Very easy sign-up and account creation process, all paperless. Then, the communication was great which included the PIN and information about what to expect upon arrival. First visit was seamless with no issues. I opened up my 10x10 unit and realized immediately that I had bit off more than I could chew---it was way too big! I immediately went down and asked if I could move to a smaller unit 10x5 and as luck would have it, they had one left on the same floor. Literally 5 minutes later, I had a new unit and I was moving my stuff in. Doesnt get any more convenient or good than that. The property is in excellent condition as are the spacious elevators (2). I highly recommend this company and the Linden, NJ location.

Walked in here the other day looking for pricing. I spoke to Chris. He was professional, courteous and great experience dealing with him. I was up in the air about finding the perfect facility- it was this place and one of their nearby competitors. I made my final decision when i encountered Victoria. She was professional, courteous, knowledgable, humorous, patient, and very personable. She walked me through the entire process and offered suggestions which worked in my favor. I’ve rented from other locations and i must say this one by far is the best. There are trolleys available to assist in moving and the facility is clean. The price has inflated a bit but I’d suggest waiting for a special during holiday time.

This place is the best place Ive ever had to use for storage. The staff here are professional, informative and very courteous . The facility is clean and very secure . I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends .

I rented a 10x20 ft., climate-controlled space from here for approximately two months (September -November 2017). Stephanie and the staff were always very friendly and professional. I had no issues whatsoever while renting my space. The units are impeccably well-kept. Setting up and closing out my account was fast and easy. The two, large indoor garage entrances were most helpful in loading/unloading my belongings to/from the 26 ft. moving truck. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to store their belongings!

Ive rented storage units all over the country, East Coast, West Coast and the Midwest, and have never had as easy, smooth and professional experience as I had at this storage facility. Jim and Stephanie were great from the very beginning to my last day here. We stored our belongings here for just over two years while living out of state. Its a good location and the staff are very helpful and friendly, always very nice .I especially like that they have a pull in area where you can safely unload and load, specially helpful in bad weather. The best experience we have had with storage was with Extra Space, Linden. First of all the staff Stephanie is very polite, dedicated, kind and helpful; and also Jim was very helpful as we were moving from out of state and we need a storage before we arrive and also he gave us a good rate for second year.Secondly the place is very clean.
