I went in for a silk press with Ke’Arra and I left out very happy with my hair. She has Great customer service and was very professional. She was able to answer all my questions regarding the upkeep of my hair and what’s best to help it grow. I definitely will be back soon.

I had the weave removal service done, but it was discovered the next day that I had a bald spot in the back of my head. I never had that spot before and it was not there prior to getting my sew in removed so I know it came from the stylist not properly removing the braids. You can tell from the spot that braids were torn out. It is a shame that a stylist would damage my hair and not say anything when I anything when I trusted your company to take it down. I had no issues when I received the same service in December which is why I chose to come back. I am highly upset that this time care was not taken with my hair to cause damage and this was poor customer service. Now I have to deal with the damage to my hair. I will never come back!!

Bundle Boutique literally saved my 30th birthday!!!! I had an appointment with another stylist that morning and was canceled THE DAY OF MY BIRTHDAY!! But Bundle Boutique took me in and LITERALLY saved the day. From walking in needing my make up done & bundles dyed, it was all a one stop shop. Meek did an amazing job on my make up, the two stylist (I only remember Kierras (KoKo) name) but the other girl braided me down to save time. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. So professional and understanding. I also bought my bundles from them & they are everything!!! I have had no shedding thus far & the hair holds curls very well. I cannot thank these ladies enough!!!! They worked a birthday miracle for me and I am forever thankful!! I recommend this shop alllllll day long!! They will not disappoint. Love you Bundle Boutique!! Koko did a great job on my braid down. She was quick, professional and friendly. She took me on a client even though it was close to closing time. She asked great probing concerning my hair before beginning. I love the shops open concept and the friendliness of the staff!

One stylist did a very good job on my hair.I gave them three stars because of an incident I had with them. I went online to book an appointment and even paid. When I never received a confirmation email I called. I was told I never booked with them. I explained that the money was taken out of my account. They claimed to not have the money so when I called my bank they said clearly they did because the money was no longer in my account but they could still reverse the transaction. The owner told me to book with another young lady on her personal website in which I did. I usually go to the same person but she was going out of town. I went online and booked also paid my deposit. At this time I have two charges pending from this establishment. The other stylist asked me could I change the time so I did. Then she told hours later that she didn’t think she could do my hair. I only had a few hours to figure out what to do with my hair for a very important event. Even though I love the first stylist I have not went back since.

The hair quality is okay, it just sheds A LOT! I purchased my hair on Friday (3 bundles), which I ended up getting two different waves bundles, Brazilian body wave and the other two were a tighter curl. I was told that it was only Brazilian body wave and a straight.

I went to this place 3 days before my wedding to buy one bundle because I was in a crunch and they were close and had relatively good reviews. This hair sheds TERRIBLY! I also tried bleaching the hair and instead of turning blonde it turned Gray and literally feels like straw. It doesnt hold a curl and it is Not, by any means, reasonably priced. I spent pretty much 105 on one 18in bundle, which wouldve been fine if the hair was amazing. But its far from it. I will say the customer service was okay. But Ill stick to my usual. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

This Boutique is so nice and customer service was excellent!!!! They have so much to choose from. I purchased two different types of hair from them, the first bundles being Brazilian Kinky Curly 14 and 16 inches and second type Brazilian Body Wave 14,16,18 inch. The kinky curly was very soft and curls very defined, with proper care no shedding or tangling which curly hair is known to do, but especially if you are not caring for it properly. Brazilian Body wave, which I currently have installed, is very silky and soft, no tangling, shedding or frizzing and hair colored amazingly, and I did a bright honey blonde. The only thing I could say is that it does not hold a full curl all day, but I would still recommend this hair 100% will definitely be going back for more!!!

The hair is always great quality and doesnt tangle. Ive gone through my share of bundles and this is the place to get the best quality of virgin hair. They also have the Silicon Mix collection, which is my favorite and other items to properly take care of the hair. Great customer service as well!! I drive 45 min for this Boutique.

I have been purchasing from Bundle boutique since before the store was open. The quality of the hair is great and I still have Indian Curly and Indian wavy that I have reused 3-4 times from over 3 years old. Most recently I purchased 2-20 inches and 1 -18 inch Cambodian deep wave. I always receive compliments but this have been the most someone has asked about my hair. I have been buying hair from here for over 2 years now. The Brazilian Deep Wave is my fav! No shedding and lasting curls. I did get a sew in here as well by the young lady in the first chair and the service and sew in was amazing. I love this place!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not five is because I really love this hair, the only problem I have is that my longest bundle the 26 inch shed very badly. my other 3 bundles were awesome though. my inches were 26,24,22,20. Im definitely going to shop with them again hopefully I ll have better luck with my longer bundle

I love to support black business and young entrepreneurs. I needed my eyebrows done, and I typically get them threaded. I passed by the hair boutique and saw they had a makeup bar. I dropped in and met with the makeup artist in regards to my brows. She uses a razor, but I was desperate so it was fine. My eyebrows came out pretty decent. But she completely destroyed my beautiful lashes. I do strips and clusters, and have been for years now. Theyve never pulled my lashes out. Whatever glue Shameka used pulled out about half of my lashes from the follicle. They look so bad and thin. She was really nice, and the boutique is beautiful. But just FYI ladies, get lashed at your own discretion. Im sadly disappointed.

I have never had any issues with shedding, coloring the hair or with the lace closures! I had a wig made with this hair and it lasted for almost two years! I am never going anywhere else!

Best hair Ive ever had . I got three bundles of Brazilian natural wave it was so amazing. It didnt shed at all . I got three installs out of it and I keep it for a year. Ive couldve got more installs out of it but my stylist cut the tracks. I absolutely love this hair. You must try this hair you wont be disappointed.

This is the best hair I have tried. It is worth the money. This is the only place I get my hair along with closures. Its very little shedding and has thick bundles. You can even dye it and it doesnt change the curl pattern.

I would not recommend them for making wigs. I was very clear (even provided a video) on what I wanted and I returned to something totally different. I was told that my left over pieces were thrown away ( the hair is very expensive) and I had to take the time toUndo the hair that was poorly sewn to the cap. A big mess and a waste of time.

Went in November to get my hair sew-in with the Indian hair they supplied.....terrible decision. I wish I remembered the girl’s name that did my sew-in because she did a rush job to rush me out the door to pick a new phone at a store. I think her name started with a ‘P’. I wasn’t upset then but I was upset about how tight her braided my hair underneath the mess she created. I didn’t say anothing bc I thought maybe it is just tight in general. A lot of my hair was loss upon removal and unbraiding. I will never shop or use their services again bc of that one unprofessional person. Except the lady who sold me the hair was very kind and had great customer service, she stated she been there for years.

Good Quality hair for resonable prices. The hair also colors well. I bought 3 bundles of body wave and dyed it in a pretty ombre brownish color 😍. The only issue that I had wih the hair was that I noticed that heat started to fry the ends a little bit but I do believe that it was due to it being colored. Other than that, it presses out very well. I would definitely recommend 👌🏽

I purchased two bundles of Virgin Cambodian Hair, 18in and 20in as well as a 16in lace closure. The bundles are extremely full. I only needed two bundles to complete my style and the lace on the closure is the perfect tone/shade, not wiggy or too pale. The hair on the closure and the bundles are extremely soft and light weight. They hold a curl and flow with ease. I cut the wefts but received almost no shedding at all. I love how the wefts are thin so it made for a really flat install. I havent dyed the hair yet but I will. The bundles are full from root to tip, the luster is natural and not shiny. Burnt tested, no added fillers like plastic to worry about so im sure this hair will last me a really long time. The service is always amazing. This is my 3nd purchase and im always satisfied with the quality and service I receive. Every where I go I get compliments on my hair. Its worth every penny. Please do yourself a favor and stop by!!

I looveee sew ins. Nothings better than a sew in with good silky hair! I love their hair! It dyes perfectly, barely sheds and it DOESNT have a corn chip smell! This is my second time using their hair and Im still impressed. Its definitely worth the money! (I use mane and tail shampoo and conditioner and OGX renewing Argan oil of Morocco shampoo and conditioner-blue bottle-, they keep the hair silky and moisterized.)
