Part of my charger prongs were stuck inside the charger port of my phone; so I could only use that one charger cord in my phone. Sometimes it wouldnt even charge..it was weird. (Only charger I could use was the one that broke inside of it.) After two weeks of doing this and it becoming more and more difficult for my phone to charge, I called Wholesale Cellular and told them what was happening; he said they could fix it and in only 1 hour...ONE HOUR! Dropped the phone off and it is completely fixed and it only cost my $60. Worth every dime! It has been several days and everything is working great, Thank you! Already recommended them to someone else I know that has a broken screen.

I’ve taken two IPhones here to be fixed and they did a great job with both. One was a new screen repair and the other was fixing a camera lens cover. They were very helpful and honest about the repairs and what they could do to help. I highly recommend them for any of your phone repair needs. Very upfront and honest and trustworthy!!!

I had a great experience here. It took longer then expected but it wasn’t anyone’s fault. I took my phone in here to have the screen repaired, he put a new one on it wouldn’t work so he tried a different screen and it still wouldn’t work. So for all the trouble we went through with my old phone they sold me a new one for a lower price and threw in a free phone case and free temper glass. They were both also very patient with me because I had a lot of questions. 😂 but I highly recommend going here for any cell phone needs. Thank you guys at Wholesale Cellular!

Went to smart phone for a couple of months last year... then came and changed back to my normal 80$ a year plan.. The owner did not change the plan... or forgot to... two months later I get a call telling me I am out of minutes.. I asked why... only reason was ... a shoulder shrug... It was my fault.. So, I paid 160$ for the use of my flip phone... not smart phone. If I could I would go somewhere else.. but, in the long run it would cost me more..

Dropped off a phone 2 weeks ago. Said it would be ready in a couple days. 2 wks later i call and he says oh i was going to call yesterday and forgot. We cant fix it. We put a new screen on and it wont work. So i pick it up.... EXACT shattered screen still on it. Was never touched! Does it cost anything to just be honest and say youre incompetant??? Nope! Id give zero stars if i could!
