The salesman was awesome. Took his time, listened to our needs and found us a great deal. We went in looking for two phones, but since the deal we got was so good we upgraded for the whole family and left with 5 phones.

I visited this location on 8/5/2021 to upgrade my iPhone. My experience was very pleasant and painless. Our salesman was very nice and transparent about any additional costs. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour. I Will be returning.

Theyre great at selling you a phone, along with other products.. But when you need help after youre not going to get it unless you write an honest review. They legit called me and asked me to change it.. At least they were attentive after the fact.

They are very helpful. I came in there with stress because my phone was not working and i didnt want my bill to go up and instead of just selling me another phone and increasing my bill, i got a new phone and they lowed my bill. Best on nassau and suffolk. Theres this new guy i believe his name is frank we had a long chat and him and another associate charli helped me and frank guided me with the phone. Was in and out and would definitely recommend to others

I dont usually weite reviews lol but today i came in on october 12th 2016. Packed. I was waiting, and constantly while the worker named frankie was with someone else kept checking up on me and he had also offered water. Very pleased with the service and he definitely deserves reconition and The manager vic, always helps and took care of me as far as myBill he lowered and gives good prices on cases

Charlie is by far the most rude employee ever. I have visited the west islip location and brought this to attention but im not sure if they do anything about it but he raises his tone and he is unprofessional.
