My service dogs first short visit. They were wonderful. He even recieved a lil bit of ice cream.Thanks for the great service.

There breakfast is terrible order drive thru it was worse breakfast ever had are at reastuant hashbrowns were hard sausage was wrong sausage gave us .it use be good who ever cooks there s does not know how cook I think you need hire some else to cook there . I mean my grandson use like there breakfast now refused to eat cuzs way breakfast was there cuzs way tasted &look we didnt know we got it home .

The menu was pretty large and the service was quick. The outdoor seating was nice and the interior had a old style fast food vibe. You have to swipe your card which was kind of weird and old-fashioned. The sides were really good.

5/22/21... We were in town visiting relatives that live in Lima. We stopped by here for ice cream with the family before hitting the highway back home. My chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream hit the spot. The young woman who rang me out is the same one that brought our ice cream to the table. She was very pleasant, prompt and friendly. Much appreciated after a busy day.

Over med eggs totally hard and very greasy. Hamburger thin and like cardboard. Always before had excellent food. Being honest not mean.

Drive thru service was mediocre at best. We ordered 3 burgers, 1 order of fries, 1 order of corn nuggets, and 2 drinks. They handed us the drinks and we paid. Then we sat there. A girl came over and asked why we were sitting there. What did we need? Ummmm, our food?! She stared at us and turned around. About 10 minutes later we finally got our food. The burgers were just okay. Nothing special. The corn nuggets were the best of all the food we got, but I wont be back. Sorry. Service was not worth it.

Bought a tenderloin and other food here on the 29th of April. It was warm and very dry. Very little condiments were on these sandwiches. What happened? This used to be a great place to get a sandwich!

Today was my first time to Happy Daz. Bryana took some extra time to make some great recommendations that I really appreciated. I got the pork cutlet sandwich which was amazing, not greasy at all and the portion size was amazing. If you like crinkle fries, this place is for you! I would also highly recommend the mint chocolate chip combination milkshake, absolutely fantastic!! I would give this place six stars if I could, I would definitely recommend.

I understand that staffing is difficult due to Covid. I don’t mind waiting a half hour in line for my food. I don’t even mind when they forget to give me mind drink after waiting a half hour in line. I didn’t realize until after I pulled out of their parking lot. Since it too so long for my meal, I didn’t have time to go back. When I got back to my office, I called to let them know that I wasn’t given my drink. After being on hold quite sometime, a gal came on the line and asked if I was the one who forgot her drink. I wasn’t given a drink to forget it but, okay…I forgot my drink. She put me on hold another five minutes and came back with a code. Today, I went through and ordered my drink and as expected during these times, I had a long wait. I tried to tell her that I had a code for the drink but was interrupted and told to pull around. When I went to give the girl my receipt with the code, she harshly grabbed the receipt crumbled it up and threw it on the floor and almost threw my drink at me and slammed the drive through window. I will never go back to this location and after talking to my co-workers who have had similar experiences, I’m probably done with this restaurant all together.

I get being short staff & customers need to be greatfull for the ones that do want to work. But same goes for value customers has well & dont give us a attitude for wanting our food to be hot & correct order

Food was ehh?!, service was decent. Bathroom was yikes and an employee was in there for 15 minutes and we needed to ask another employee to use the bathroom. She went and told the other employee a customer needed the restroom😲💩🤢 eat at your own risk.

Usually never have an issue with any happy daz resturants...supposed to have BBQ sauce on it....also the 2 cars behind us got there food before us ....there excuse they got less food....

Love the food, but the 20min drive thru wait is too much. Paid at 10:57 am on a Sunday. Still waiting at 11:17. One car in drive-thru reserved waiting, Im waiting at the door, and there are two tables inside and 1 walk-in at the counter.....

Good food but took about 20 minutes in the drive thru due to the lack of help.

Waited in line for 37 minutes and fries were cold and my bun for my burger was so hard it was like it was left in a warmer for way to long.

Went and ordered my usual. About 30 mins before closing so plenty of time. Not only did it take 25 mins for my food, but they left me in the parking lot waiting while they turned off all the lights. Then I asked the lady who came out a question about my food and before I could ask for a refund she walked very briskly away, nearly running, telling me to have a nice night. Very sarcastically, I might add. I ordered what I order on west street so much that they know me by face AND order. But this was something completely different. I paid for an egg to add on my salad, and they didnt even cut it, they didnt give me silverware, nor salad dressing. Usually I dont leave bad reviews, but I had just lost my brother and was with my sister while both of us had forgotten to eat that day. I thought oh, happy Daz is still open on bellefontaine and the food is good, lets go there. Ill NEVER make that mistake again. The girl was rude and I sincerely wanted a refund. Now, with that being said, west street has messed my order up more times than Id like to admit, but they are so nice and they ALWAYS make it right. This location could learn a few things from them!

Try. Their. Milkshakes. Oh my gosh, we stopped here for a quick snack on our way out of town. We ordered two peanut butter milkshakes and some fried pickles and fries. Let me tell you what.... Omgosh. I know gushing over food seems ridiculous, but its just so devine. Take a moment out of your day and enjoy their food.

I give this happy daz only three because they dont give out all the supplies with meal. A1 for burger, sauce for fried cheese etc. However, the employees are excellent and have no issue redoing a order if they arent overall busy. Still great food, just a warning to make you ask for sauses and dips.

The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. A bunch of loud young clueless employees talking about everyone in the dining room while they’re two feet away. Burger was served pink. Mushrooms were dropped on the floor and had to be remade. First we’re served corn nuggets instead of mushrooms. Took 15 minutes for them to acknowledge us and take our order, then while ordering the employee pulled her phone out and started texting rather than putting in our order. I wish I could give it less than one star. We got milkshakes and they were decent everything else we didn’t even eat, so basically we paid $40 for milkshakes. Go literally ANYWHERE else.

The food is good, but closing at 8 on Friday and Saturday nights is a bit ridiculous. At least leave the drive through open.

Definitely get yourself some of the summer chicken salads!If you like a little heat and Bleu cheese, try the romaine wedge with spicy garlic chicken! Its AMAZING.

It doesnt matter what you order here, they will make you pull around and wait 20 mi uses for nothing more than food coming out of a deep fryer. Tried three separate occasions and every time had to wait for a kids meal and burger with fries. Completely garbage service for having such a simple menu. I used to love happy daz but it has really fallen off in this location.

The food is good but the service is very slow. Used drive thru no body in front or back of us ordered and paid then waited 11 minutes for a burger and mozzarella sticks.

My order was totally messed up. Had to wait for take out for 20mins. The 2 young girls working shouldnt have been. Didnt remember y I was waiting asked me twice. Both of was told by cook that there should only be 1 person doing front orders. I wasted about 10.00 dollars that afternoon. I will not be back for along time.

Dint think ive ever had a bad experience here....

First time coming here and this place is solid. For a little under 6 dollars I got a huge tenderloin sandwich that came out very hot even during a lunch rush. Almost couldn’t finish the thing. It’s a bargain diner that is better, fresher, and cheaper than fast food chains!

I went to the Bellefontain Ave site and had to wait half an hour for an iced tea at the drive thru. The car in front of me had a large order and they did not tell them park in waiting slots. I was late getting home for the school bus. Then my sister was there and went inside to order her food to take home and had to wait 30 mins while one of the girls had to talk on the phone, while other customers were waiting to. I think you should get a new manager or retrain all of the associates.

One of my fave places. The people are so friendly. I love the twice baked potato bowl, the shakes are pretty good too. They usually remember what you like after a few times and thats nice.

Some of the best food around, hands down! Always fresh and warm. You pay for what you order. I think its a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Inside is always clean too and staff is always welcoming to help with any of my questions or requests.

Went for the first time and now Im asking myself, why did I drive past and never stopped. Its a great place and great food. The female working register was very helpful and worked with us and helped out with suggestions. Deep fried pickles were amazing. I know I definitely recommend this place and will return.
