Let me just say, “WTF”?! On Saturday at 2:08 I had a package sent of for a 3day delivery. They took my money. Then held the package for all of Saturday of course Sunday. Then finally after still holding the package all day Monday. The package was sent out Monday evening at 7-8ish that evening. USPS does not do this. Same day you drop off a package is the same day it’s shipping process begins…here is the proof time on receipt. What a joke for a union company!!!!
Nicole was absolutely awesome! I came in with a very unique problem in getting four new beach chairs packaged in dimensions that total less than 62 inches combined so that we could check them on Delta for free (vs. $200). UPS did not have any stock boxes that worked so she spent quite a bit of time in the back carving up different boxes and combining them back together to make the dimensions work. We arrived at our destination today with the chairs at no cost. Nicole truly went above and beyond. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time. Thank you, Nicole!
Ive always have had prompt service at the Lima Ohio UPS store. Does get busy around the holidays though.
I had an incident the first time I went there and I don’t know if the lady’s name was Nicole or not but she was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and more. The manager who was a guy when I had to go back the same day was very respectful but I don’t like the lady there but her son was professional, respectful and more when I had to ship something off on another day.
Im giving UPS 5 stars specifically because of Nicoles efforts to track my pkg and to settle my claim. This store really went all out to help me with a claim agains UPS. I have used UPS extensively for 20+ years without an issue. This one was a nitemare but we came to closure. You can trust this store. My problem occured between Lima and Arizona.

Paid 6 bucks to get my package redirected to this location due my working hours... by 7pm would have been awesome. but alas it was closed when I got there due to covid. Guess someone forgot to update their hours.... not open til 7PM like their info says... 6PM is when these folks actually close. Thanks for delaying my time critical project yet another day UPS.
Ive shipped quite a few items from this store and have never had anything but positive experiences.
I feel as if I was treated properly today. Shipping is still out of this world as always. A certain lady working morning shift was a little bit backwards and didnt talk much but she did what I wanted her to.Overall my experience was fine.
Dont buy stamps here. They upcharge for stamps. Everyone else sells them for the ACTUAL price.
Online said businesse hours open until 4pm on Saturday..door sign 2pm many many customers drive by and end up in front of closed doors
If it was possible to rate this store ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT print and bind documents here. I was told on the phone the store would honor the online price. In store, they refused. So I paid online from a store computer and they printed the job (problem solved, right?) WRONG! The representative bound the job wrong (upside down) several times, until I stepped in to assist. At home later, I realize the first half of the job was still bound wrong. We went back to the store to have it reprinted and rebound. They refused to fix it without charging me. Office Depot on Cable fixed the job (reprint and rebound) with zero advanced notice. And gave us a discount for our inconvenience at UPS!

Employees are usually grumpy and rude. The 3 limit rule is also complete nonsense
Nicole was extremely rude to me when I asked if I could get my paperwork notarized. It states they offer it and the times they are open. She just said nope only 5pm - 7pm when I came in at 4:30 pm. Also complaining to the customer ahead of me about customers calling on the phone. Very poor service. Will go somewhere else that knows how to treat and respect people.
Easy and quick place for package drop off. Staff are always friendly and quick to help.
1 person work there, she know nothing about the job,always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get assistance for a little thing
It is bad enough there is only one person working the store, but that person did not seem to know what she was doing. Waited at least 10 minutes for her to scan and re scan items for a customer. She finally printed out receipts and had him sign. Then said she had to re scan more. When I asked, since this customer was going to be there even longer, if she could just give me my box. This would have taken less then a minuet. Instead of asking her customer if he would mind she immediately dismissed my request in a rude manner. Last time I use this store.

They charged me $1.00 for 1 piece of tape to adhere a return label!! Thats just an insane way to to make a profit!!
Nichole was tremendous in helping to locate and retrieve a package that had been addressed and sent to the wrong person.
