This Shop is the best. I’ve taken my last 4 vehicles there and have always received top quality service and expert repair work. I owned a 100 vehicle fleet for over 20 years and have experienced the ups and downs of other body shop repair businesses, Service King by far owns the throne.

I was very pleased with the customer service, the courtesy, the communication and the genuineness of the overall services. I was recommended by a friend of mine and I was happy I got to use Service King for my collision repair. The communication via text was excellent, not scarce and not overwhelming at all. I got my car sooner than the scheduled date and it was rather surprising! It caught me off guard. When I picked up my car I was amazed on how much detail they put into their work for the repairs. My car look brand new!! I will definitely recommend Service King without any reservations. THANK YOU!!!

I was sent to Service King for an estimate after my car was rear-ended. Service King sent me the estimate for $2,631.66 on 09/21/2021 via email. When they realized that I wasnt going to have my car repaired at their shop, they sent another estimate to the insurance for $1,806.06 on 09/27/2021- the difference between the estimated is $825.60. When I contacted the manager, Jeff, on 09/30/2021 and asked him about this double-standards practice, I was told that Service King thought I would be paying myself, so the rates for individuals were much higher. This is a lie since on the original report from Service King it was specifically stated that Customer Pay - 0, Insurance Pay - $2,631.66. Lots of lies and discrimination from Service King. Beware of their unlawful business practices.

Well summer is coming very close and it’s been pretty hot out and my A/C wasn’t working. I heard about Service King from my neighbor and I got my AC looked at because it wasn’t working. I left pretty quick and my AC works!!! Super happy with the results and the amount of time it took! Now I can enjoy a cool summer thanks to Service King!

Service King did a fantastic job repairing my car after it was hit by flying plywood ripped off a building in a terrible wind storm. They were pre-approved by my insurer, and they made the process completely painless - even during covid. They gave me an estimate on the time it would take (dependent on parts coming in) and updated me every Mon / Wed / Fri until the work was done. They even completed everything five days earlier than expected. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members, and am glad our insurer recommended them to us initially. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Perfect results every time so far, they have done bodywork on my wifes car twice and my mother-in-laws car twice. Reasonable time to fix and good communication of progress. Always great people to talk to. When we noticed a small problem that we had not asked them to fix because we did not notice until after the repair, they told us to come back in and they fixed it while I waited, no charge, no hassle.

They went over and above this time. My minivan was targeted to be ready on a Monday. I called and asked if there was any way it could be done earlier because I needed the larger vehicle to pick up family from the airport before they opened Monday morning. They said theyd do their best. They finished it Thursday afternoon! The work was great and I appreciated the extra effort.

My vans front bumper had partially detached while backing up over some ice. I took it to Service King and mechanic Zach not only responded promptly but also fixed the problem right away. Theyre on their game over at Service King. They got me taken care of and on my way with very little friction, did great work on my car, and made it like the incident the car was involved in never even happened. Hope I dont need their services again but if I did, I feel as though they were courteous. Up front, and kept me well informed throught the repair process.

Chris Lanningham and team were wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly to me. Work was completed much earlier than originally quoted. The car looks brand new and was returned to me spotless, inside and out. They even made my WeatherTech mats look brand new, way better than any car wash has ever done. This place will have my future business for many years to come! When all other shops were unable to help me with an emergency, these guys were able to save the day, considering the circumstances. My trunk was jammed and I was unable to retrieve my briefcase and other items I needed urgently for work. No other shop was able to get us in until next week, but he made it work and saved the day. I came here as a recommendation from my insurance company and I wont be coming back. Absolute terrible customer service from start to finish. There was terrible communication from the auto body. When I originally dropped off my vehicle, they told me they would start working on it right away considering all the parts had already been ordered. They didnt even look at the vehicle until day 3. They told me I would be receiving text and email alerts along the way and I never received anything. I felt like anytime I called they never took me seriously because everyday I was told that they would call me back and that they were in meetings. I would never get a call back and would then have to call again. It took them 15 days to replace the grill and front bumper when they told me they would expedite the process since I didnt have a rental. When I called asking why I was never receiving text alerts, they had lied about the phone number they had on file for me. I knew they had the right phone number because the receptionist had verified my phone number each time I had called before that. And on top of it all, I picked up my vehicle and realized when I got home my car mats are missing. Save yourself the time and headaches and go somewhere else.

Brought my car in for a small dent in the hood from a golf ball. My original quote was 700.00After they had my car for 6hrs they called and told me that I had other damage to the bumper due to the so call accident (golf ball) which was not in the original quote or the picture that they took . I told them that bumper had no damage to it what so ever and had pictures to prove it and that their technician damage the bumper and then they tried to sell me the repair for an additional 500$ For a mistake that their technician made. I would not recommend this place to anybody !!!. They are liars, hacks and untrustworthy. I also found out that they unplugged my dash cam. Just goes to prove they are untrustworthy.😡

They seem like they do a very cheap job. The guy wanted to fix my car with recycled parts. That means used! Dont be a cheap ass!

Horrible workmanship!! Kept my car for 2 weeks for something that should have taken no more than 2-3 days!! I then had to take it back to repair THEIR mistakes. I give it a 0 but you have to press a star to review. Stay away!!

Recommended to me by Allstate. Dropped my car off Tuesday morning and picked it up Friday night. Replaced rear bumper (painted to match) & marker light and did some small sheet metal repair behind bumper. Car looks great!! Cannot tell anything was done. Did great job cleaning the car before I picked it up. Almost looks like they did a complete detail (after I asked if they could detail and they said they didnt do detailing).Great communication throughout the process and finished one business day before the projected date.Would definitely recommend this shop.

Poor management posting jobs online saying they will hire you which they did than tell you a week later saying you cant work here anymore when you got bills to pay and quit your other job for a better opportunity imagine working here if that was the case

Did a number to my car crashing into a guardrail coming off highway. That being said I’m 100% not satisfied with how S.K. treated and repaired my vehicle. First off they unscrewed my sub w/o permission or saying anything and left the screws laying around in my trunk. Sub no longer works. They incorrectly put in a new plastic wheel well cover, causing it to fly out from underneath my car on the highway. I had two new tires installed, however the lug nuts WERE NEVER TIGHTENED and my tires could’ve easily fallen off during daily highway trips. Never come here if you want to save yourself, your car, and you’re money!

Drove to Libertyville hour and half drive when i could have signed same papers in Elgin 15 minutes away. Sorry forgot to tell you that. Ruined my day

Service king does not stand by their word. Do not take your car here. Took them six months to repair my car and then a year later having problems and they will not cover. Some “life Time warranty”
