I had a full aftermarket suspension set-up installed by Pat. He did a phenomenal job on the install, and he also took the time to talk with me before, during and even a follow up call afterwards. He even told me that he did some research the night before on some of the specificities of my car and how I wanted it done. I’m beyond satisfied and I highly recommended Duxler and Pat.

Very fair pricing for their work. Very professional and communicative. Theyll tell you exactly whats wrong and wont charge you for extra BS. Recently we had my wifes Lexus towed there to get some axle work done. They actually found there was an issue with the transmission as well, and let us know before we spent all that money with them. It forced us to have the car towed from their shop to get work done elsewhere but even though they lost out on the repair job, they were gracious in letting us keep the car there a few extra days before our tow truck arrived. Kindness all around, I would recommend them to anybody. Even if they are not exactly close by for you. The piece of mind you will gain with a trustworthy staff is well worth it.

Great service, as always. This visit was just an oil change, but every time Ive gone to Duxler, the staff has always been upfront and honest with me about whatever is going on with my car. Most recent experience was bringing a car that died to them at 3 on a Friday. We really needed at outcome to determine our schedule for the next week. They admitted they had a car ahead, but had ours looked at inside 45 minutes. They needed to install a new battery to test the electrical system. Battery was old, so that was fine. They called back 30 minutes later and it was only the battery. Savings on what we assumed was going to be worse, was great. DUXLER is great because of how prompt the service was for us.Previous work was trying to get tires online. Quite the joke. Brought the truck here on an afternoon, next morning new tires were on.

Repaired the frame replaced a brake line and replaced the axle joints. Did an alignment. Saved our Jeep. They even undercoated the frame. Did fabulous work and are so friendly to deal with. Would highly recommend

I needed to bring my car to the dealer for a recall fix and the dealership mentioned that there were issues with my car. They mentioned a number of things that had previously been fixed. I called Duxler and brought it to them the day after as I’ve used them for 15 years. They reviewed everything the dealership had said and mentioned the majority of things did not need fixing. They did repair my brakes, oil change and air filters for a very reasonable price. I will continue to trust duxler with all of our cars.

I brought my personal vehicle in for service. I had them perform standard oil change and tire rotation. I also infomred them that I believed my motor for the cabin ventilation system was going bad (loud noise when turned on). They checked and verified that it was bad. They checked several distributors for the part, located it, and immediately replace it. Their service is always top notch and honest. Problems are corrected the first time. I have never had to bring back a vehicle once it is repaired. I have had to do that with other repair shops along Milwaukee ave. Prices are fair too.

I purchased their 3 year unlimited alignment service a little over a year ago. This was my first time returning to have it rechecked and it was super easy. I loved that they did it without insisting I have the original paperwork (because they store it in their system). When it was done I simply picked it up with a smile from the staff, no sudden discoveries of expensive repairs. Highly highly recommend this repair shop.

After I messed up by purchasing TPMS sensors online, which turned out to be garbage (couldn’t be activated), these guys were super-accommodating and even had me back after that to install and initialize their own sensors, which worked flawlessly. When you get your oil changed... they actually give you a FREE wheel rotation!I thought they made an error on my bill because they did not charge for both and went back to inform them they forgot to charge me. Thats when they told me its included.BEST DEAL GOING!Pretty smart strategy though as Ive now brought 3 more cars in and will buy my next tires from them for sure.

They have fit me in at various times when I have had last minute emergencies. Also, they dont talk down to me when they explain to me what needs to be done. Its always a pleasure going to their shop. Today, 10/03, i had the worst experience with this shop. Ive made an appointment for a full check up on my car at 8 a.m. When i made the appointment they told me itll take up to an hour or two. When i drop the car off i verify the waiting time and the guy that helped me confirm. So i left it with them and went home. I called back around 10:30ish a.m to get a status on my car because i havent had a call from them. The person i talk to told me they still had it in the shop and the mechanic was still looking at it. So i gave them more time, had me thinking they working on my car. 12 p.m hit i decided to just go to the shop and wait there because it been 4 hours since i drop the vehicle off. When i arrive i check in with the guy that was in the front that ended up being the manager. I told him i was here to check the status on my car, so he went to the back to check on it. 5 minutes pass and i notice my car outside, in the same spot i parked it in the morning. The manager tells me that they have not brought in the car to service it because they are busy. I was so mad because the appointment i had that was going to be an hour or two long did not happen. Instead i wasted 4 plus hour of my day waiting for these people to tell me that they havent even touch my car. I dont know what is the point of having an appointment if they are just going to push it back and get to it when ever they wanted to. What got me more mad was that they didnt even called me to tell me they were busy or that they needed the car for half the day. I wasted all that time for nothing. Now i have to find somewhere else to get my car service.

Absolute best service shop I have ever dealt with. They will tell you honestly what your car needs, and whether or not its safe to drive if you cant get the work done right away. They never try to sell you unnecessary work just to make a buck like most places do. They are trustworthy, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.

I have never had to worry about pricing because it has always been competitive and they have always provided exceptional service.

The cheapest synthetic oil changes Ive gotten. They are also the only place that has put the correct mileage on the sticker reminder for my next appointment; with synthetic oil I only need to change it every 10k miles, not 5k or even 3k which other places have put down on the sticker and makes it seem like they were trying to cheat me. Easy to get an appointment and they drive me to and from work and are very nice. So far I am pleased the three times Ive come and will continue to go for my car needs.

When they say you will be out of there in an hour, for example, they hold true to their word. Further, the amount(s) they charge for work is totally reasonable. By far the most honest and straight up tire shop in the area. Their staff is well trained and pays close attention to detail. Most wait times are quite pleasant considering their decent lounge area with a coffee/expresso machine is available as well. Definitely, the primary choice.

Exceptional service! I bought snow tires here, and they store them for me so I go every fall and every spring. They do a great job, and are very friendly and professional.

Called Monday 11/11/19 about getting tires mounted balanced and an Alignment. They said Wednesday, called them right when they opened and asked if I dropped it off now if it would be done by 3 p.m. This is a yes or no question. I got we can try. So when I called Monday nobody made me an appointment now I get we can try. Well kind of hard to get home if trying doesnt work. I will use another company. We send them a lot of business from my work but I guess Pomps will be the first choice in the future. Frustrated that I wasted 3 days and now have to start over.

All my cars will go here for any service, major or minor. You know you’ll be fairly charged, treated with respect, and convinced your car was serviced by professionals. Trust is earned and these folks have earned my trust and loyalty.

These professionals saved my butt!!! I was heading to Green Bay, Wisconsin from Indiana for a very important work event when my car died on the freeway about 4 miles away. I called Duxler just 3 hours before they were closing on a Saturday. They assured me that if I could get my car towed to them, they would have me on the road in time to make it to my appointment. I was figuring that this was impossible and that I was going to miss my event and lose a lot of money as well.When the tow truck pulled into their lot an hour later with my sick car, it was like we had landed a med evac chopper! Two mechanics rushed out to my car and had it in their service bay before I was even in the waiting room! The manager had already ordered the needed parts and the team started immediate surgery! I walked to the adjacent strip mall, ate a calming lunch and when I returned 40 minutes later, the job was complete! I made it to my destination with 17 minutes to spare thanks to the experts at Duxler.You guys rock!!!!!!

Took my Honda for A16 service. This one has some sentimental value, cant let go. Over 110,000 miles, A16 calls for oil change and VTM-4 rear differential fluid change, and a few other small fluid things that would add up in a hurry if needed to be replaced. These dudes called and said that nothing needed to be changed but the oil. They check every other fluid under the sun and sky, all were crystal clear. But how would I know ? Very honest and dependable.

I go to Duxler for my oil changes and bought tires from them last year. The service is fast and the crew is friendly. The shop and facilities are also nice and clean and you dont get any slick talk like you do at the auto dealers service department.
