This is the place to go. Its hard to find people that are willing and knowledgeable enough to work on a Mini Cooper/ BMW and they went above and beyond. I dont know a lot about cars and Im always nervous going to get work done because I dont want to be taken advantage of, but the people here were very transparent in what was happening and even let me see the damage/issues myself as they were doing the work. James is an outstanding manager and was able to give me a good price and went above and beyond to help me out of a very tough situation with a very old car. I highly recommend this place!

I came here about a month ago because my breaks stoped working. The dealership for my car had no availability until 2 weeks later & The part was currently unavailable as well. James, whom works here really helped me out big time! He went above and beyond to build a break line for my car and got me out of here in no time. I am very pleased that he was able to resolve my issue and My breaks have been working great. I can’t forget to mention that he is very informative as well. When it comes to service, I like to know that I am going to get the price that is advertised and that the job will be done well.My car was due for an oil change and I had been putting it off for a couple of weeks simply because the last few times I went in to Precision Tune Lilburn, I did not have good experiences. You might think, why go back when there are so many other places to go? Well, I had been taking my truck to this shop for over 10 years; possibly 15. The service was good, the owner/manager was helpful, the location was convenient and the price was fair. But with the last few visits being unpleasant, I was hesitant to return. But as it turns out, there is a new owner and he is on a mission to make sure his customers get Great Service!The full synthetic oil change and a new air filter was $80 but the bonus for me was a replacement head light (low beam bulb) at no charge. So nice of him to take care of that!! Im telling all my friends and neighbors who appreciate friendly, helpful customer care!

Really great people here. I had my car towed in with misfires and was called with updates about my vehicle and was sent pictures of the damage so I could make a decision on how I wanted to proceed with repairs. There werent any surprises that popped up that I found to be out of place, and they were honest with their diagnostics. Truly went above and beyond with their customer service and I am confident and satisfied with the prices I am paying them for their repair.

I like how they handled my situation. They originally fixed my right wheel sensor, and when the same sensor went off again a few weeks later, they fixed it again under warranty and this time found the cause of the problem which is professional.I also like the fact they’re partnered with carfax, so after leaving the shop I get an update on the car history from carfax. Great location since it’s directly across the street from the school I’m at. Short wait times to get your car serviced.

August 9, 2021 I put my trust in Randy in him providing me the services I needed which was an alternator and on my receipt there is an 1.0 Battery starting charging test when I purchased a new battery on August 7, 2021 at advance auto. My car was serviced by Opie! Car was dropped off at 10:00 am and supposedly ready 5:15 pm.I told Randy you can’t go through life not trusting people. I am putting my trust in you and what a mistake that was. I was ridiculed and taking advantage of.I had to return numerous of times. August 10, 2021 had to return because my remote wasn’t working. Randy said I don’t see how when there only 2 wires that were touched. I saw Opie looking on line on how to install a belt.I had to return August 16, 2021 to inform Randy my dashboard was pitch black. Randy told me some prefer driving with no lights! Randy also said Opie did a diagnostic in less than 2 minutes and found nothing!I had more work done according to James and Randy that was needed and there was more damage at this point!I reported them and spoke to Daryl in corporate and will move forward if this matter is not rectified!

I went in for a synthetic oil change and they quoted me a 20-30 minute wait time and they stuck to it. What more can you ask for when getting your vehicle serviced. It surely beets the usual hour wait at the dealership. I was able to relax outside in my vehicle until they were ready then I sat in their lobby. I paid and was on my way. Staff was polite and friendly. Good shop to take your vehicle for a quick oil change.

Went to this location to get an oil change because it was more convenient that day than my usual one in Decatur. They told me my oil was leaking and were going to charge me $88 to fix it, but it didnt sound right so I said no. Took it to my usual location a little before my next oil change was due and was told there was no signs of oil leaks. So look out if they tell you your valve cover gasket has a small leak.

Very kind and relatable. They are not out to con you out of your money for unnecessary work/non emergent work. Pricing is fair, and you can tell that the manager is a person with integrity. I have taken my care here a few times and have always had a wonderful experience. Randy is especially kind, understanding, fair, and relatable. Being a single mom with little car knowledge I appreciate the time they take to explain the issues and what is going on with the car. They have no problem showing you what they have discovered to eliminate any doubt. I know my car was a difficult one for them, and I appreciate the time and care they took to make sure the car was safe and functioning properly before getting it back to me. I would recommend them to everyone. You dont find too many honest people in the mechanic business these day, and I surely appreciate the ones I do find. I will also say that I was taking my care there when it was under the old management and it is such a difference. All of the negative reviews are prior to this new change. The guys thats have been there a while have been awesome but as of late theyve hired some new guys that wont do everything that youve paid for when it comes to oil changes. NO FLUID CHECK,TIRE PRESSURE, etc.... When you start seeing things like this you begin to wonder if theyre even changing your filter. Other customers in the lobby were discussing the same thing.

Went to get a oil change, and after a few days I started smelling burning oil so I took my car back to the place and they said it was just some oil spill during the oil change, sprayed some chemicals to de-grease and let me go. After a few more days, however, on my way to work in the morning, the oil light came on and my engine started to make unusual noises. I wasnt far away so I got to work and opened the hood and it was smoking. Pulled the dipstick and there were hardly any oil in my engine. Then I looked under the car to check the filter and it was almost screwed off! It was completely loose. I went ahead and tightened the filter and poured 4 quarts (5 quart engine) of new oil (checking the oil level with dipstick) and cranked the engine, and within 10 seconds, all the oil went straight to the ground. I ended up getting my car towed.Apparently they had put the wrong oil filter and the seal had popped off that morning. And when I requested a refund for all the costs involving the inconvenience they put on me, they refused to cooperate and tried to get out of paying me anything.Fortunately, my company took care of the expenses, so that I didnt have to go to court, but I had to say something so in the future people know not to go here.What kind of car care cant even do a simple oil change correctly?Never going back here again. I dont trust them.

Do far not good. I have been calling since 8 am since thats the time google says they open. So I decided to just come on in since I wasnt getting a answer and the door says 9-6pm so here I am sitting out front waiting til 9 and its 8:35am

I always took my vehicle to this location because of my brother he said they worked really good and I was really happy till they convinced me I had to change my breaks and they did a very crappy job the breaks feel as they have never been replaced they shad black dust all the time no matter how many times I wash my car and they charged me $325 I took the car back and the mechanic drove it and he said it was fine and that was the end never taking my car here again.

I went for an oil change, by the end of that same day, my Check Engine Oil Level light came on. The guy who did my service stated Due to the age of the vehicle, the plug doesnt tighten anymore. Some BS, what happened is these idiots over tightened the plug and it stripped my oil pan, so now I have to go to the expense of replacing my oil pan because some fools dont know how to do their job correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They wouldnt honor the 18.90 online coupon. They said it was a corporate coupon and they were a small location and could not so the oil change for that price. I called the corporate customer service line and their was no live person to speak and took a message.

They are very fast, but they are not professionals, they do not change the filter of the car, they damaged a part of the bottom to the point that it could not be removed for the next oil change, I pay for the most expensive oil and they put the most varate, they charge for each thing separately, I do not recommend it and gone just because it is cheap and cheap but I will not return again. 👎
