Ive always had a great experience shopping at Shoe Carnival. Normally I already know what I want before going in, but if I dont, its always fun to browse and see all the options. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out any way they can. This is my go to store for buying new shoes.

Lots of great shoes but very limited in youth sizes. Surprising because its not even Back to School season! After not having the correct size of my sons third choice of shoe we finally gave up. Although, I did send him up to the counter to inquire about the possibility of his size being at another store and he came back upset. He said they didnt pay attention to him and didnt offer to search for the correct size.

Walked in not one worker spoke even when I said hi, few minutes later I asked a question, both of the women was very short with me. I was ready to go. No I will not be going back. I gave 3 stars because they have alot of sneakers, even though they didnt have my husband size

Got told to text a number and it would let me spin the wheel. It wouldnt work so she gave me two dollars off. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and two dollars is the best discount I could get???

Employees very rude. 2 women employees got in my face about not wearing a mask and said I would have to leave if I didnt put one on. People getting sick are ones wearing mask. Mask dont work and it my choice to wear one or not. Will never shop here again mainly because the 2 women employees were very rude about them. BTW I dont talk sheep!

Very helpful staff

Lots of shoes for different occasions. I was looking for a rose gold heel but couldnt find one. Its ok, I was still busy looking at the sandals, flip flops, and tennis shoes. I love when they have the buy 1 get 1 half off. Unfortunately most shoe stores stopped carrying so many all leather shoes. I need them for work. Its mainly cloth covered shoes, but that doesnt prevent bodily fluid from seeping through. So for that I go to shoe dept. in the mall.
