Needed to order a part for my car yesterday and Jacob helped me out with suggesting the right part, ordering it and having it delivered in a time frame that I was able to get it in time so I could get my car to the shop today. He also went the extra step to brighten my sons day when he purchased him a small turbo toy he had been looking at. Wanted to leave this review in hopes that management sees this and can tell Jacob that he made a pretty rough day a lot better for us with such a small act. There are good people left in this world and I will continue to return with all my car needs !!!!

I needed to buy assorted fuses and to have a couple batteries checked. Caleb helped me with all my questions answered. I recommend our hometown Advance Auto to anyone who knows what they need or those who depend on knowledgeable staff to guide us to what we need. Thank you, Caleb.

Highly recommend to stop in here. Alternator went out on me, stopped here, changed myself but they were such a big help and helped me a lot!!! Way to go guys!!!

The service was very good no problem with it at all my only observation is I was the only person there including employs with a mask.. I know it is the popular opinion its everyones choice, but I choose not to go back to a place like that..

They really helped us with the alternator they had to order for next day delivery... it was shipped and picked up right on time... now i have money tied up in a core charge...

Had to have a new battery, took my car by the store and Kyle helped us with our purchase. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and replaced my battery in no time. Kyle made my experience more enjoyable, thanks Advance Auto for employing a person like Kyle....give that gentleman a raise!!

Had a battery go out on me. Chris was already outside and asked me if i needed it checked. Tested it and turned out to be bad. I received service above and beyond what i ever could have asked. He helped me replace my battery since i didnt have any tools in my car, and gave me a bunch of useful insight about future incidents. Amazing guy. Definitely will see him again if i have future issues.

There are a handful of Auto Parts stores in the same part of Lincolnton so location is not a big issue. And to be honest, I dont do a lot of work on cars these days. Mostly swap out a battery now and then, or replace a headlight. But I tend to stick with Advanced because they have not failed me yet. Why switch when they do me right?

The store was to hot and couldnt help me, I went out side will the man was looking for parts and told the lady to let him know, so I can come back in 30 minutes goes by and then I see him with a nouther cosmer and I walked in and he said someone will right with you.

Most part stores are very comparable to another so... But you can order your parts online for convenience and discounts for preordering
