I had been to several Metro stores wanting to switch over from Boost and not only did I get sent home without being able to get anything accomplished but was told I couldnt switch without an account number even though i explained I wasnt able to get one from Boost. I stopped at this location as a last resort, exhausted with all the running around. Michele provided me excellent service as well as helped me obtain my boost account number and got me switched over in very little time. She was super patient and spoke to me as if she had known me personally and not just like a sales pitch. i highly recommend this store to anyone whether new customer or current! Michele is amazing!

My husband and I went there today and was having a problem with my phone and Michelle was there and was very helpful and very patient and very knowledgeable! We also ended up buying a Samsung Galaxy A32 5 G phone. Would definitely recommend this store and also Michelle. Thank you sooo much.

Great experience at the store in Lindenhurst on Wellwood Ave. Customer service was what convinced me to switch all 6 lines to Metro. Thank you Amar and crew. Very happy with the cell service as well just like you said. Metro has come a long way.

After buying the samsung galaxy 10 purchased a screen protector where the lady put on wrong then said she had no more to fix it .. so paid for that and had to remove it .. on teo occasions waited 15 minutes to pay bill with an employee inside the building refusing to openNever ever have I had an issue with metro until this ... disappointed.
