Very little training they tell you to stay hydrated but your not allowed to have anything to drink at your station even though it is very hot never seen a supervisor

The company is not bad,but they have a big problem the persons give the orientation do not have the capacity for this funcion,do not have a training plan to the new employee,and not explain what is the lookingfor in this pices, the new employee need to be magic.en general the cooworker is good people with some exception.

They only train you for one week then put you on a machine by yourself.
