This was my first visit and I must say front desk clerks Dawn 7/24 and Luke 7/25 went over and beyond 5 🌟 to provide the scheduled time and very professional service for our needs on 2 vehicles. The lobby was clean and safe distances with seating for waiting customers. I had questions about my service needs and the aglinment service tech made sure to communicate back directly on the questions I had about my service. Timing was very appropriate for service. Luke called promptly when they each were ready. Luke also made sure to bring my awareness of future service needs on both vehicles which we will make sure to continue services here to support our local businesses. I could not have asked for a better experience! It was a great blessing to have our service needs met with no hassles or long waiting, not to mention at very reasonable pricing! Dawn, thank you for sharing information for my difficult tire size needs within Mavis customer service. Thats a huge weight lifted. Will be recommending my family and friends. My 1st time visiting thia location called before I came and explain my situation. Dakota said he would be happy to assist and to come on in and man I tell you the Best & I do mean Best fast service ever Dale & Dakota were such a great help. They also are very funny will have you in tears with just a few jokes. If you need a good service repair Mavis Tires & Brakes is the place to be!!!😁😁❤❤

Had NC inspection on 2014 Nissan $40 with a kicker that my brakes were bad all around. Went back next day for inspection on 2013 Buick, $30. When asked about the price difference they said it was because of aftermarket window tint. I bought the Nissan new, have not tinted the windows and have never been charged extra for an inspection. They refused to correct the price. (Why didnt they charge me extra on previous yearly inspections?). Got me to wondering about the brake job on my car or the shocks they said I needed on the truck I had inspected in September. Honest mechanic? I think not. I hope they enjoy the extra $10 they got from me, because I will not be back. I Do not recommend this location., nor do I trust them. (Mavis Tire Lincolnton). Plus, the guy on the phone called me Bubba. Dont call people you dont know Bubba.

I will say the first time I came to Mavis Tire, they were very unprofessional and lacked respect for the customers. Just to only get you out of there if a problem occurred, but with this new manager, and changes to the company and team. My opinion of Mavis tire has changed. I came back to replace a tire that was new but had went bad for some apparent reason but the service was excellent compared to the last time I came and they did everything for free! The prices of tires are kinda high but not outrageous, they get you in and out fast, while doing a good job so you have to respect that. Would recommend now!!

I came in with my 2001 Chevy Blazer with a low back left tire. Spoke to dale and he was very respectful.They fixed up my tire real fast.I suggest going to these guys for good service and good hospitality.

I took my car here because I thought one of my tires had a slow leak. I was right. They patched it for me and didn’t charge me anything. The staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

We bought a used vehicle from a private owner. We took it to Mavis in Lincolnton for an inspection and to have them look at a few other things. While putting it up on the lift Josh saw a couple concerns that he showed me. He checked the items I asked to be checked and gave his recommendations. I also asked them to check the alignment. After doing so Allen showed me the report and it was off just a hair, but said he would definitely drive as is(instead of doing it and making money off me), my husband also agreed with that recommendation. Well, After checking everything else it was hooked up to the computer to finish the inspection and it was too soon so they couldnt even access the state site any further. They spent a good deal of time on my vehicle, but not too much for what they did and what they educated me on. I walked out of there not paying a dime. I know the inspection itself is no charge, but they did so much in the way of making sure my family is safe on the road. I will absolutely be back! Thank you, Allen and Josh! Ill be back soon to have the tires I asked about mounted and balanced, at a great price!

I gad a nail in one of my tires, and my tires were rather new. I called them at 8:30 and was able to get my vehicle in pretty quickly. They were able to plug my tire and have me back on the road within an hour. I appreciate the fast service and employees updating me on when my vehicle would be ready.

Made an appointment for tire balancing and rotation, and everything was completed very promptly. They give you a breakdown of any issues and take you out to show you so you can see and understand.Quick, professional and courteous as always, which is why we continue to take our vehicles there.

Had bought 4 tires here, had them mounted, balanced and then a couple of weeks later I hit a curb and busted two of them so my husband ordered 2 more to be put on new rims and take home and put them on my car. Because it was my husband and not myself they charged him an unheard of price. I called and they said only headquarters could approve us to charge the same price we were charged for the first 4 tires. They never called back after they said they would. Poor customer service. Never going back.

Poor customer service! I’m so upset with this location. I wouldn’t come here to get tires or anything else. I brought my tires here 3 weeks ago and they waited to give my car back when they were closing having me waiting for hours. So I finally got my car back and I drove it and it was off bounced I couldn’t even get up to 55-65mph. Before things got worse. So I parked it. Today I called to schedule a appointment to get my tires balanced since they failed to do it the first time, and once again I waited for 2 1/2 hours to get an simple balance and an oil changed. They never told me how long nor how much. Then closing time they tried to tell me that I had to pay for something that they didn’t do the first time I brought my tires from there. So I don’t understand how you going to have me a lot the first time and never do anything to my car but put tires on it and think it’s okay. Well it’s not don’t cheap out my hard earning money.HIGHLY DONT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE

I used to have this place rated pretty high but that changed today. Im only getting four tires, thats it. Ive been here an hour and a half already, with my truck off of the lift for at least 20 minutes. Maybe if the guys out in the bay would spend more time on the vehicles and less time singing, I could get out of here. Never again. I will go to the one in Shelby and save an hour.Edit: Just received a call from the store manager who apologized for the issues. He was away that day and I guess the guys lightened up a bit. I get that. Time is valuable and has to be a priority, though. Up to four stars because the work is done well.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve used this place for years. I have quite a history with them but never again I called to set an appointment last Friday for a simple tire rotation so I didn’t have to wait three hours on a tire rotation. I get there to find out I have three people ahead of me so over an hour wait after I set an appointment and all the avoid this. They have the worst customer service. They also like to lie and say something wrong with your car when it’s not. So please save you time and don’t go to Mavis in Lincolnton NC ever again.

I brought my car in to get my rear callipers replaced so that my emergency brakes can work. They only changed out 1 caliper when I asked for both. Now I’ve gone back twice for the caliper that was changed, and today my other caliper catches on fire almost burning my car!🤬Worst service!!! If I could give negative stars I would!

Dishonest and will take advantage of a person with a lack of knowledge. They sold my wife a mediocre tire for $224 when the same tire is worth $110 everywhere else. Stay away if possible.

Dawn was extremely helpful. She took the time to show me visual examples of my repair options, and clearly has knowledge and experience in the field. The man who actually replaced my tire was also extremely nice and helpful. He even brought my tire in to me and showed me just how bad it was on the inside. Both showed genuine interest and enthusiasm in what they do. Would 10/10 recommend!

I was driving to NYC and while passing NC I noticed my ride wasn’t smooth and it was moving off course to the right. I needed to get an urgent alignment and this location happened to be on the way. I got there around 5 pm and they were going to close at 6 pm. At first they said to leave the car for tomorrow but after explaining my situation, they agreed to help me last min.I was skeptical but realized that these guys knew what they were doing and I must say they did a phenomenal job. My ride was much smoother afterwards and drove like it’s new!They could have refused but instead they went out of their way and helped me out. This is the true definition of great customer service. Thank you!!
