Wagners installed 2 garage doors at my home. The 2 man crew was on time, wore monogrammed uniforms, were polite and informative. My doors seal very well. The doors really set off the other work weve done at our house. Wagners is top-notch and first class from estimate/ordering to final installation. Stating I am extremely pleased is likely understating. Very thankful I chose Wagners. I rate them 11 out of 10. Highly highly recommend.

Called them for a broken spring on my garage door. Called back and arranged to have spring replaced. Arrived on time and door fixed in about one hour. A very fair price for on time service and garage door works great. Will definitely call again when needed! Five Star!!

Wagner overhead doors is an awesome company. I had an issue with a broken Spring on my garage door.I tried to use another company and got the run around for over 2 weeks. I called Bill at Wagner overhead doors and he was out here to fix the door that same day within 2 hours. The price was very fair for the work done.The door opens and closes flawlessly. Hats off to this company.I highly recommend anyone.

Our spring broke on a Friday. I called them and they were out the next day to fix it. They did a great job explaining the process. Fixed it really quickly, and even serviced the actual opener and leveled the door while they were here. Great friendly service.

Worst service ever. Called and they came out. Told my wife the job was to big and they were to busy then just left with no quote or why it was so bad. Rude as hell. Called Overhead Door from Findlay Oh. They came all the way to Lima and fixed my garage in 30 min. for $140.00. Didnt even charge me a travel fee. Thats service. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. I called to tell the manager/owner and he was the idiot that came out. Lol. Starts at the top I guess.

Not only was the price very reasonable but these guys were in and out in just a few hours. They did a fantastic job, very professional and even swept out my garage for me! I would recommend these guys to even my mom! Great job and thank you!

Great service. Highly knowledgable. Prompt. Very reasonable prices. Long story: Garage door was askew Sunday night. I called at 7 AM Monday morning. Service was at my door by 8:15. Fixed & gone by 8:45. And, he found other problems with my garage door that I would have never seen. Less than 100 dollars spent, but worth every penny. Next time I have any garage door needs, I will call Wagner.

A torsion spring broke on our 16x7 steel insulated garage door. This is a pretty standard size door. We called Ellis Door & Window based on a recommendation. They came out, said they would need to order the spring(s) since they didnt have it in stock, and quoted $175 per spring ($350 total). I had done some research and knew this was too high. I called Wagner and the lady on the phone got all of my information, said the springs would be in stock since they were standard and that it would cost $207 out the door. They came today and discovered a cable was broken and fixed that as well. Ellis didnt even notice the broken cable, so it would have cost even more. I always recommend Wagner. They were priced right, fixed the door the first time they came to my house, and knowledgeable.

I would give Wagner Overhead Door Co a 5 star rating. There were great people to deal with, the work was done to the very best it could have been and the man who did the work was very polite and pleasant. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Great service. Called for service on Monday morning and scheduled for Tuesday. Service technician called Monday night for confirmation. He showed up on time and replaced the spring within 45 minutes. Performed all maintenance and was very knowledgeable. I will recommend Wagner to anyone needing service.

Garage door spring broke on a Saturday. By Monday morning 9:00am Wagner Overhead Door had door repaired. And final price came in $50 less then phone quote. In this day of expected bad costumer service I found them to be a rare throwback to professional, friendly, efficient service. I would high recommend.

Got the new garage door opener installed today (5/20/2016). It works just great too. Wagner Overhead Door did the job. They were here on time and finished well within the time frame given when it was estimated. Half of the door track was replaced, new hardware in many places, U channel at the top of door. Not a terribly complex install but plenty of shuffling of parts to make it all work. The original door track installation created a very tight clearance between door and ceiling. Wagners remedied that with a smaller radius on the curved track.

Both the office secretary and the technician, who I found out later is the owner, were very rude on the phone. When the technician/owner called ahead to ask what they needed to do to complete the work on-site, I only requested that they let me know when they had arrived. The service technician/owner told me this was too many hoops to jump through and cancelled the service call on the spot, which we had been waiting two days for. I would give this company a zero rating if that was possible, but I do not recommend them for anyone looking for this type of service.

Installed my 16ft door exactly 16 years ago, still works like a champ. Already replaced two furnaces, refrigerators, an a few old vehicles, but door still like a clock.

The lady that answers the phone thinks shes queen of garage doors. Apparently all of her technicians are overweight and unable to fit under a garage with a open space of 17 inches. Its good business pactice to accommodate my situation instead of making unreasonable demands.
