I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue with the sales assistance of Myles Rankins. He went with me for a test drive and was extremely courteous! The overall experience was no stress. Myles went out of his way to make sure everything was processed correctly. I had to wait for my new car to be detailed so Myles arranged a rental car for me. This allowed me to go home and check on my family! The rental car was no charge to me. As an older single women making a car purchase, I was given first class treatment. I would strongly recommend Myles Rankins, to assist with the purchase of a vehicle at Nissan of Lithia Springs.
Poor customer service! Had an appointment for an oil change and waited just to get checked in for 45 minutes. It was not due to no one was there to service everyone itβs very unorganized. Why take appointments? I was skipped several times while the customers behind me were serviced. I live less than 5 miles away from this location and every time I try to give this place a chance it fails. I will drive across town from now on to get my car serviced. If I could leave a zero I would. I never leave comments but this is ridiculous.

I had an appointment at 730. It took almost 3 hours for the diagnostics. They sent me a text with a list of critical items needed and no one came to discuss with me. I was supposed to check the items I want done and sign off with no understanding of whatβs really needed. I had to flag someone down to get help. Then I was told they would work on the price because the week prior I was told my cost was $380 for my repair and today itβs now over $500. Iβm waiting on Curtis to give me a price over 30 mins and heβs laughing with his coworkers instead of helping me. Terrible service
Purchased a brand new Rogue Sport in the last month and has had numerous issues since ive purchase it. I wanted out of the car and to be placed in a different vehicle because I dont feel safe with it at this point and to this date its still in their possession and awaiting back ordered parts. Dealership has the authority to change my vehicle according to Nissan corporate office. To this date they are not trying to focus on customer retention and loyalty. They have great communication skills but fail at customer satisfaction 100 percent. I Dont recommend this location to anyone because they are not about the customer truly more about the sale. When if you keep it real with the customer longevity would be a guarantee.

Brought the car a week ago and the locking wheel nut fallen off I checked the others to find that the locking lug nut are very loose I asked the service department if they were cover seen it was loosen and fallen off I tight them and they told me that they were not cover so I had to pay 74.95 Iβm am very disappointed

Highly disappointed with the inconsistent level of professionalism and customer service extended to me during my Q&A session about the results I should expect from running a diagnostic test. They advertised $99 for a diagnostic test and I wound up paying $135 by the time I left.I questioned the service person to understand what was different about my diagnostic versus The $99 diagnostic as advertised. The gentleman offered a less than complete answer to my question about the price disparity... Frustrated but ready to pay too much for the service, I called aheadr to ask are personal checks accepted @ this dealership? Tge young lady in customer service replies YES, we accept checks debit, & credit cards. Upon my arrival at the location I review the invoice begin ti write a check only to discover from the service advisor on duty that only credit cards or cash were only accepted for payment.Once again customer service letting me down.This location touts in its ADVERTISING when you wait to be transferred via phone call... NEW Dealership... BUT SAME GREAT PEOPLE...Its more like New NAME but SAME lackluster, non helpful, and OVERPRICED customer service experience.Profoundly Disappointed! π
I dread going to this place. I absolutely HATE the service department. I have purchased 3 cars from this place in the past 3 years. My first 2 purchases were Awesome. However, it was when I brought my 2nd vehicle l found out how Poor their service contract services are. I have yet to have a Good experience at this service center. They are very unprofessional. They lost the key to my car while they serviced my vehicle. I was asked to get in the car to see if it would start when I told them I did not have the key. My vehicle was a push start vehicle and needless to say the vehicle did not start. The wait time is totally ridiculous. The Sales Team is far more better than the service center individuals who seems to not have much concern about servicing the customers. Customer Service Stinks at this dealership service center. The Express Lube advertised is False. I have never gone to this place and been satisfied with the service received. The female manager can be very argumentative and confrontational. I literally have to check my mindset before I go to this place. The service area is often dirty. There is also a great amount of incompetence which goes on in this place and I have to go here today! So, I am up early praying and asking for prayers for my visit. SMH!!!!!!

Worst place ever. Never made any contract with them and they proceed a payment of $500 from my account. Letting me in - for 10 days. When I questioned the reason, the Financial Manager responded He didnt knew what happened made me think that, I am not the first one. Becareful and pay attention to ur account. Not all of people have account full of money ! Completely piss off.Never ever will make business in this place sucks

Brought my car for the first service. I was reminded numerous times on gmail. In all of the gmails none mentioned my service advisor had left. They apparent did not plan ahead for this and I had to wait before getting a new service advisor. The new one was extremely polite. This said he did not know what my car needed at 5,000. He then stated he would do his best to make sure I got a car wash. I travelled from Kennesaw to Lithia Springs. I have know waited over an hour and have no idea what is happening to my car. I returned to this location because the sales experience was the best. The service is not even close to the level of the sales team.
