I purchased my vehicle a few years ago and have always taken it back every 5 thousand miles for its check up to this location. Have always had wonderful service and great communication. I took my vehicle in recently for a new battery. I did not have an appointment so I knew that I would need to leave it for the day. No big deal. 7 hours after dropping my vehicle off, I was told that they did not have my battery in stock. They could.jump me off and I could take it somewhere else that has one in stock. I found a battery and took it with me to pick it up. The place where I purchased it from does not install them. I was told that they could install it for me and it would take 15 - 20 minutes. I hung around and an hour later it was ready. Went to get my keys and was told it was 78.99 to install it!! I figured I would have to pay something which was fine, but 78.99. Ridiculous!!
Worst experience Ive ever had with a business. Took my car here August 17th for repair and theyve had it ever since without fixing the issue. Communication is is terrible, the whole time my car had been there no one has ever contacted me. I always reached out and someone tells me theyll call me, but they dont and thats the tip of the issues Ive had here. Would not recommend!
Nice people but 2.5hr for an oil change is way too much time. My truck didnt even move into the shop until 90 minutes after my appointment time. Waiting room and outside seating were full.
Check your lugnuts before you leave if they remove/reinstall your tires! Took 2020 Corolla there for first 5k mile service which included tire rotation. After completion I checked and 1-2 lugnuts on each wheel were loose - not even hand tightened. Absolutely unacceptable as this a huge safety hazard had I driven the car with loose wheel lugnuts. When I brought it to the attention of the service advisor he tried to play it off like it was not a big deal and that I was overreacting for being upset. He said something to the effect of “as long as *some* of the nuts are tight it’s fine.”I purchased 2 of my 3 new Toyota vehicles from Autonation Toyota in the past. It is the closest dealer to my home. However I certainly will not give them any more of my business in the future.
25 days my car was in for “service” . The check engine light is back on 2 days later. I took it back to this location only to find out the fuel cap was never replaced. I paid for it at the same time I paid for the parts for the catalytic converter repair ( $$$$) . The new interim manager Steve graciously replaced it. What I dont like is having to return to the dealership for something that should have been addressed initially.
I bought a new Camry from here, the salesman (Lamin) was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the car and patient with my needs and it was no pressure. Matt was very accommodating with my accessory needs for my new car. The whole process was smooth and i would buy from here again, great dealership!
My plan was to drop my car off during my lunch and use their “complimentary shuttle ride” to take me back home and pick it up after work. None of the employees were able to give me a location or a time of arrival for said shuttle. Not reliable at all, a better system needs to be created. My concerns as a customer were not acknowledged. This was my first time getting service here and I was very unimpressed. I spent the rest of my shift in waiting area for my vehicle.
Employees courteous, work done within estimated time given, waiting area, bathrooms were clean.
Lets just say I have found an express Toyota service center and will travel the distance for service. I knew after the last visit to Thornton Rd it was time to part ways.
I love My dealership! Especially my service guy Ricky! Thank you Ricky for your help and exceptional customer service!
Brian Morgan was great. He got me what I wanted, in my budget and was very helpful throughout. Great experience.
I visited Auto Nation Toyota Lithia Springs Georgia on Thorton rd. After my service I talked with the Service manager Corey Williams about our Vehicle He was very compromising, and professional. I really appreciate him taking the time to listen to all my concerns. I appreciated his personality traits and work ethics. I would recommend this service department to my family and friends.
My ad adventure was a rollercoaster ride that ended up very well and I love the out come of all persons playing their own part exactly as it was supposed to be thank u t all u did to help me in this venture 👏👏👏💥👌
My Toyota needed servicing and I called and they scheduled me in next day. I had Joshua, he was awesome, polite and professional. Checked me in quick and did my Multi-point inspection and oil change quick. Very pleased, will continue to go to him
Service was great but getting the appointment was terrible. Asked for appt. to assess possible damage to underside of car cause I drove over something in the street. Never heard back from anyone no one helped me. I had to call myself several times to get the appt. and as far as I can tell nothing I asked for was assessed. Just a routine service was performed.
I bought two cars for this location and have been using their Service Department for 6 years and today I decided to NEVER return. I was transferred 6 times on the phone between Parts and Service to attempt to order 2 tires. Bradley works in parts and gave me a quote told me he could not help me order the tires I need for my car and transferred me to the Service Department who then transferred me right back to Bradley. Then Bradley has the nerve to tell me he can transfer me back to the Service Department. I had to explain to him that is called poor customer service and I do not want to be transferred again. He then tells me to come in and someone can order my tires. Keep in mind I have done this before and ordered tires over the phone and scheduled an appointment. I am not new to this. Clearly he didnt get it because he offers to transfer me back to the Service Department. Between the poor customer service and inability to perform job duties. I will not return. The customer service here has gone DOWN! I would not recommend anyone go here unless it is an emergency.
Great service fair pricing. Debbie was wonderful
I had a great experience for once buying a car!! Thank you Toyota!! Employees helped me get the best deal.
Nice dealership, so far Ive only used the service center for warranty work, but its clean and new feeling still.
Best car buying experience ever! Everyone was so nice, informative, and helpful. They really make an effort to talk to their customers on a personal level, not just about cars. No one was too pushy and no one seemed bothered by our needs. All of our criteria was met and I would definitely buy from them again!
Good price. Good and decent sales person and manager. Lots of options for financing.
Great staff who worked waaaay past closing to get us in the car we wanted with a deal we liked. Love my car and service was fantastic.
Deb was great dealing with a difficult warranty company. Constantly communicated all issues and worked hard to get the job done. Will definitely use this place again!
No issues. Prompt service. Social distance compliance
Great buying experience. 3rd car Ive purchased from this location . Its very busy so be prepared to feel like your in tines square on NYE BUT THEY have the selection. Of vehicles and all the employees are running around at full speed and understand that your time is valuable .
My experience at Auto Nation Toyota Thorton Road was AMAZING. My sales rep Chelsea was the best!!!! They got me an amazing deal. I love the team.
Mamadu got me a low price with a fantastic car!
Be aware this dealership has the Worst customer service and car experience. They treated my daughter so bad and my daughter just became a Registered Nurse. They were dishonest and they tried to sell her an overpriced used Toyota Corolla for $30,000 car and they told her that her car payments would be $800. Also their advertising was false because it was advertised with USAA car buying service for half of that price. I told my daughter if she was a white young lady they probably wouldn’t have tried to deceive her and take advantage of her. I’m pretty sure they would have treated her much better. It’s sad that some people agree with this BS. My daughter has very good credit too and I told her she should have left and ran out of that dealership like Forest Gump 😂😂. Ripoff car salesmen still exist.
I bought a new Toyota Camry and it was the BEST services that l ever received in a dealership the salesman was Jorge and he was extremely professional to myself and my family and he also explain step by step about all the functions of the vehicle, This is the type of Sales Person that every dealership should have l would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is shopping for a vechile and l would like for someone in the dealership to recognize Jorge for his professionalism and his hard work.
I have a toyota and keep my maintenance up to date here. The wait for services could be any where from one hour or more
Ive been in the Toyota family since my mother had a 1997 Toyota. Ever since then anybody that could buy a car in my family, has had a toyota. I ended up at Autonation Toyota because it was down the street from my house. However, when i got here, the Sales people and GM took as best care of me and my 1st car ended up being 2017Toyota Corolla, that i got in 2018 for 289 a month. Its been a great relationship since and not im back for my second car.
THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM THE CAR WAS NASTY . I HAD TO REVISIT ALMOST 5 TIMES AFTER BUYING THE CAR DUE INCORRECT PAPER WORK THEY PUT IN AND ALSO I HAD TO GO PURCHASE MY OWN EMISSION DUE THE FACT THEY FORGOT TO DO ONE BEFORE I LEFT DEALERSHIP. SUCH A INCONVENIENCE! ON TOP OF THAT I SEE HAVENT RECEIVED MY TAG AND MY TEMPORARY TAG IS EXPIRED .ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE AND THE BEST ADVICE THE MANAGER GAVE ME WAS TO GOTO TAG OFFICE .I WORK 12 HOUR SHIFTS AT THE HOSPITAL I DONT HAVE TIME FOR INCONVENIENT SITUATIONS.IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR I WOULD .......
I purchase a new Toyota rav 4 and Joshua oyebade was professional, known alot about Toyota, and so nice with helping me get into a new car..Joshua have years of experience, he use it to help me out..
Service is always quick with an appointment. Staff is knowledgeable but not pushy. Waiting area is clean and all of the staff speak when they come thru.
Ask for Kaity to change your oil or do you alignment. She is the only woman mechanic there and is awesome. I think its great that they will hire a woman for what is typically seen as a Mans role.
Purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry. My sales person was Lou Bernier and he was the best! My deal was made and I was in and out within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership. Every person from the Lou to the Dealership Manager and the finance department were efficient and made me feel apart of the AutoNation family. Plus they gave me an AWESOME deal on my 2018 Camry!
They have a lot of inventory on hand which is great and the no haggle pricing which is nice on one level but at the same time a bit on the higher end of the price matrix and the sales tactics are ridiculous on the constantly letting you know about all the other people in the free world ready to purchase that exact one your are looking at. That talk puts a bad flavor in my mouth
Everyone BV is very nice
I’m not a wrote a review type of guy but Never buy from this place Unless you want to buy a lemon to add to your head ache. Con artist. You will come out better going to a buy here pay here than this dealership. They sold me a car that didn’t have oil in it.
Very friendly! Made my car buying experience painless!
Had a oil change done. Was in and out very quickly.
These people are very good and extremely trustworthy. My whole family goes to them now.
No comments... Sorry...
When they quote you a time of when youre going to be out of the location they stick to it I took my car for routine maintenance I asked a guy how long would it take, he quoted me a time . They were finished exactly the time he quoted
The worst experience I have ever had. I was told I had to purchase add-ons to purchase the vehicle. I felt like I was bullied and was treated very rudely by sales managers and the general manager refused to talk to me.
I arrived for an oil change and was quoted two erroneous prices when I called the service number. The service technician, Wyatt Davis, rectified the issue and provided excellent service. He exemplified professional customer service and I plan to return.
Excellent very friendly sale guy
Toyota Thornton rd in my opinion has the worst customer service of all .If your looking to make an appointment don’t cause they will not answer the phone.taking my business some where else
Elias Barnes is an Awesome Saleman. I bought 3 vehicles from him so far & will be purchasing my 4th one b4 the year is out!!!
Great place to buy a car or truck . They also go the extra mile for you too.
Took a long long time as usual when purchasing a new car and wish it wasnt such a long process. Other than that, the people are great.
I am unsure of how long rutine maintenance should take, but they finished in 90 minutes like they said upon arrival. Free WiFi inside the waiting room, so no worries if you nee entertainment while you wait.
Great service and relaxed atmosphere. 😀
Think twice before ever buying a car or seeking service or parts at this location. I DROVE my 1999 Toyota Solara to this dealership to get a key made. They made me the wrong key for my car. I had to get my car towed home. They made me a regular key that has immobilized my car from cranking. Therefore my car needs a new ECU which is over $800.00 and a transponder key which is around $43.00. I went to the service dept. and spoke with Asst. Manager Robert Detweiler and he told me he did not know what key was needed for my car, while eating a McDonalds Hamburger! He then went to talk to his technician and came back to me and said my car would need a new ECU and they are hundreds of dollars, there was nothing he could do for me. I contacted the customer service manager Joe Valadez at dealership he said he would call me back and never did! I had to call him back he never had my phone number to start with. He had to ask me for my number when I called him back. Joe also said he asked the district manager Bruce Pannone to help with this and Joe said district manager even said he was not going to help fix my car. I even spoke to Kevin Smith the customer relations manager there at dealership he said Toyota will not fix cars that have never been serviced with a Toyota dealership. I am without a car because of this dealership and they dont care to fix their problem that they caused to start with. Please dont ever buy a car here or get parts, or service. They are liars and lie one right after another.
Terrible customer service.Would not accept walk ins told i needed an appt. Then gave me a quote that was so over priced. This department has gone down sincethe previous mgmt and staff left
