circumstances. All things considered, in and out relatively quickly and from the guy checking in and working the parking lot to the service tech and in between--all were very positive and helpful. GREAT SERVICE!!

About a month ago I went into to order run flat tires as almost all sports cars now require as they no longer put spares on the vehicles due to the added weight.I was going to order the Perelli tires that come standard on my vehicle when the associate asked me why I replied “ my car requires run flats and I just want to get the same tires.” He offered up another brand of tires that would have saved me a little cash which I appreciated... until I got a flat... and they weren’t run flat tires which I was under the impression that they were... due to these tires being offered after my request for run flats. Not only is it complete irresponsible to do this because I could have just driven with a flat tire thinking I had 50-100 miles on a run flat, I could have ruined my rim or even worse caused an accident, except when I looked at it I saw that it wasn’t holding its structure. while I was still able to have the car towed to this discount tire location and get a new tire I would expect that the “experts” and the people who are supposed to have safety in mind to know that run flat tires when asked for should be given... very disappointed in this experience and will not be returning.Especially when management was with in ear shot of hear of the situation and allowed an associate to handle it instead of stepping in.I’ve been in management in both retail and sales and if I would have heard of a situation like this I would have stepped in and handle it myself.

The tires I bought didnt get delivered to their store so they upgraded me from Continentals to Michelin. Only a $20 difference in price but they went ahead and comped the difference plus gave me the 10% rebate from Michelin there in the store. Manager came out at the end and apologized for it. I get it, things happen, it wasnt their fault. Im glad they were as hospitable as they were because I took off work to get these tires since one of mine was flat and my spare doesnt even match my car. Had they told me I have to wait for the tires to be delivered I would have been SOL. The whole thing only took 45 minutes. Thanks Brandon, Shawn and Josh!

Brett and his team were able to get me in the same day due to a cancellation. I had a flat tire that I had been filling up for the past two or three days. They had me stay in the car due to covet and I had a lot of fun watching them work on the cars. The whole team was very nice quick and efficient.

Discount Tire is a fantastic place in general, but the Liberty, MO location went above and beyond for me just now. I pulled up with a large plastic chunk and screw stuck in my tire right as they had just closed. They didn’t hesitate to make sure I was taken care of. I’m so thankful because I live 25-30 minutes away and had my puppy in the car (she just had surgery today). They made sure I got fixed up and on my way home with our puppy safely. Thanks again!

I needed to get four new tires on my car. I was able to purchase them online and schedule an appointment prior to coming in. I brought my car in, was in and out in about 2 hours, and they were super busy. Fully recommend.

My experience was terrible. Told me they would have my one trailer tire done that day as I needed it for a job that next morning. I dropped the tire off around noon. Ended up having to call them the next morning and was put on wait for 15mins so they could find my wheel and tire. And now been sitting in the parking lot 10min and counting. I will never be back as this cost me a lot of money and time so big o tire will have my business and I own things with many tires multiple trailers trucks and cars.

Dwayne and Brett down here in liberty are excellent sales reps and employees. I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience at discount tire in liberty! They got a 5 star because there isn’t a 10 star option.

Called and asked if I needed to make an appointment to have a leaking tire fixed, was told walk-ins were welcomed and that no appointment was necessary. My 9 month pregnant wife showed up and was told that because the tire had a plug in it that it could not be fixed. They DID NOT even look at the tire period. Just wanted to sell her a new $300 tire. After requesting the tire be patch plugged I was told to make an appointment for the next day. This time they actually walked outside and looked at the tire which was on the vehicle. Another 45 mile round trip later was told it could not be fixed period. How can you decide if it can of cannot be fixed if you didnt take it off the rim?? Why they couldnt walk outside the FIRST time and give the B.S. excuse of why it cant be fixed is beyond me. Two separate trips to the store to receive absolutely nothing. Just guys that want to sell you a new tire vs even attempt to fix the one you have.Never again will they receive any business of mine and will not recommend them to anybody I know.

Every time I’ve used a discount tire store I have walked away amazingly satisfied. Was out of town got a screw in the tire stop by they fit me in as quick as possible and repaired it they are an amazing customer service place Discount Tire is where I’ll be done buying all my tires from now on!!

Discount Tire is by far the best experience Ive ever had with maintenance for my car. You can do everything online and just show up at your scheduled time and in 30-45 min youre leaving. Most oil changes arent that fast. The prices are great, I use them for my truck, my work car and my Wifes Jeep. Big fan Ill do all my tire business at Discount.
