Denied me as a veteran to fill my prescription when I specifically explained that Im not under Tricare. Information was printed clearly on form from doctor. Would not even use information or call to verify. Do better especially for THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED!!!!
Really grateful for the pharmacy folks who expedited my prescription in spite of being understaffed. I was suffering from one of the longest and most painful migraines of my life and these folks were able to fill my prescription when my regular pharmacy couldn’t, even though they were waiting on many other customers and did not have the support they needed. Thanks for going above and beyond to end my migraine, CVS!
The pharmacy will NOT EVER answer the phone! CVS never has my medications in stock even when I have filled the same prescriptions there with refills. I DO NOT recommend using CVS for anything unless your insurance company forces you to.
My mom discharged from emergency on Tuesday July 2nd 2021. Doctor sent prescription on this location.I paid in full for medicine, on the same day. They said, it’s ordered n available on next day at 11 am. I been there, but they said it will be available after 2 pm, I called,still medicine is not available, n then pharmacy closed.Still now my mon is without medication for 2 days.Is this how the pharmacy works?
Drive thru pharmacy is very good not sure about the inside service.
I want to let CVS know about a wonderful employee! I was trying to print pictures and Kheidra was so helpful! She was busy at the counter but as soon as she was done she came to help me. I just wanted to give a shout out to the rude tech (hope to God it wasnt the pharmacist); that needed extended instruction for a mouthwash that my dental office prescribes, many times a day, to many patients under the care of the practice owner and doctor of 12 years! Maybe he was having a bad day this Monday 11/25 at 6:30p. The doctor didnt take to kind to him relating that she didnt know what she was doing. We now have noted to recommended that our patients dont go there to get their prescriptions filled. Because, we wish to work with pharmacies that are little more capable of handling our patients and practice.Thanks anyways.
Everyone here is nice. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy folk are helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get your meds in order.
Excellent customer service today at the pharmacy and the front counter! They filled our three prescriptions very quickly. Very professional. We were in and out in 15 min.
Pharmacy is understaffed
They really need to work on SAMANTHA the store managers attitude! Just rude, nasty, and absolutely no customer service! No hello no thank you not even a bag for items I purchased! I will NEVER come here again!
This CVS has been my pharmacy for the past 10years. Prior to the closing of a near by CVS service was much faster. However what can we expect. If the customer count doubled and they have the same headcount .I know 2 of the ladies that have been there for the longest .Noel and Belinda are still rock stars to me.
The pharmacy staff, well at least the one I spoke to today was so far from professional. I wanted to know the price of a prescription that she checked for me. I was told the price and when I said well no I’m not going to fill it, she proceeded to say ‘We figured that’ excuse me? How do you all just figure a customer is not going to fill a prescription just because of its cost? You all need to stop ASSUMING what a customer is going to do. With that, I will never fill another prescription at this location.
I fill my prescriptions there every month and I have to say this pharmacy has one of the friendliest staffs I have ever met. The are very helpful and nice. Which is why I will continue to go to this pharmacy for filling my prescriptions.

Every month I get my prescription filled here and Im usually always helped by this nice Indian man that already even knows what Im there for, which makes things a lot faster and run smoothly. Well, last night I had to rush from my Dr to get to the pharmacy before 9 pm. I arrived at 8:57 pm and drove thru the drive-thru as usual. There was a car already leaving the window when I got there so the young black lady was still there when I pulled up. She didnt say anything to me or opened the window just looked and walked away but I figured she was a little busy and would get back or someone else would call over the speaker to ask me to wait a little so they could get back to me and help. Unfortunately, that didnt happen. At exactly 9 pm Joe came to the window saw me and just started doing stuff around the window which I figured he was having trouble opening it.......NO! He pulled down the security blind for the window and didnt say a single word to me and had me waiting there. I started yelling and saying Hey ! I was here before 9 ! And ringing the call button but got no answer. So what I did was get down and walk quickly into the back to the pharmacy. Luckily, the store manager was there and she came to me and asked if I was picking up. I said No, Im dropping off. And btw, I was here at 857 and no one said anything to me about getting down, leaving, or if I was going to get helped. That guy just closed the window on me. She then apologized and said she would help me herself. So the young black lady and her checked to see if my medications were in stock so I could by to pick up today. Thankfully, 3 out of 4 were there ( Publix is next door so I could just go leave the other there). Manager comes back to me and lets me know so I thank her and ask for Joes name. And again she apologized. If it werent for the manager I wouldve probably moved my monthly prescription else where for the rude treatment from Joe. If you guys see a tall black man with glasses in a lab coat just avoid him and return when the Indian guy is there.
My family has been doing business at this particular location for several years. In the past year or so, the customer service with the pharmacy staff has gotten progressively worse. On several occasions, the tech person and the pharmacist have displayed some really poor attitudes. They seem to think that I HAVE to do business with them. They seem to think that I do not have choices for getting my precriptions filled. Yesterday, I was there and the clerk waiting on me never greeted me with hello, how may I help you? Instead, she very coldly ask, You here to pick up? Yes, I am, I calmly replied. She proceeded to ask for my date of birth, never stopping to acknowledge that I was a paying customer who is not under any obligation to spend money with her store. I suppose it is the lack of courtesy and lack of respect that I resent. As a result, CVS has lost my familys business. I will move all of my records to one of their competitors who might have a greater appreciation for me as a customer.
They need to hire a tech or two in the back to make workflow smoother.
The Indian chick at the pharmacy drive thru was very forgetful and never called me back! Dont make promises you dont plan on keeping. Had to make sure my prescription was what it was supposed to be since they were so unorganized. Will not be back.

The customer service at this location has declined so much in the past year. They had my elderly father running out the door they were so mean. He has since decided to you to the walgreens across the street

The manager who is every Sunday is a racist, he only accepts the coupons of who wants and nobody can do anything and if he needs any product he does not want to give it ... in the pharmacy the medicines take longer than normal to deliver them ... poorly attend 😪😪😪
