Excellent customer service. Chris helped me with my account and the purchase of a new device. He set it all up for me and I was ready to go. Ive been dealing with t mobile for 8 years and when it came to switching devices every store would give me an issue with the transfers. First time I was in and out with no issues. :)

Had t-mobile for 5 years until l lost my phone and even though l paid insurance for all those years they refused to send me a new phone because it got lost in transit by fed x didnt get a new phone for 3 weeks! Everytime l called they gave me a hard time poor customer service l switched carriers to mint mobile. Never use t-mobile again! Zero stars from me!

I been going to this store for 5 years and never had any issues with Jay or the staff. Jay the top gun there is so helpful to my needs that I will never go to any other store. He goes above and beyond for me and my wife too. So these posts showing a negative finger pointing to Jay, I call B. S. As a matter of fact I have to go there today to purchase a new phone.. Thank you Jay and the crew....👍

Try not to deal with the owner. The staff is helpful but the owner is not interested in anything but selling you something.

The guy that works there definitely tried everything in the book to not allow me to do a jump upgrade on my phone. Apparently if you have a few scratches on your phone screen you are not entitled to an upgrade according to him and who ever he was asking in a group chat. Even after I called T-Mobile and they specifically said they will accept the phone as long as there is no hair line CRACKS. If I can compare the service at the store to anything it would be the soup nazi from Seinfeld.

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and I use the T-Mobile store in Lindenhurst on Montauk Highway and all the Reps there are courteous, understanding, and always helpful.
