They were very quick and professional. I had been told that my oil pan needed to be change. I wont say who it was. But i took it to Best One, they checked it out for me. They did not charge for a extra fee for looking for other stuff. Anyways they looked and found out that it doesnt needed to be replaced. Im kinda upset about the other place i thought they were very respectful place. Thank you Best One.

Went there thinking ujoint was bad they replaced them 2 years ago they said they just needed greased I said well what about the vibration they said if you want us to test drive and look into this it be 30.00 I said OK told the driver he need to go down hilly road and he would feel it came back within mins said he didnt feel a thing he took it on highway ramp which is just a slight incline they charge me 17.00 to grease the u joints drove home on the highway still got the vibration felt it 1x but the highway isnt hilly there inspection was very bad. hilly road where the truck tends to lift not a slight incline

6-29-2020I went there today for an oil change because I put 5k miles on my car since my last change. It costed $35 and some change. I asked how the oil looked and he said he would ask the tech, it was well over due needing changed. Anyway, I originally was going to get a rotation but I noticed that there was more tread on the inner part of my wheel and asked (Shane??) if it would benefit my tires to get an alignment or a rotation. Well, he went and looked at the tires and he said I didn’t need either. They didn’t charge me for the rotation or alignment even though it was on the appointment I had made. The man that helped me was patient and answered any questions I had. I definitely will be going back there.

Drew was super helpful. He identified the issue I was having with my car, had it taken care of, and had me ready to get back on the road in no time. Its so nice to have a place where you receive excellent customer service!

We recently had a flat tire on 75N on our way to Toledo. AAA was great but Best One Tire & Service of Lima, despite being one of the only tire places in Lima that was open due to COVID, really went out of their way to fit us into their busy schedule and back on our way. They could not have been more professional or friendly.

Needed a new car battery had to get a jump just to get car there and I walked in told the service mgr think his name was Larry. He told me I will get u right in. And within half hour had new battery and on my way to work. Great and friendly service. Definitely will return

I was very impressed with the counter staff, the tire tech that worked on my tire had no clue on what he was doing. Scratched the rim in several places, and couldn’t finish the job. Another tech took over and did it right!The boss came out and offered to “try” to buff it out....not a very good resolution!I suggest going somewhere else that has guys that know what they are doing.

Asked to have all 4 tires repaired. 1 tire was replaced since it couldnt be repaired.. I was told that they couldnt find anything on the other 3. I then instructed them to at least seal the bead on the other 3. When I picked up car i found out that nothing was done to the other 3.

Since I wasnt sure of the tire size, plus the van was in another location, I used the online option to choose what tire I wanted. Unbeknownst to me the tires on the van were a size larger than what was listed on the website. That was my mistake. Which worked out for us, the tire ordered was sold to another customer before we arrived. Another tire was chosen, and we were on our way ten minutes later.The people were friendly and professional. The place was clean. Better priced than Walmart for the same services.

Everyone went above and beyond to replace the damaged tire on my truck . I had purchased the road hazard package when l purchased the tires last year. It was definitely well worth the price. All highly recommended!

Needed two front tires and an alignment. Right side upper and lower ball joints were bad. They were not pushy on add on sales. Said i could fix them and come back for an alignment. Excellent service.

Every time I need theyre services they come through that day. Reasonably priced and great customer service.

I called and talked to one of the mechanics about my exhaust. I needed it looked at. The guy tells me to bring it in. When I get there, the lady attendant and 4 male mechanics were standing around and didnt even bother to ask me if i had been helped. The lady finally gets me in and didnt know how to charge me for a muffler inspection.. long story short, I sat in this place for an hour to get charged $90, for the guy to tell me to go to rainbow muffler. He couldnt figure out what problem was causing the obvious catalytic converter symptoms that I clearly explained, and still charged me. Then, he tells me that if I have questions, I can call, but its his last day.. Ill never take my vehicle to these idiots again.

This service was prompt, efficient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am pleased with the service I received.

The only tire place in a 50 mile radius that not only had the tire I needed, same day instead of a day or two away, but almost $40 cheaper than anywhere else as well. I will definitely come back, Larry and Drew for both very helpful.

Quoted me $129 to adjust the tie-rods on the front of my 1992 Mercedes. Nothing special about it, just regular tie rods. Tech stated thats our European price.I went to Elida Rd. Tire and saved myself $70.

Needed a tire checked before work. Their hours say they open at 730 am, I arrive at 730 only to be told that service person doesnt come in until 8 and it would be a couple hour wait. No thank you, not helpful at all. This was my go to tire place for years. That ended this morning, I wont be going back.

Service people were all very nice and helpful. Only problem is that I made appt for 9 am. Two tires mounted and oil change. I was there two and half hours. I saw my van on lift for quite a while with no one working on it. Also they had to break one lug nut and they replaced all four. One on each tire and didnt even ask me so I had to pay additional 19.98 I wasnt expecting. I have been riding with four lug nuts just fine on all tires for 5 years now. So that hurt as Im on a very fixed budget as a disabled person. Sitting in those chairs so long was killing me. I was told when I ordered tires and made appt I would be there no longer than 45 mins to an hour at the most. Even that was hardship. Home now and in a lot of pain. So thats why Im only giving 3 stars. -1 star the length of time and -1 star for adding something withoutcasking me first.

Pricey but great work!!!
