Pumpkin pie blizzards are wonderful!! The only thing I would suggest is that the employees need to wipe off the side of the cup. Ive purchased these a couple of times now and they have Pumpkin puree dripping down the side.

Always love coming home to Lima for a DQ Crunch Cone since Atlantas DQ does not have them. Such a treat!

I’m usually never the type of person to write reviews like this, but here we are. don’t get me wrong, their ice cream is good, but 90% of the time (no exaggeration) our order is wrong. we always order the same exact thing, and our order is either missing something or just completely wrong. not to mention the fact that the entire facility is run by teenagers.

Service was quick and courteous. Will return to that location for that alone. Ok, that and Reeses Blizzards 😉

Took my grandkids and it was reasonable prices for a family of 4.

It was good but there were too many bugs outside. It would help if they had bug lights. Love the music playing though.

At the last minute my daughter requested an all chocolate ice cream cake for her birthday. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went in and they had an awesome selection and the girl behind the counter was so helpful and nice. She even offered to write a message for me and made sure she helped me pick a color that matched the candles. And it was really really good. She was very happy!

Horrible experience. We asked for two medium mint oreo blizzard we got two mini chocolate blizzards. I had to go through the drive and ask them to correct it and even though we opened one of the blizzards the girl asked for it back and she didnt even throw it away. Not only is that gross but its worse during a pandemic! Probably not gonna hit this place up it was unfriendly and the teens are gross.

I love DQ but this particular one is very off putting. I went through the drive thru and sat at the window for nearly 5 mins without any assistance. I ended up going inside to order my food since the drive thru was no help. I got to the counter and was told there was no food that had to be fried or grilled because the store was old and out of date before I had even told the cashier my order. I ordered a sloppy Joe sandwich and a footlong coney dog with a bag of chips and a drink. The drink tasted of mold. The sloppy joe meat had a very weird texture and absolutely no flavor at all. The coney dog had onion and cheese on the. The onion had no smell and the hotdog had no flavor and was rubbery. I ended up tossing the whole meal.

Even though it was very busy and we had a large order. We got thru the line quickly and everything was made correctly and quickly.

We opted for chili instead of chips and Im not sure what it was but it wasnt chili. The fountain drinks were very bad as well. Not sure if it was lack of co2 or syrup but I think they should stick to ice cream!!!

The rudest employees ! Tried telling them their drive thru speaker wasn’t working, and got a reply of “can’t control the speaker”, with a snotty attitude and drive thru window shut in our face! Major attitudes and overpriced! Never again!

Dined In Ordered for 5 out those orders one was missing a blizzard, the other got the wrong ingredients on the their coneydog and another was missing a sunday, we never got it after asking twice

Boy this place has really gone down hill. Dirty bathrooms that smelled like a cespool, no refills on drinks, over 3 bucks for a small nacho and small pop, dirty front glass, and instead of giving us a water cup my missus had to get it out of a sports cooler like a high schooler. Poor taste even for fast food joint. If i could give a 1/10 star i would.

This store does not offer much selection in the way of sandwiches. Barbecue pulled pork, hot dogs,etc. No grill or French frier is available like other franchises. Charged for lg. instead of small sundae. Got that corrected. Handed out sundae and it was completely smeared on the outside with gooey chocolate, so I had that to deal with in the car. Not a stellar experience. Food was okay nothing great.

Thanks for making the 10 mile stop of the Rally point river ride fun and refreshing for my kids, they loved their huge ice cream cones!

My daughter and I came in for blizzards last night. The store had a horrible sewer smell. Also the floor had ice cream and chocolate all over. No way we could have eaten there. We took our order to go and while the service and ice cream itself was fine, Im not very excited to return here.

Everything we have gotten as been fantastic. Such nice people working and a great menu to choose from. You cant go wrong as its all soo delicious and definitely great. I reccomend it to everyone. All the Blizzards are the best. 5 plus stars on everything they have. And those workers really are sooo great

The ice cream was amazing. I got a mini royal Oreo and I fully recommend it. I tho k the non-ice cream menu could be improved. There are so many hot dogs but nothing like fries or cheese curds that I saw.

Good service and ice cream. We came here hoping they had cheeseburgers, chicken tenders and fries for dinner. This restaurant only has hot dogs, shredded chicken, ham sandwiches and things alike. It seems like they’ve gotten rid of anything that requires a grill or fryer, which is disappointing.

I have never been to a DQ that did not serve burgers. My blizzard was perfect though.

I am on a low carb diet, so this isnt the place I would choose to eat. However their web site said they carried a selection of salads which looked good. When I tried to order, I was informed they only had one salad, a taco salad. It was good, but not what I wanted. Apparently not all salads are available at all locations. The service was good though and food excellent. My kids were happy. Injust wish they had more options for those on dietary restriction

Smells in here. Extremely hot on a beautiful 60º afternoon. With a larger building one would think they would have a fryer and grill to serve decent food.

Limited menu for non-dessert food items. Friendly and courteous staff with classic DQ goodness from the freezer section. Would return and enjoy a simple meal and sweet treat!

Ordered $70 of food and icecream. They would not exept $100 bill very rude about it and told me it was posted on door, looked on door it was a 2x6 piece of paper waist high with very small print. Lost my business.

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes they dont mix my coffee drinks well enough. That is my only complaint. Otherwise very fast and friendly service.

Slow service tables left dirty with trash on them. It had taken four people to make a single blizzard. They all move slower than paint drying for a place that has two costomers. Summer Blizzard s are good though

We bought an ice cream cake from here for my grandmas birthday. We specifically ordered all vanilla ice cream with cookie center. They are so stupid, they put vanilla & chocolate ice cream in it with the cookie crumble. My grandma does NOT like chocolate ice cream and this ruined her birthday. So we called them and they said we had to pay for a new one. Little do they know how my family works.

Poor selection on food. I agree with the above comments on if it is not a pulled sandwich or hotdogs they dont have it. They didnt even carry French fries. The shredded chicken was dry and the nachos were stale. I was very displeased when I went back to order dessert. I wanted two baby cones with chocolate on top in a cup (my girls are 2, a whole cone is too messy) they gave me small cones hard dipped instead. I then asked for a waffle bowl turtle sundeck. They asked me if I wanted it dipped in chocolate three times,three times I said no. Guess what, they dipped it. My ice cream cost more than my pathetic meal. Very displeased, and will not be back.

Dont go to this DQ expecting to find the kind of food that DQ advertises nationally. They have only shredded chicken, sloppy Joe and hot dogs, things of that nature. No chicken tenders, or burgers. No fries; just picnic food thats been kept hot for too damn long that ends up making your stomach hurt.What a disappointment.

I got a foot long coney meal. The chips I received were very stale due to the bag having a whole in it. I called to let them know and it seemed like there was no concern for my information. It makes me not want to return.☹☹☹☹

As soon as I walked in I considered turning around. This place has a horrible odor inside, floors and counters were dirty and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while, the cake cooler had crumbs all over the bottom, and service was slow I wont be back ever!
