Computers have been down for days due to “hurricanes” whatever. And we had an appointment for 1. The guy said he goes on break at 1:30 to come back. We weren’t able to come back. Sign out front says they take walk ins for the vaccine. We go in they say we need appointment. Very frustrated.

The store is sort of convenience of hours,but this location on Chewlanding Rd is dirty and has dust on shelves the floor is always dirty whenever go inside l I this Walgreens.l)

I delivered a prescription 2 weeks ago. When speaking to someone in pharmacy they took my name and phone number and told me that they had to order the product that was described it would take 2 days and they would call me. I waited 5 days and called to check the status of my prescription. It was at that time I was informed that they couldn’t accept the prescription as presented and needed the doctor to call or send a new prescription electronically. Mind you this was a prescription for vitamins not any kind of narcotics. Anyway I call my doctor who said he would get right on it. I called the pharmacy again after 2 days and the indicated that they got the prescription and that it would have to be ordered. Again I waited 3-4 days for them to call me about the status of the prescription. When notifying the person of my situation, Ayer she took my name the phone call cut off. When I called back it was only then she informed me that the vitamin was not available. I am new in the Lindenwald community and wanted to make Walgreens my pharmacy, that will never happen. Lacks professionalism, customer service and displays no concern for customer.

Not the worst Walgreens not the best, never had a bad experience with the employees store just look dated compared to other Walgreens.

Went in to get my daughters 2nd covid shot and while waiting... All around us was simply dirty... Not only dusty but dirty...

My parents recently moved to Lindenwold and this was the nearest Walgreens. I must say first that I love Walgreens but if this were my first experience, it would be my last.I went specifically to get a photo and ended up getting ice as well. There was no one at photo so I pressed the button as instructed. Unfortunately, the cashier up front was attempting to call for help, which I didnt notice since my back was to the cash register. The cashier then proceed to loudly exclaim That was so rude. Everyone at the register proceeded to turn to me and stare. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a Walgreens. Each one Ive gone to has been nothing but gracious employees.Please give your employees and refresher course on proper etiquette.

Not happy with Walgreens on Chews Landing in Lindenwold NJ. Really needed to make a personal card but machine down asked associate how long she said didn’t know. I said a week or month she said “ could be “ storm coming so don’t know. Seriously ! Seriously !

I really like this store, I know most of the people who work there. Yesterday while there, a girl was behind me, I asked her to move back for safe distancing, & she said I should chill. They have markings on the floor, but if they dont enforce them, I will not be able to shop there.

Ive told them time and again, easy off caps. Still get bottles with safety cap. Realy? How many times?!

Susan is so pleasant at the front register, unlike this weekend when I had a different cashier. The other lady can go from nice to nasty in a heartbeat. I purchased tape and she said it doesnt have a bar code you cant purchase it. Never offered someone to get me another one or let me get one. Somebody should take pleasant lessons from Susan. Thank you Susan for making my visit a good one.

The staff is greeting and store is clean

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick checkout counter. If the line has more than 2 or 3 people they are quick to open a second counter and get you checked out fast.

Great place workers are truly helpful. I had to print out pi tyres and even though they closed at ten the employee checked when mine would be finished and she said 9:57 is cutting it close but at least its not ten right. Dont put off tomorrow what you can do today so definitely 5 stars

Today was my third time trying to pick my medicine from this store! The first time I received a text message saying my drugs were ready! I go to the drive thru and they tell me they have nothing for me, so I explain to them what I needed and the lady who attended that time ask me if I wanted to wait or come back later, I picked later! I come back a couple of hours later, this lady couldnt even find me in her system and I been going to them for the last 7 months, after a while she finds me or types my name right idk? Then she asks me if I have insurance and I tell her yes which should be in the system, once again I was left waiting so I left, came back the next day was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and nobody came over at all after they told me they would be right there! Only reason why I picked this store for my medicine is because I live close by but Im starting to lose my patience with this people.

I’m leaving a bad review. I was standing in line when I watched the older women behind the counter blow her nose and than touch my supplies. She never changed her gloves or use hand sanitizer. She was very rude when I asked about my products being on sale while she watched two young black boys all throughout my time. When asked her to look up the sale price on my product she had and attitude.

I was just in this store and 4 people asked me Can I help you Code for we think your a theif and we think your suspicious looking character. I DONT APPRECIATE IT. Obviously, because I am a particular skin tone. Be aware people that they truly dont wanna help you. I was going to look around and possible buy makeup along with my soda purchase. But I wont be going back. Next time Ill go across the street to Rite Aid. Join me in making the switch to a more customer friendly store.

I just want to know how a Pharmacy can pick and choose who they sell prescriptions to??!!...I brought my older sister (62)..years old in for a prescription prescribed by HER DOCTOR....NOT SOME JUNKIE.....AND SHE WAS TREATED LIKE A JUNKIE.....AND WAS TOLD NO TO HER SCRIPT.....WHAT KIND OFCUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT TO A DISABLED GROWN WOMAN!!!....I will never shop at this store again and will advise everyone I know not to also. She was crying in pain, can barely walk, and was told....Yes, we have it, But, not for u......She didnt get ladys name, but she was Indian. Ignorant is more like it.

Everyone that was working there mid day Tuesday were super friendly even the pharmacy staff were very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good staff!

I like this location. They have the prescriptions I need when most other places dont I think its because people leave such lousy reviews.... but hey that sure works for me. Thanks walgreens.

Its one of the best drug stores around.

I visited this location, drawn in by the sale on eggs. I picked up a few other items to my chagrin there were no more eggs. I take my other items to the cash register and they would not honor the sale and denied me a rain check.Then I went to their website to complain and got the runaround as the store identifier is a loop page wipe, thats when you click the button to find a store all the information youve entered is cleared and you have to start over. Totally meant to discourage customer contact I would dare to say. Store #3549 might not mean anything to Walgreens but Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

Always friendly and helpful and always has prescription meds that other pharmacies do not have

Great selection of non prescription goods but the pharmacist is incompetent and the assistants are even worse. If you need to get your prescription filled, go across the street to rite aid

I asked for them to check a price for me for prescription they made me wait 30 minutes anyways then told me it was two and a half times more expensive than Walmart and Target for Lymes disease antibiotic 45 with a discount card yet its $20 at Target and Walmart horrible horrible place
