The guy at the front counter was the most professional and courteous person I’ve ever dealt with in an auto repair shop . Most people that work in places like these are not very nice or at least don’t go out of their way to make you feel valued or important . This guy did . And to everyone that walked in . Very pleasant and I will be back again because of him . Highly recommend

Have been going to quick lane for YEARS. Ed is amazing. Being its an auto repair shop Im sure people dont always like what they have to say but they have always been honest and fair.

I took my car to Quick Lane to have a simple oil change. I previously went to a place closer to my home but after a few issues with them I decided to try somewhere else. One of my co-workers recommended Quick Lane and since it was close to my job I decided to try them out. The staff there was extremely friendly. They offered more than a reasonable rate and they were quick. Most importantly they didnt try selling me on filters and everything else that I would know nothing about. They got the job done and had me on my way in no time. Since then, I have brought my car to them for all my other car needs including new wheels. Again, the service was just as great as my first visit. I highly recommend these guys and am very happy with their services!

I have been dealing with Libertyville Lincoln for about 15 years. I have always been impressed with the management and staffing of the dealership. You will never get a rookie fast shuffle treatment here. And especially with their service department. Also, they employ one of the finest detail experts I have ever come across as long as I have been driving. (Ask for Lee). I have, of recent, started using their QUICK LANE department for certain services and found the quality of workmanship and expertise to be first rate. Saves me a little time also, without the need to always make an appointment. I would recommend these people without reservation. I have never been disappointed. See ED VIA.

Squeezed me in for an appointment same day. I called ahead in traffic about being 15 min late and they assured me it would be alright. Sure enough, the process was quick, they put a tech on my car right away when I arrived, and I watched him (Kenny, I think) work diligently. At one point I saw he was not satisfied with the way my rear pass hub was spinning with the wheel, and he and the manager cleaned/grinded some corrosion (for free) which I thought was awesome. Good work, fair pricing, and Id easily come back again.

Pat and Ed are very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The prices are very fair and competitive. The mechanics here do great work in a rapid manner. I highly recommend this place, regardless of what your vehicles manufacturer is.

Ive been coming here for years. Ed, the manager, is a stand-up, honest guy who runs a quality shop. He has 16 years mechanic experience as been here for 16 as the manager. He lives in the community and isnt up-selling you on services you dont need or overcharging you on parts. He gives you coupons from their website that you dont know about. Im very happy with their service and their prices.

They have been the sole reason my vehicle has run so good for so long. Ed and the team are awesome guys and and goes above and beyond to help you and make sure you get great service. Porters could do a little better on the washes but what can you expect for free.

Turned me down for a previously scheduled appointment because I was 10 minutes late (confusion about the location) and they had a holiday party within the hour. No worries I found somewhere else

There is no better place to go to get your car service done starting from when you call or drop by with a question or going to get your oil changed or any other sort of services you need. The people who you talk to are extremely nice and polite to you. They can answer most of your questions without hesitation. The work done is with out a doubt top notch. They do not over charge for the work that is performed on your vehicle. Also the most important thing to me is I never was told I needed some work on my car that did not need to be performed. They are extremely knowledgeable about you car, caring about the customers that come in and as said previous your pocket book is not hurting when getting your car back. One last important detail they wont leave you without a car if your car is going to be in for a couple days.

My services were always done in a timely manner and I was continually updated on the status of my vehicles. The service advisors are up front and honest. Great Parts & Service Department staff.We have 6 vehicles currently all which have been serviced here. I just realized that every car weve owned since 1989 has had service performed at the QuickLane or the Lincoln shop. They have proven to be honest, dependable and knowledgeable.I dont hesitate to refer friends, neighbors and coworker.

These guys are AWESOME! I had a hard time starting my car this morning, so took it in --no appointment--to have Quick Lane look at a new battery and battery lead installed yesterday. They quickly diagnosed the problem, saying it would take about 1 hour to fully charge and I could wait or theyd get a loaner for me. Since I had errands to run, I opted for the loaner...they brought around a beautifully clean new car. They called a short while later for an update and then again to let me know my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was completely cleaned, inside and out...and there was no charge for the full charge to my car or anything. Sometimes I have not had good experiences in Libertyville, but this was amongst the VERY best. Super courteous; true to their word, going the extra mile. I WILL be bringing my car here for future work. thank you Quick Lane!

I had my tires replaced here on a recommendation from a friend. Everyone I talked with was friendly yet professional, and honest. The guys made quick work of my van, the waiting area was clean, and Ill go back again.

I called these guys about getting an oil change for a 2009 Mini Cooper S. He said it was hard to do and expensive About $145. Had it done at a dealer last time (they are usually more expensive) for $85. I wanted to see how tough this was and found a how to video on YouTube. These guys must be mental midgets. Everything but the drain plug is accessible form the engine bay with one tool. I strongly recommend shopping around before going here. They are not to be trusted with your expensive car. Or they are just supreme rip-off artists.
