The young lady working the fingerprint scanning station was extremely patient, helpful, and it was a very easy process

Raj the manager was incredible. I rarely ship things so I was a little green on the process. Thankfully though, he warmly welcomed me and very patiently walked me through the process - and he was FAST. I was in and out in minutes, he honored all of my questions and requests so kindly and never grew impatient even when a line was building; just an absolutely standout manager. I will do all of my shipping here from now on.P.S. The facility was very clean and uncluttered even during the holidays - impressive.

I have visited this location numerous times and have always had a positive experience. The owner is invariably professional, friendly and helpful. I also really like the 8 A.M. opening time! I live equidistant from four UPS locations and this UPS Store has become my top preference for shipping packages.

Multiple refusal to ship on prepaid returns.One of them flexing aggressively, once called out on it, backed down.

They have lost my package the ups system says package is there and Raj Bhagat refuses to call his boss or look for my package. He refuses to give me his bosses contact info. Worst UPS store ever

Excellent assistance at this UPS store. Staff are always knowledgeable and very courteous. Its a new store so some people may not know theyre right in the heart of the Lilburn community.

When I saw the empty store front months ago, I was hoping that a business that I could use would open there. Sure enough a UPS Store opened. I stopped in just to look around. I went back weeks later to print labels because my printer was broken.... Bhavik, the Store owner showed me how to use the QR code on my phone and was so patient in making sure I understood. It is really a pleasure to visit that Store. Great Customer Service every time! Its very conveniently located.

I was charged $3 to print off my resumes. They have a computer rental fee of 2.50, now thats getting over because if I need to print off something how would I do it without the using a computer. This is a fine example of getting over

Raj was a HUGE help. I needed to return 2 boxes to Amazon and normally get a code UPS scans and Im done. This time it didnt give me a code, I was sent labels and I dont have access to a printer. Raj helped me get the labels and got my boxes ready for pick up. Thanks Raj!! #1 Customer Service!!

Best staff ever...very coprative..

Indians running this place told me I had to wait outside as they were allowing only two customers at once. I counted 4 other customers in there, all indian/muslim. Talk about racial profiling.
