Dave Killian was an amazing salesman. We drove an hour and a half to buy a specific car and we were not disappointed. No pressure, no haggling. It was a smooth transaction which made for a pleasant day. Definitely recommend this place, and Dave, and I would travel back for the right car.
Caring and reliable. Ive bought two used vehicles from this dealership and each time they have opted to make the process as streamlined as possible. All trips to a dealership to buy a car are long and drawn out, but this team made sure to check on me while the cars were being prepped each time. I was kept in the loop about anything going on with the vehicles while they were inspected and worked on. Service trips are always as quick as possible and the team in the service department are very transparent with anything that comes up.

Great selection of Toyotas. Anything for a sale. Willing to modify seats, add accessories, upgrade features. The more bells and whistles, the broader their smiles. In the beginning they provided loaners, as a dealer should. Great detailing inside and out. Then little things. Not putting lube on the back door. Not replacing bolts to hold on the interior back trunk panel. Despite the very nice waiting area which had ample lighting, seating, refreshments - not free of course, therealways seemed to be something left off. As if your car not being new doesnt warrant their full attention. Ask for that back panel to be secured, have to order the part which is $$. As is just bringing it in. Started to be not worth coming out here. Add not being able to have the same rep take care of you when you come in, despite being told otherwise. No thank you. Done with this place.

I wouldnt go here if I didnt buy the 5 oil changes with the car. Been waiting almost 15 mins to get my car after my service is complete and no one has even bothered to say anything to me. Im just standing at this desk no one seems to care
2.5 Stars: Arranged my appointment at the time of my vehicle purchase. It was for the 5,000 service. I heard good things about this service dept. What could go wrong. 5:30pm appointment, on time and they were ready for me. Then I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and routine systems and fluids check. After seeking out the service staff after 1.5 hours she then told me another 10 minutes. While reviewing the service ticket, the service person couldnt tell me if the oil was changed or not - finally deciding on the fact that it wasnt. However, the complimentary 5,000 mile service includes it, a sticker was on the windshield, and it was written on the service ticket in cryptic script. I think she was flustered. My confidence was shattered. Not good for a 1st-timer. I just cant get past the 1.5+ hour service for such remedial and routine items. Oh, and they couldnt fix a minor rattle under the car to which they said everything is normal (for a car with only 3,100 miles and 4 months old). Ill give another chance for the 15,000 check. By that time it will be close to Christmas. I expect good things.

This place is a rook. I was literally 5 minutes away from an appointment I had prearranged to take a car to my mechanic when they called to tell me theyd sold the car. Id gone to great lengths to arrange the visit, take time off, after assuring them Id buy the car as long as it checked out. What are they hiding? Who treats people this way? It may be normal practice but it is just inhuman. There is a reason used car salesman have the reputation they do. Dont believe them. And dont believe the guy who is gonna to respond to this review and say they are sorry and will try and make my next experience great. They wont. Because itll be a cold day in hell before Id buy a car from them.

Poor customer service, staff is unable to return calls. Even the general manager will not return phone calls. Do yourself a favor drive to Fox Lake, Crystal Lake or Schaumburg Toyota dealerships. You can count on them for reliable, professional, and courteous support.
My service at Autonation is always great. David Grimes, Jr. is knowledgeable, friendly and gets a perfect 10 !!!!!!!!! His service staff is reliable and fast. I couldnt be happier.
Poor customer service I called the service area about four times within a week and I left 2 voicemails they dont respond to voicemails or pick up phones so I am no longer going to this location so good luck getting any response
