Every time we have had to take o e of our cars in we were treated with respect and given full transparency on the work that needed to be done. Jorge and his team always tells you what the worst case might be and what they expect to find. Nothing is ever a surprise expect 9/10 times its never the worst case!

Love, love, love this place! My son drives an 2000 Audi A4 Quattro and it has needed a lot of work as of late. Jorge has been awesome...not only repairing the car at very reasonable rates, but explaining each repair to me so I understand what is going wrong. He also tells me things to watch...helps me decide between must haves and nice to haves....and always goes over and above to ensure I am a happy customer. My wifes 2003 Audi A4 1.8T needed a new timing belt. The dealership quoted us at $2,500, another repair shop quoted us at $1,500. I called and spoke to Rob and was amazed when he gave me their quote of $700. At first I thought it was too good to be true. Rob is definitely a car guy (like myself) and knows his stuff. He was an Audi tech for 13 years and knows these cars inside and out. While he was doing the timing belt job he also noticed we needed a new cam adjuster seal. All in all we spent $1,000 when it would have been thousands more anywhere else. If you own a German car and need repairs/service I highly recommend these guys.
