Be cautious when you have service done here. When purchasing my wife’s vehicle (2018 CRV) we were offered an oil change service for the first 6 years/60,000 miles. It’s been 3 years and we just hit 59,000 miles and we were due for one last oil change under this program. However, the service department was backed up and I couldn’t get an appointment time scheduled for a few days. It would also be a few hour wait if I just brought it in so I decided to do it myself as I do for all our other vehicles.When I jacked the car up and went underneath as any routine oil change, I noticed a lot of oil on the protective shield underneath the car. I removed the shield to reveal the oil pan and there was oil everywhere! Oil was caked on to the top side of the shield due to oil leaking from the negligence of Honda Technicians. You should NOT be able to remove the oil drain plug with your bare hands!!! The technician either forgot or simply didn’t tighten the oil drain plug which is the only thing keeping the oil in your car!! This lead to a steady leak of oil. How does this happen?We have only taken this vehicle to get the oil changed at Honda on Thornton Rd. So, needless to say, it has been a steady leak for 4-5 months (our last oil change). We will never have service done here again.In hindsight, we are very lucky that the drain bolt did not come out while operating the vehicle on the road/interstate. However, this was very negligent on Honda’s part. I also noticed the oil filter is not changed on every oil change. Build up of sludge/oil grime is not normal on the oil filter housing where it makes the seal. We are also missing 4 screws underneath to hold up the protective shield.Please be cautious if you decide to get service done here. I will be changing our oil going forward.
I had an awesome experience with my salesperson Levi. He was helpful, knowledgeable and got me what I was looking for. I had a flat the next day and he actually came to change my tire for me. What salesperson does that? Mine did. I’m definitely coming back to buy another next year. Thank you Levi and Mustafa.
Although Honda is pricy, all of the employees Ive come into contact with has been a pleasant experience. What really makes the experience worthwhile is Ram. He is so professional. Honda is fortunate to have him representing them.

I decided on this dealer because it was near home. I sat 2.5 hrs. No one kept me inform about my vehicle, finally I went to the service deck the guy said this, this this need fixing.I was upset because I had an appointment I sat for almost three hours no work done on my vehicle for the length of Time I was there some kind of work should have been done. They replace my front brake pads front rotors air filter cabin filter. The problem still exist for what I took it in for. I called back to try to get some understanding why it’s doing the same thing. They ask me to make an appointment. I work for a living my time is also valuable. Please have more respect and compassionate for your paying customers. The car is still experiencing the same problem. No one has called me back to address the problem. This will be two weeks.☹️
It was not a pleasant experience.I understand you may be understaffed as most businesses are - perhaps if that was communicated more people would be understanding.When I dropped off my car it was my first time there and no one was very clear in directing me of where I needed to go. For future reference over there with a vague point of the finger does not help very much - then repeating the exact same response and hand gesture only wastes both of our time.A better response would have been, You will need to drive your car over to the service center located on the right hand side of the building. That would have been extremely helpful and prevented me from asking multiple people the same question.I was informed it would take my car about 4 hours to be serviced, and that they would call me when it was finished. 5 hours went by and I heard nothing. I called the service line to get an update as it was nearing closing hours. I was on hold numerous times with no answer. I spent no less than 30min trying to contact Honda Thornton Rd. with no luck. The hold tone was the same woman repeating the same 4 keypad options on loop. I felt like I was going insane.When I finally got a ride and just went over there to pick up my car regardless if it was serviced or not. I informed them that I heard nothing and waited on hold for 30min. The woman ( in a very short manner) informed me that no one in the stack of paper/keys in front of her had been contacted and she was about to start calling them.Im sure theyre short staffed. But Im also sure that *someone* could have made a quick call to the owner of the vehicles as the finished up and left a very brief message Hi this is _______, from Honda Thornton Rd. We are calling to inform you that your vehicle is finished and ready for pick up. Thank you. I doubt that entire stack of papers/keys all finished being serviced at the exact same time.Im okay with waiting, I understand a lot of businesses are short staffed, but what I am not okay with is lack of communication and being left in the dark. When I dropped my car off there was only about a total of 10 words spoken to me. It only takes a couple minutes to make a brief phone call. It takes less time to be clear and concise in directions the first time so a customer isnt left wasting the time of more employees asking them the same question.The service on my car was done well - except for the fact that one of the consoles was not snapped back in place correctly - I had to fidget with it myself to make sure it snapped back properly.Overall my service here was underwhelming and a little frustrating.A little good communication can go a long way.
Great service. They made the buying experience easy. I didnt feel pressured or manipulated. They let their service and the vehicle do the selling.I was looking at the competition and went to multiple other dealerships looking to purchase a new minivan and I was honestly turned off by the customer service and the overall experience. At the other places I would call ahead specifically asking to view a new minivan and in multiple locations they would tell me on the phone they had the vehicle on the lot, but when I showed up they either would not have the vehicle with the features we discussed on the phone or they would not have any minivans to view at all. Then the other dealers would sometimes try to sell me a sedan which I was not looking for. Another thing was that the sales people would try to compete against each other and snipe me as a customer from their co-workers. It was off putting and awkward to witness. I get that it happens, but me as the customer shouldnt see it playing out.Conversely, I was extremely satisfied with the Honda dealerships experience (we actually visited multiple) and this place in particular. They went out of their way to find the minivan with the features that we were looking for. They worked with me to maximize the value of my trade-in. Also the vehicle is awesome. They knew me as a customer and what I was looking for. They were proactive and responsive. The kept their promises in terms of expectations and ultimately they created value.
Very good experience Amber was very personable and made me feel welcome. I would definitely go back for Service and I used a coupon and they accepted it with no problems. I had a bad experience prior so she was the right person to make me feel appreciated as a customer.
I recently purchased a brand new Honda Civic from this location. The customer service I received was outstanding. Maurice was such a helpful salesman. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained buying process and the car features. I have touched base with him on a couple of questions I’ve had since purchasing the vehicle and every time he is right on answering my questions.
The entire staff is amazing. I recently purchased my 2nd Honda from there with Ellis. He is the best!!!!

No longer Im I taking my car to Honda on Thornton road for service. The emission light came on in my Honda odyssey. I took it there for service, which cost me 900 dollars, which I was ok with. A few hours later the light came back. I took it back & several hours later was told from service, to repair my car would end up costing me over 3000 dollars. I told them what about the 900, I was charged. I felt I should have been refunded. They said we cant do that however we can put that amount, towards a purchase of another car at the dealership. They even had someone put an estimate on my and said they would get back with me. I never heard back. I ended up taking my odyssey to another mechanic and they fixed my odyssey which cost me only 100 dollars
DO NOT GO HERE. Literally the worst dealer service experience I’ve had. First, I could never reach a service agent on the phone to address my questions before I made an appointment. The number just rings and rings. I left a message and of course they don’t call back. Finally I had the idea to call sales instead, and of course they pick up that phone because they want you to buy a car. I spoke with someone who said they would take a note over to the sales department. Did they ever call back? Nope. So I made an appointment online and took the car in hoping everything would be fine. Upon taking it in, my husband had to go search for someone to check the car in. Why is there no service staff there ready for you upon arrival like it use to be??? When he found someone they said they would call before they did anything to the car. The next day, no one called, so we called the third day to check. The car hadn’t even been looked at! They finally called after the weekend, saying the car would most likely be ready on Tuesday. Did they call Tuesday? Nope. Heard from them on Wednesday that it was done. A whole week to get non-major repair done! Ridiculous. Then went to pick up the car and no apologies, no explanations about the experience and delay. I understand if you’re backed up, but customers need to know what to expect. Let them know beforehand you’re short staffed or something, call and update them, make sure they know the process is different than what they’ve experienced with you before. This was sloppy and inconsiderate servicing.
While the staff there was courteous, I’m very unimpressed with the service I was given. I should’ve been suspicious when I had pulled up after making an appointment days in advance and someone named Ram told me that I had to come back later because “there was a system update a month ago and the new system doesn’t let us see who comes in for a recall for us to order parts in advance” even though the process for making an appointment has been the same for EVERY HONDA DEALERSHIP. Ok, so they forgot to order the parts needed, fine. I came back later with an appointment like they advised and it took them 4.5 hours, despite Honda’s corporate letter stating 1.5 hours and despite the appointment I made. On top of that, they ruined the backseats of my car and didn’t even call or text once my car was finished - I had to check with them to see that my car was finished. The waiting area has been the worst of all Honda dealerships I’ve been to. No complimentary snacks or coffee, and they don’t even have cups for the water dispenser. I’ve been disappointed with Honda dealerships in the past, but this one takes the cake. And no, I don’t want the manager’s number to call. I want to stay as far away from here as possible and I will stick with other much better dealerships such as Sons Honda, Honda South, and Honda Carland just to name a few.
Skip this dealership. Sold a car based on when it would arrive. I had to push for details when the salesperson wasn’t responsive after a week. Offered a different car same price. Went to pick it up - they tried to charge me more. I refused. Asst GM stepped in and made 2 offers. I accepted them. Also, sold my old car to them, which they claim would be paid off before my next note. Nope. Had to pay the note on that car because I value my credit rating. Week after I pick up the new car, I get a statement that has the wrong vin on it. I call financing company about it. Told to call the dealership. Next morning I get a text from salesperson asking for something. I explained what I was offered by the Asst GM. Salesperson basically called me a liar and denied that I was offered that. To end my having to deal with this place, I did what was asked. I’m still waiting on a new statement to see if they have corrected the paperwork. Did I mention this is the 3rd car I purchased there? Guess what… NEVER AGAIN.
HORRIBLE, BAD, POOR DEALERSHIP. Warranty/repair part still unavailable some 30 days later. Had preventative maintenance done with tire rotation and found one of the tire lug nuts was loose, was able to remove by hand. The service department missed it even with the torque wrench. Nobody answering the phone for service and sales, constantly press 1 this or 2 with the automated recording. They never returns the phone calls for either departments even when leaving a message. I have waited several days later to see if someone will listen to the voicemails and call back. I like to return my vehicle back to the service dept. where I purchased my vehicle and prepaid preventive maintenance plan. First Honda, first Honda dealership, probably the last. No appointments for service for more than 90 days out without a courtesy ride or loaner vehicle. Service person basically had no sympathy for the lack of professional service.
Ms. Caitlin King was the Honda representative with whom I interacted. She was an exemplar professional, invitational at all times, providing concise information and accurate answers to all my queries. From the first time I met her until the car was delivered to my home she made me feel important and my needs and wants valued. It was like buying a care from a neighbor.
I had a wonderful experience with both Jena and Caitlin at AutoNation. I contacted Jena through the website and requested information about a few different cars. She sent me exactly what I asked for without any hassle. When the time came for me to make a decision about a car, Jena put me in touch with Caitlin, who made the purchase quite easy. She answered all of my questions and was helpful in the decision making process. I appreciate the no-pressure, no-haggle ease that they both brought to buying a car.
I would to give credit where credit is do and say that the last experience I’ve had at this location far exceeded where they were a year ago. The team there was very polite and professional. They expressed they are still understaffed but the experience about a month ago shows that hiring has taken a turn in the right direction. Thank you and I will return!
The employees at Auto Nation are fantastic. They are always extremely friendly and helpful. They get you in and out of there in a reasonable time frame.
The service tech was helpful and prompt. The sustainer service department was a big disappointment. The waiting area was untidy and the bathrooms not clean. There was no complimentary coffee, water or snacks. They had a water cooler yet no cups. When I asked the staff to replenish the cups, they did not do so. I was there during my lunch hour and wanted to get lunch. They had no shuttle and no concern about this.There was no one at the welcome desk to talk to and no one came to the parts window when I rang their bell. I spoke to a salesperson and they blamed it all on Covid precautions. This was a poor excuse. Other dealers have found a way to be hospitable using disposal cups, packaged snacks and bottled water and drinks. The atmosphere was not the friendly, welcoming spirit I am used to from previous dealerships.
Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with scratches above my bumper empty wiper fluid and my tire light still on. I asked my service intake professional Ram about the scratches he stated that he would look at the before pictures and follow up with me which he did not. I called the service manager William he never returned my calls. So now I’m waiting on corporate to follow up. Let’s hope they get this right. This isn’t my first issue here. This location was always convenient for me! Never again!!

Friendly, quick service at this location. I bought a new 2022 Pilot and they found the exact color and interior I wanted. They even helped me clean out my trade-in car.
I asked the folks to identify a part under the hood of an old Odyssey I own. I was very clear that I did not want a diagnosis and that the vehicle was not operable. Of the three people I spoke to, one had an idea of what it might be. After I described the part in more detail he didnt think that was what it was and went to see if he could find a diagram where I could point it out. Before he could return who I believe to be the service manager chimed in. He only offered that if I could have the vehicle towed there then they could diagnose the problem. I explained again that I did not want a diagnosis I only was hoping they could identify the part. I told him its an old vehicle with really high mileage, I dont know if its even worth fixing. At which point he could only offer that they couldnt help me unless I had the vehicle towed there. What we can be sure of is that I dont want to purchase any parts or service there. Honda makes great vehicles. I would recommend finding a dealer with good service to match. AutoNation Honda Thorntons representative has helped me to know with certainty this is not a place I would want to do business.
I bought my brand new Honda hybrid here & bring it here for service. Most recently I got a simple oil change & just a few days later couldn’t start my car. Since my car is under warranty, they sent roadside who advised me that my battery fails & I will not be able to start my car without it being jumped. So now I have to be hugely inconvenienced & visit another Honda dealer to get this problem fixed. If the autonation service team on Thornton rd. was great they would’ve actually done the multipoint inspection with my oil change & been aware that my battery was bad & replaced it through warranty— all in one visit. It has literally only been a week & nothing happened to my car since the service appointment.
It was a pleasant buying experience. I bought a Honda CRV EX from here. I finalized price and booked appointment by phone only discussing with Caitlin (Sales Professional). And to my surprise the price was exactly same that we discussed over phone which was not same with other dealership. I will definitely refer then for a good and stress free buying experience
Not a single helpful salesman at this dealership. Nobody even got up from their chairs and nobody to even greet. Better go to Ed Voyles Honda dealership on Cobb Pkwy and meet Justin. Such a difference in the respect for customers and attention to detail. Dont waste your time at Autonation Honda!!

I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. After my purchase, I was told to bring my vehicle in the following Monday for some cosmetic issues that I noticed. When I arrived that Monday my sales consultant Jackie that I was supposed to meet with wasn’t there and I was told they would have him call me back. I left and later he called to set up an appointment to which I told him that I already had an appointment this morning. Jackie asked it I could bring the vehicle back so I went back to the dealership for my issue to be fixed. The original issue was fixed however by fixing this they caused another cosmetic problem and did not inform me. I called to tell them about this and I was told that Jackie would call me to set up yet ANOTHER appointment. This was this past Thursday and no one has bothered to return my call yet. In addition I also found out that the dealership processed a new tag for me instead of transferring my handicap plate as I SPECIFICALLY instructed multiple times during the transaction. When I spoke with Mike Humphries in Finance he replied “this happens all the time and all you have to do is take it to the county and they will switch it”. This was inconvenient and frustrating and I feel as though once the sale was completed that no one cares. I could have went to any dealership for my purchase but I chose this one, next time I will think twice before doing business here and definitely will not refer anyone
We bought our new Honda Odyssey EX 2022 from here and Jackie Jackson was helping us in the process. He made our purchase smooth from start to finish. It’s been two weeks and he failed to keep his promise.
It was a terrible experience. I needed an oil change and had some other questions. After waiting for 2 hours for an oil change (and I did have an appointment), I had some questions about my 40k mile service. My “advisor” did not have time to answer any of my questions and just said he would take care of it on the next visit. My car has 45k miles! He was too busy to just take 5 minutes to listen to me and make me feel valued. He took no time with me. I was just another number to check off.I also usually get asked to “give” them 5 stars. They never do anything to earn that. They just say they want and need 5 stars. He did not do that. He didn’t say or do anything else. Terrible experience.I will go back because they are a Honda Auto Nation and a regular Honda dealership won’t honor the service package I purchased with them. Trust me, I’ve tried. Bad experience every time I’ve ever been. Go buy your Honda somewhere else and let someone who values you as a customer take care of you.
Went in to buy a brand new car. As we finished the paperwork the guy comes and tells us: “The car was sold.” First they tell us one thing and then another. Now we are here at the dealership trying to get the same car we wanted for the same price. I don’t know who is at fault for this. But, I can promise you I (not we) will not be buying at this Autonation Honda dealership.UPDATE: We purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot SE. the sales lady was fantastic. But! Here is the issue. We went back to get our tint replaced due to an imperfection. After waiting about 4 hours, they come back with a replaced tint that was ALSO NOT DONE RIGHT! They took their tint to some place called “Ellis” and they did not do the job right. Bubbles on the corner and a distortion on the passenger side. Now I’m expected to come back and wait AGAIN! This is extremely frustrating. I plan on buying another car in about 6 months to a 1 year. It’s looking like I will NOT be giving my business to Autonation at all.
I have bought many cars through the years and from various Honda dealers. AutoNation Honda by far was the easiest to do business with.The entire staff was respectful, helpful and moved me through the process with little to no delays.Found a great car at a fantastic price. Just purchased a new Ridgeline from this dealer. Love the car but will not buy here again. Reserved the car on their website at their advertised price but the dealer refused to honor it upon my arrival to purchase it. I reluctantly continued with the purchase and paid cash. Even so I was kept there for almost four hours to complete the transaction. Since then I’ve had to communicate with them regarding a refund for a back ordered accessory. Their responsiveness was not good. Happy with my Honda, totally disappointed by this dealer. Buy yours elsewhere.
Service rep was very rude upon my arrival. Snapped his fingers at me to request my key! Waited 2 hours to be informed my part would have to be ordered. Recall performed on my car only to find out after the 2 hour wait. Not the customer service Ive experienced in the past for sure!

Very easy and stress free car deal. They are not pushy at all and very accommodating. Shout out to Charles, Gena, Kaitlyn and Albert. They are an amazing team and it was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
My buying experience was horrible and unprofessional. They don’t give you what your trade-in is worth and I had a couple of appraisals previously to coming. The price of the car ended up being more on the contract than what I was originally quoted. They claim to write off all these extra costs in the contract but tack it back on by charging $500 for all-weather mats that was never discussed and should have been optional. Not very trustworthy. The car already came with free mats from the manufacturer. When I asked the Salesperson he claim they put these mats in all cars sold. Buyers pay close attention to the add-ons. I had to go back to the dealership 3x within a week of buying so they can fix some minor problems that should have been done right in the beginning. I had to keep pointing out the issues until they finally got it right. I was told they would compensate for gas considering all my troubles but that never happened. They don’t call you back as they say or return emails. My salesperson wasn’t too much involved after we sealed the deal. He was more focused on talking on personal calls than making sure his customer was completely satisfied. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from here again! I still have a unresolved issue going but don’t want to waste anymore time at this place! I’ll deal with it by calling the Honda customer service number.I hope this review helps another buyer.
I made an appointment for an oil change. When I came in I was told that their website was having problems and my appointment was not scheduled in their system. However, they were still able to fit me in and complete my oil change in about the same time as I would have expected (about an hour). The actual oil change and customer service was great! My only issues is that their prices are higher than other dealerships. My oil change was $12 more than what I typically pay at the other dealership. Also the other dealership uses floor covers to make sure they don’t mess up the carpet and include an exterior car wash with all services. And the wait area is lacking compared to other dealerships (no snacks or cups for the water dispenser, etc). So I left feeling like I paid more and got less.
Its close to home. I wish the service team turnover wasnt so high. I used to enjoy talking to the sales manager and service team when I brought my car in for service. Now I dont recognize anyone there. That was the main reason I bought another car at Honda because I knew everyone

I brought my vehicle in to get fixed for a check engine light. Paid 1k to have have it completed fixed. Only to get it back and a week later the check engine light comes on yet again. I took it to autozone and it was the EXACT SAME CODES that were supposedly fixed by Honda a week earlier. Took it back only to get emailed an estimate of approximately 5k to fix what was SUPPOSEDLY now wrong with the my van!!! Not to mention my sliding door was damaged and didn’t work properly after I picked it up from autonation. I ended up buying a brand new car from Landmark Dodge the same day I was sent that email for the est of my vehicle. Not to mention I called often and repeatedly and could NEVER get anyone to answer or get a call back. Horrible … I would not recommend this dealership. AT ALL!!
This shop is absolutely the worst service shop I have dealt with. You can never give a straight forward response to when vehicle will be ready. Put my car in 3 weeks ago to get a new gas tank put on my car and it has been a run around. They do not return calls nor do they keep you updated. They have told me it will be ready tomorrow a total of 7 times now and I still do not have my car back weeks later. What was estimated a 4 day max fix turned into 3 weeks and they still do not have it ready for me to pick up. Will never come back to this shop and I don’t recommend it to anyone who needs a simple fix.

Appointment at 7:30A for oil change and transmission flush and refill. Dealer computer system is down, service says that he can not do anything right now until the is up. I ask if I should come back another time, reply when the system is up they can get to it. I waited from 7:30A to almost 12:00P. That is way too long to wait for something that only takes 1 to 2 hours. If the service rep. has been honest and tell me that it will be a long wait, I will reschedule and come back another day.
Had to schedule a Recall repair and was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated all in one visit. Very easy throughout the process. Friendly, prompt service and was finished in a timely manner.
Maurice was very helpful, did a great job for us, Mr. Jena was awesome, extremely helpful and pleasant, I highly recommend this dealer, the car is great as well, couldnt be happier.
Initially, I made an online appointment to have a recall done on my car. I asked that they contact me to confirm they had the part before I drove down. I had no reply. When I showed up they had to reschedule me because the appointment I had was too late for them to work on my car. It would have been nice to know that before I came down. The nice lady rescheduled my appointment and everything went smoothly after that. The person who responded to my online appointment, didnt even know I had come down there. They thought that I had missed my appointment. Very disappointed in that person.
Walter was very good. The detail job just prior to my pick up was not done well at all. Floor mats were dirty, windows were dirty, tape residue on gas filler door and front door edge. Looks like no effort was done to do it right.
I got my car waaay back in April and still have not received my tags with some discrepancy of an odometer mishap and so on. On top of that air doesnt even work in the vehicle... So at this point in time I cannot recommend this place I would recommend to go elsewhere. Very irritated with this place and Caitlin the sales rep....
Brought my brand new 2021 Honda CRV in for an Oil change and the service Department over filled the oil by 4 quarts. The car lost power and began smoking. It ultimately had to be towed back to the Dealership. I was upset and asked them to make it right. I was told that the GM Alex would call he but never has. They didn’t even offer my money back. Really disappointed!
Very blah experience; took my Acura there as it was more convenient in terms of timing and availability. I didnt get the feel as though the vehicle had gotten a thorough inspection, and the service persons explanation of my vehicle concerns came over very wishy washy. Its not likely Ill return.
Went in for recall repair of fuel pump. Recall letter said it would take about 1 1/2 hrs. Ended up taking 4 1/2 hrs. I understood the explanation given why it took so long, but customers should be told the correct time when schedule the appt. I would have asked hubby to pick me up, but each time I asked, another hour was added.

My service experience was horrible!!!! The techs and customer service reps are not knowledgeable. I wont be returning here they have no clue of how to service cars. Dont bring your cars here go to other dealerships if you dont want your car ruined. They didnt even put mileage sticker on window after oil change Im not use to that. The rep said you dont use stickers well Im not comfortable with that also put synthetic oil in my car I didnt ask for it. You have to ask the customer questions its their vehicle NOT YOURS hire new staff cause this service department has me thinking BAD thoughts!
The sales agent Jackie Jackson is the best. He worked quick and really knows how to treat customers. Great customer service and one of my better experiences in a dealership.
The greatest part of my experience was working with salesman Alton. He was very personable and was not there just to sell me a vehicle. He showed through numerous efforts that he cared about my needs and wants as the customer. I did not feel the pressure that I have previously felt when working with car salesmen.After my purchase was final he took the time to show me the features of my 2021 CR-V. I previously owned a 2014 vehicle and had much to learn.

The good experience started before I left the house. I wanted a few additional pictures of the truck before I drove the hour and thirty minutes to the dealership. Cierra went out and took great pictures that eased my concerns. I then requested that she get me an estimate on what my total was going to be before I made the drive. She did this with no hesitation and was extremely friendly and easy to work with when I got to the dealership. Cierra and the sales manager John did absolutely everything they could to make me 100% satisfied with my truck purchase and ultimately the reason I decided to buy from them.
Sold me a lemon. I was in a car accident and looked for the nearest dealership that would transition me smoothly into a new vehicle. The buying process was just that. I didnt purchase the extended warranty, figuring any repairs Id have to handle would be reasonable until I could afford to add it later. The vehicle I purchased March 24th was dead on the side of the road by June 15th requiring a new engine. Of course because my warranty was up, theyll be of no help and the engine for a $11,000 car runs $6500 just for refurbished. Youre better off making a purchase for your vehicle somewhere that sell vehicles that last longer than the trial membership at Sams club.

The service center at this location really needs some new courteous, friendly, customer service representatives. I first visited this Honda location about 2 months ago for a recall on my car and had some REALLY BASIC service. I attempted to give them another chance today because I scheduled and Oil change with them last week for today. When I called last week because I had questions but no one ever answered the phone and there are no prices on the internet but I scheduled the oil changes anyway. When I got there the service was STILL BASIC service and the guy who helped me NOW tells me I need a package that was over $200. I got upset because if they would have answered the phone last week, I could have confirmed all of this when I called!! I said to him, that I called you all last week to find this out but no one answered, he just looked at me and offered no kind of apology like I was bothering him. I told him to just cancel the appointment because I did not like his attitude, I told him I would just go somewhere else...HE CONTINUED TO JUST LOOK AT ME AS IF I OWED HIM ANOTHER ANSWER so I walked off and left him standing there got in my car and left! He didnt try to ask what was wrong or could you come back, I am sorry, is there anything we can do...what was clear is HE DIDNT CARE!! I WILL NEVER....I REPEAT NEVER GO TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HONDA DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND SEND EVERYBODY KNOW ELSEWHERE TO BUY ONE! As a matter of fact I am taking a friend to look at a honda next week but I will take him elsewhere!!And I NEVER got a call back when I complained the last time I was there about the recall even though I was told that I would get a call back regarding my concerns.
Service department is always a pleasure working with. I have gotten my routine service completed here as well as some collision work. Definitely would recommend. They have fair prices and usually always offer a coupon.
My car has been with them for over 2 weeks and prior to that they had it for a month. While there I could never get in touch with anyone in service by phone. I had to drive out each time if I wanted to know an update on my car. Service writer could call me but that rarely happened.Fix the phones people.
Amber was helpful . Had an appointment at 9 am and left at 1:30. This service was for my service bulletin on my Honda civic. They replaced the AC condenser and fixed the AC wich I did not know it had this service bulletin. Also Honda representative at the 800 number for customer service was very helpful. All in all I went in to the dealership with a super hot car and came out like Chilly Willy and $0 out of pocket ( a $2000 repair) and an extended warranty on this system until 26. The only negative I see at this location is their coffee machine was down . Thank you Honda for srepping up to the responsability and repairing my daughters car.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the staff at AutoNation Honda on Thornton Road, especially my sales associate, Caitlin King!!! From our first phone conversation to the final sale Caitlin made this experience stress free and actually easy. She was definitely professional and very personable all at the same time. Any question that I had she was there for me answers. Any request that I had she was able to meet. Even after the sale was completed she sent me a email and text message to let me know if I had any further questions or concerns she was there for to help. So if anyone is in the market for a car please give her a call!!! She will definitely make your car buying process much more stress free!!!
If you go here just ask for John. He will make it happen. He is a great manager and as a customer I can honestly say he puts 110 percent. He made sure my whole family had a car in one day. That’s 3 cars. He worked out all the details. If you need a reliable car ask for John. He is going to be completely honest and this is what you need in car sales.If my car needs service I need someone that cares because it’s the end of the world when you think something is wrong with your car. Ram is simply not that person. He literally did nothing to help, and wouldn’t give me an update on my car until I fussed tohis manager. My car had been there 48 hours. Then he was the happiest I ever heard him calling to tell me that the piece I needed was not covered by my warranty. He called 8 minutes before service closed. I couldn’t get my car if I wanted to. JOHN and the new GM Alex worked this out for me because I bought the car in February. I appreciate those two for making it happen, but took a star off for RAM’s very poor service. Also this location doesn’t offer loaner cars, and idk if that’s the best thing since it takes so long for service to give you an update of any kind.Thanks again.
ETA: We spoke with Service Manager Tim after hours last night regarding this issue and another one that had popped up after I picked my car up. He was sympathetic, understanding, and made it clear in no uncertain terms that what we experienced was unacceptable. I felt like he went out of his way to make sure that our concerns were address, heard, and understood. Having only been over this service center for 6 months, I cant really hold him accountable for what has happened in the past, but I DO feel like he wants to make it right. We discovered after the fact that the guy who old me my car was only halfway done had been on the job three days, so this all could have been avoided if I had been speaking with someone who had a little more experience. The service center had it completed at 5:00 as promised. At the conclusion of our conversation last night, we agreed to make this a learning experience for everyone. I was pleased with Tims professionalism and concern. The prior service manager had a very poor attitude, but we are willing to give this service center another chance.This service center has some of the WORST customer service ever. I had an 8:30 appointment to drop my car off for warranty recalls. I stressed that I needed it back by 5:00. (I work full time and have 3 small kids in daycare that I need to pick up after work - not to mention the fact that dropping my car off necessitates arranging transportation to and from work.) I called at 4:00 to check the status of my car and he said he needed to speak to a service advisor and hed call me back. Almost 30 minutes later he called back and said they were half way done. I talked to someone else who said that they should have it done in about an hour, which is 30 minutes past the time I was promised it would be done. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened, but it wasnt. The last time they did this, my husband had to sit in the lobby until they closed, which was about 3 hours past the time I was promised my car would be ready. (I dropped my car off early that morning as well so they had it all day.) Oh, and lets not even talk about the time they lost my floor-mats. I LOVE Honda vehicles. But this service department has turned me OFF to this dealership altogether. And we trade in and upgrade about every 3 years. There is NO excuse in booking someone an 8:30 appointment and not having the car ready at 5:00 when I stressed how important that was. Its like they work on their own timeline and dont even care. Im about done with this place.
Very good service from Oscar Mendez very well trained, friendly and very helpful! He goes out of his way for his customers and is very patient! Management is amazing as well they make us feel like family I recommend this dealership.

Service Dept. folks are always kind, friendly, and hear you when discussing service options. They are timely with projecting wait time and usually have vehicle ready before promised completion time. If your are purchasing a new Honda, I highly recommend full service and extended warranty options at time of purchase. These options pay for themselves and major service items are mostly inclusive. My recent 30k mile service included 30k mile maintenance and that visit saved me over $800 out of pocket or skipping the maintenance items. It’s a 20+ mile drive for me, but this dealership is worth it.
Purchased vehicle on July 17…. Was allowed to leave without a temporary tag …. Have been told 100 different things by multiple people about why we haven’t received a temporary or permanent tag …. Finance manager even told us if we didn’t get it with a week that he would take the tag off of the owners vehicle and put it on ours (nothing wrong there )… online live chat refuses to give you a name of anyone in charge …. Calling gets you nowhere but with empty promises of a call back
This is the worst experience i have had so far. Ive been sitting here to get a fuel pump replacement for six hours. If you remotely value your time don’t look back just run away as fast as you can. Find another honda dealership and if push comes to shove try to fix your own car that is even if you don’t know what you are doing trust me it would be a better experience. To make matter worse the lady at the service desk has nastiest attitude. Who runs this place? Whoever you are, you are doing a fantastic job running people away. You should be track coach.
Had a wonderful experience at Autonation with Jackie getting a brand new 2021 Ridgeline. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t have wanted to get a car from anywhere else.
I am not satisfied with my service at all. They never answer their phones, ever. They kept my car for over a month and gave me two different sets of keys one to unlock the door and one to crank up the car. Nobody told them to make those changes at all. And still they did not fix everything that they were supposed to fix. They give auto nation a bad look get it together. Dont be good at selling then be horrible in the service you provide after y’all are one.
Was very disappointed with service from when I drove up til when I left. No sense of urgency by anyone. One person was available to help, was very busy. The person who came to tell me about my services was rude, bad customer service. The technicians had put down things I did not need ie. Sensors replaced. No sensor light came on my vehicle. It boils down to trying to charge me money for services not needed. I feel it was because I was a female and didnt know any better. The usual people I deal with are more friendly and willing to help. This crew was entirely different. Worst experience I gave had since I gave been coming to you all for service.
The trading process took WAY too long for a cash sale -- 3 hours. One of the biggest hold-ups was their insisting on having an insurance card for the new vehicle before I left the lot...on a Saturday evening!?! Fortunately I am buddies with my insurance agent and was able to reach him on his cell phone, or I guess I would have had to make another 2.5 hour round trip on another day. If this was so necessary (never had that issue elsewhere when buying a vehicle), they should have informed me when I was communicating with them earlier in the week. They did not explain the features of the vehicle, but I had bought another 2020 Honda elsewhere a few months earlier, so I could figure it out on my own. And good thing, or I would have been there 4 hours!

I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from them in 2018 not realizing the AC didnt work until the Summer months. I tried getting this fixed via recall i received regarding AC Condensers and leaky hoses within this model. The Service manager Tim declined to fix it and said the car appeared to have been in an accident. The car was sold to me this way and they didnt want to take fault. I had a new AC Condenser and hose installed elsewhere but came back here for the fluid, they still charged me almost $550.00 for this to be done. Are these cars actually Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles? Very disappointed and would not recommend buying a vehicle from here unless youre a man or coming with a mechanic.*****Update to this review Today is 8/31/2021 and my A/C has stopped working! It was recommended by the dealership to run a FULL diagnostic test, which I did. I thought the point of the test was to ensure me of ALL that needed to be taken care of in order for the A/C to work. How does it not work after 3 months of installation?I sent an email to Tim and Amber alarming them of this, unfortunately I received no response as of yet. I finally was able to get Amber on the phone where I received no compassion for what I once again was going through - she did offer to say that the AC Condenser and Hose arent the only factors and she transferred me to another line (where I held for about 12 minutes before I hung up and called back to speak with the lovely and energetic employees in the Sales department only to be told that the phone tree isnt set up properly for the new telephone number in Service). Kaitlin was able to provide me the number for Service and also transfer me to make an appointment to bring the car back.I had to schedule an appointment for another diagnostic test - soonest appointment is 7 days away! (which I am should not be responsible to pay the fee) and this can only be done during the week, latest time is 3pm - very inconveniencing.Hopefully this goes well, I have never experienced anything like this before.
