Need an extra man specifically for examinations on body work before painting

I got into a car accident and I chose to bring it this shop instead of others nearby. It was definitely the right choice. Jim the owner always kept me inform every step of the way and the time frame he gave me was reasonable/accurate. My car looks amazing and I recommend this shop.

Excellent customer service! We were having some troubles with our rental car and drove over there only to find out the hertz rental car was closed. One of the staff members helped us take care of our tire problem. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get high quality work done with friendly customer service.

The guy is very unprofessional. They told me 850 and ended up being 1850 in labor. I asked to paint my hood the guy has had my car for 5 weeks and still hasn’t painted it. He’s very rude, gets attitudes and angry. If that’s the case I could’ve had my wife paint it if I wanted to deal with mood swings

I would not recommend taking your car to Finish Line. Yes the prices are reasonable because they dont add everything at the beginning. They give you part of it with the estimate, but then they keep adding extras. I dont understand why they didnt include everything from the beginning. I also had my windshield replaced and they didnt have the decency to clean the glass from my car instead they left the dust from when they worked on it all inside. Im a single mom and I had to put my son under those conditions in the car and went straight to the carwash. I also told Mr. Jim about my complaints and he did not seemed to care at all. He said well if you want and I quote I can give you a price to get all those other things you want done and I didnt know there was glass in your car. I would have liked the price included in the estime from the beginning and common sense if I got replaced because it was a crashed windshield and not a cracked that there is glass. Oh well you get what you pay for sometimes. Lesson learned.

I had the best experience over at Finish Line Collison. Jim and Dylan were very hospitable and honest people. They made sure my car was fixed and that I was happy. There was a discrepancy with the other parties insurance and Jim took spent his time arguing the insurance down, on my behalf so that we could get the best result. I thought it was sweet because he really did not have to do that. Lastly he left me with a little bit of auto paint Incase my vehicle ever gets a scratch. I would recommend them 1,000 times. Very pleased with there work and they helped me save money on the job and gave me a free estimate!!!! Will be taking all my vehicles to finish line they also do tires and batteries and any mechanical with a free ecu diagnosis

This place does amazing work and i recommend them to anyone who needs any body work.

Ive had my car repair there twice after a car accident and a finder was damaged from a poll that moved in front of the car while my wife was backing up. In both cases Finish Line Paint was professional and trustworthy with my Infinity G37x. Since I am also an Insurance Agent I refer my clients to Finish Line.
